Song and Dance - Satsuki Hayano v. Uta Toyama

Satsuki landed just in front of Uta, reveling in the feeling of her rival's stomach molding itself around her knee. The girl was vulnerable, she could tell. A more choice blows here or there, and surely she'd go down. If this were a boxing match, Satsuki wouldn't even have to fully finish the job; simply continuing to wail on her would likely earn a referee's decision. Such was the state of her opponent... but that would be no fun.

Pressing her lips together with a sigh, the Queen of Clubs simply pushed Uta's head down, attempting to tuck it into her elbow for a standing guillotine choke! A hold like this could be transitioned into any number of follow-up strikes or slams. But Satsuki didn't go for any of those. She just squeezed -- a sufficiently dangerous proposition on its own, but certainly not optimal.

"So much to look forward to after that first kick..." she murmured. Her choke grew ever tighter. "Do you have anything else in your bag of tricks? Or is this gonna be over just as fast as it started?"

Uta was left breathless by Satsuki's attack, and she gasped and wheezed as she was left vulnerable to whatever her opponent would do next. After delivering her knee attack on Uta, Satsuki then went to grab her head and put her into a guillotine choke, leaving Uta struggling in the hold as she struggled to breathe.

"Hrghhh... nnnghhh..."

Groaning as she felt her neck straining in the choke as she had increasing difficulty to draw breaths, Uta knew that only brute force was her only choice to escape this predicament. So, as Satsuki subjected her to the hold, Uta clenched her fists before she attempted to drive her fists repeatedly at her sides, right at the kidneys, hoping that this would force her to release her from the hold.

As Satsuki tightened her hold on Uta, her raven-haired opponent started to drive hammerfists into her sides! The first strike landed cleanly, but Satsuki felt as if she could take it. When second hit her hipbone, though, just a few inches from where Uta's earlier kick had landed? Satsuki knew she was in trouble. After all, while most amateurs considered the head or gut to be prime targets, body blows could be just as debilitating.

She quickly tightened her grip, hoping to quickly submit Uta and get this over with -- but she was too late! Soon enough, one of Uta's powerful blows hit Satsuki right where the earlier kick had weakened her! "AACK!"

"Grrrkh..." Satsuki doubled over, clearly favoring her unstruck side as she clutched at where the majority of Uta's damage had been done. The only other thing she could do was snarl at Uta, baring her teeth in an uncomfortable combination of grin and grimace. With her opponent gone, she tried to slowly back away, watching carefully to see what her rival would do next.

Thanks to the blow to her opponent's sides, Uta was then released from the hold, though she was breathless and dazed as she staggered back, putting some distance between herself and Satsuki. She shook her head, breathing hard as she focused on Satsuki to see what she would do next.

Seeing that her opponent was also taking a cautious approach, Uta decided to seize this opportunity to close in. While she was still recovering from the guillotine choke, she would force herself through it as she would try to swipe her arm, looking to hit Satsuki right in her chest!

Satsuki wheezed out a growl to her opponent, still doubled over. Both of them were wincing now. Out of Satsuki's early opponents, Uta was already the one who'd hurt her the most, and their fight hadn't even really gotten off the ground yet. If this was what professional wrestling had in store for her, then it was obvious that she'd made the right choice in coming here. This was the exact kind of challenge she sought to conquer.

And to do so, she'd need to suck up the pain and keep fighting! She moved forward, ready for another quick kick. But this time, she felt her body respond slower than her mind demanded. Sluggish in her wounded state, Satsuki could only surge so much. And that gave Uta just the chance she needed! Satsuki's raven-hared opponent rushed forward, swiping her arm right into Satsuki's chest!

"Yahh!" With only one foot planted to balance her, Satsuki quickly lost her balance, falling back-first onto the canvas with her breath all but smacked right out of her! Vulnerable to Uta's next move.

Hitting her opponent's chest with her arm, Uta managed to knock Satsuki down, and she saw this as an opportunity to continue with her momentum now that her opponent was down. Approaching the downed Satsuki, Uta would bend down and grab Satsuki by her head before she pulled her up, bringing her up onto her knees.

With Satsuki kneeling before her, Uta would try to go for a brutal strike next, in which she would try to land a knee strike right in the middle of her opponent's forehead, hitting her with a vicious knee strike.

"Haaagh... gnrghh..." Satsuki heaved and groaned as she sought to catch her bearings. But she wouldn't be undisturbed in her recovery; she felt a tug at the roots of her pink hair as Uta dragged her to her knees! "Ugh..." she groaned, "the hell are you doin-"

"GYAH!" As if to answer her unfinished question, a flashbang went off within Satsuki's head as Uta's knee struck home! Blinded, deafened, and numbed to everything but the sharp pain within, she found herself all but knocked right out of her own brain!

If Uta let go of her, then Satsuki would fall back, reflexively folding her legs up like an MMA fighter who'd just been knocked to the ground. If she didn't, then it would be her arms that waved absently in front of Satsuki's face instead. Either way, her guard would be reflexive and woozy -- and likely woefully ineffective to whatever her strong foe had planned!

After hitting Satsuki's forehead with her knee, Uta let go of her head, letting her fall down onto the mat. She took a look at her opponent and decided to carry on. Seeing that Satsuki had folded her legs up, Uta decided to target something else instead, in which she would walk around her opponent's body before ending up right near her head.

"Let's see if this gonna work or not..." Uta muttered to herself as she would bend down to grab Satsuki by her head, pulling her up into a seated position. Then, she would drop on one knee, pressing her other knee against her back, right at the spine before she reached down to grab her by her chin. Uta would lock Satsuki into a chinlock submission hold, with her knee pressed against her back as a combo.

"Ugh... nggh..." Satsuki rocked back and forth, hoping to defend herself blindly against whatever Uta had to offer. However, it seemed her opponent had smartly forgone the possibility of a frontal assault, instead moving around her to pull her up onto her butt. "AAUGH!" The sudden wrenching of her chin, neck, and upper back against one another was a new sensation -- not a type of pain typically seen in back-alley brawls or unfortunate free-running falls.

It jolted her back to awareness, and quickly, Satsuki hatched a plan. She let Uta pull and pull for a few seconds, resisting her where she could. Then, all of a sudden, she stopped resisting, like a stubborn cork which had only just been pulled out! With that momentum, Satuski flung herself backwards over her opponent's knee, looking to roll herself up Uta's upper leg and lock her own lithe powerful ones around Uta's head!

Locking Satsuki in the hold where she put pressure into her neck and back, Uta thought that she might be able to win this. But Satsuki kept resisting her before she suddenly sprung herself up and flung herself backwards, rolling herself up her upper leg before she got her own legs around Uta's head!

"AAHHH!!"

Uta struggled to keep herself on her feet as Satsuki managed to hoist herself up and wrap her legs around her head. Then she dropped on her knees as she tried to push Satsuki off of her, but at the same time, she began to feel the pressure from the hold. She needed to get her off of her, or else she might have a bad time soon.
