Nikki Lane vs "Punie" Victoria: Submission and Endurance Match

Punie: please don’t get the wrong idea about me. I’m a princess but not a princess about things, if that makes sense.

She said as she bent and twisted Nikki’s arm. She had to get a little sadistic to force the submission. If she didn’t then she’d most likely be down two rounds and Nikki would win by the gap. Punie cannot let that happen.

"I submit! I submit!" Nikki cried out as she began tapping Punie's leg with her free hand. The bending and twisting that strained Nikki's elbow had finally become too much for her to handle. Nikki was flexible, but every human body had it's limit. And the armbar was a very effective method of finding that limit.

"That was 1 minute and 51 seconds," called the referee.

Punie let go the moment Nikki cried out her submission. Punie then went to check on Nikki.

Punie: you alright? You’re a very nice girl I don’t want to ruin a chance to make a new friend.

"Yeah, I'll live," Nikki said as she held her arm. "Armbars are really one of those holds that suck to be in no matter how flexible you are." Nikki did not last as long as she would've liked to. She really wasn't sure if she could submit Punie in under two minutes, but she had to think of a hold to do it with fast if she wanted to keep her lead.

Punie: well you’ll get to get back at me soon enough. I honestly believe we’ll end up together after this match.

"Alright, I know what I'm going to do for my next hold," said Nikki. "Lie down on your back please." Once Punie laid down, Nikki would take her legs and put her into a figure four leglock. Then, Nikki would bridge her back up to amp it up into a figure eight leglock.

Punie: oh the irony! A little fact Nikki this actually is my finisher.

She told her as she was now trapped in the figure four leg lock.

"Oh really? Well then let's see how well you can take it," said Nikki. Since she had already bridged to turn her figure four leglock into a figure eight, she didn't have a way to try to drive the pressure up more. The hold was already at 100%. Nikki just had to maintain her bridge and hope that Punie's knee would give out in time for her to win the round.

Punie knew this hold was gonna hurt like a mother. The pain was evident on her face, she tried not to scream out in agony as Nikki kept her bridge up beautifully. This was a technical showcase, both trying to make it through when seconds feel like hours. Punie though was standing strong.

Nikki could feel Punie's leg shaking and squirming as she bent the knee. That was the only indication she had that she was making progress, since Punie wasn't letting out any screams, and Nikki was positioned in a way that didn't let her actually look at her opponent. She just had to hope that Punie was somewhere close to her breaking point.

When the ref checked his watch 1:20 had passed. Nikki didn't have a lot of time left.
