Candy Cane Vs. Makoto Aihara

[Devastated]

Candy Cane was looking to do one thing here and that was to take the early advantage against her opponent from the get go. The lock up had been meant as a fake out but it seemed as if Makoto was able to scout it without any problems. As she drove that knee up all it was able to do was graze against Makoto's side.

Caught out of balance the redhead was then grabbed by her tied top and then thrown through the air with ease. Flipped over and down onto her back by that sudden Judo throw. "Guh!" Candy Cane gasped out in pain as her back hit the canvas. She would grunt and shake her head as she quickly sought to roll away from Makoto to try and prevent her from getting a chance to grab onto her again. Looking to get up to her feet once she had managed to create a bit of distance.

Makoto of course spent enough time around Candy Cane to know what kind of person she is so Candy Cane being the one to strike first and early on into the match like this is something that she had come to expect from her and so her prediction was correct.

Makoto didn't actually try to come after her, after all the basic principle of Judo is to NOT put in more effort that she needs to. She chuckles a little "Were you surprised that I had caught you trying to strike first during that test of strength?" Despite the small talk that she was making to Candy Cane, she's prepared for whatever she plans to do in case maybe she tries to attack her suddenly.

It didn't seem as if Makoto intended to come after her, which let the redhead push herself up towards her feet. She would dust herself off a bit as she grumbled under her breath. She wasn't exactly insulted or anything by Makoto not striking, she didn't care about any of that honorable crap though. The punk-rocker was only concerned with one thing in a fight and that was winning. She would scoff a bit at Makoto's words and then reach out her hand to point at her.

"Surprised?! More like baffled at your stupidity!" Candy Cane shouted out, as if she was trying to scold Makoto. She wanted to catch Makoto unaware, and hoped the sudden scolding outburst would do just that! " Listen carefully, cause I'm gonna give you an important lesson!" Candy Cane shouted out, as if she was trying to lecture Makoto, before she suddenly tried to coil her fingers into a fist and throw her arm forward, trying to catch Makoto with a forearm strike to the face. She didn't actually want to lecture Makoto, she simply wanted to surprise her and see if she could sneak in a surprise blow!

While Makoto IS honorable, the only reason why she didn't chase her that time is because that she knows that Candy Cane is the type of person to go first so why spend energy chasing an opponent who's going to be chasing you anyways especially at this point where Candy Cane will put up a good resistance against her attacks

Anyways she would tilt her head in confusion as Candy Cane just called her stupid...even though that she just accurately predicted and countered her move by thinking about how she would behave. While she WAS confused, there's no way that she's just gonna forget that they're in a middle of a match like that so she would try grab Candy Cane's arm while giving a kick hard enough to try to make her fall face-first into the canvas, she would then go for an armbar submission while she held on to her arm and would ask "What was the lesson?"

Candy Cane was rather confident that Makoto was going to be naive enough to allow her to nail her right in the face with that forearm strike! Though to the punk-rocker's surprise, Makoto was able to move her head out of the way of her forearm strike, the eyes of the Canadian widened as she would feel her arm grabbed and then she was dragged all the way down to the canvas!

The Judoka wasn't missing a beat of her Judo training it seemed. Candy Cane hissed out in pain, her feet kicking down against the canvas as she was locked into that arm-bar submission! She gnashed her teeth and trashed wildly in the hold, her free arm swinging outward at Makoto's hips and thighs to try and pound them full of bruises in an attempt to force the fellow rose to release her.

Makoto of course didn't miss out on any of her Judo training, Judo is pretty much all that she HAS been doing ever since that Rumble Roses Tournament was disbanded and thanks to her experience with the Rumble Roses Tournament, she had only grown from the first time that she had set foot in the wrestling ring. She wouldn't be naive enough to allow Candy Cane to strike her face with a distraction like not explaining her 'lesson'.

The Judoka managed to get her locked in an armbar submission and it seems to be working well. That is until the Canadian started striking at her hips and thighs to try and get her to let go. Makoto kept the submission up for a bit longer but deciding to let go, she wanted to see if she could get away with just holding the submission until Candy Cane tapped out but her opponent hits too hard to reliably try that so she lets go and makes a bit of distance. "You hit as strong as always Candy Cane, you must have been training hard after Rumble Roses"

Candy Cane was desperate as she had been locked into this early arm-bar by Makoto! She had underestimated whatever growth that the Judo babe had done and in turn had paid the price for that, but she wasn't about to just stay locked up in this hold. She wanted to let out a scream from the amount of pain her arm was in, but she bit down and pulled through it, meanwhile she also fought back tooth and nail! The fists of Candy Cane would hammer away at Makoto's thighs and hips, swinging wildly to try and free herself!

At first it seemed as if Makoto was going to try and endure those strikes, but after a few more seconds the Judo babe had to release Candy Cane! Instantly upon being freed, the Punk-rocker would roll away and clutch her arm towards her body! She would pant out as she threw an angry glare up towards Makoto as she heard her rival's words.

"Kh...Wouldn't you like to know!" Candy Cane spat out as she would force herself up to her feet with the help of the ropes, rising up as she would start to shake her formerly trapped arm to try and get proper feeling back into the limb.

Makoto rubbed where Candy Cane had hit her on the thighs and hips as she gets up but it doesn't seem like as if her pain can necessarily compare to the pain that Candy Cane is in judging by the fact that she's clutching and shaking her arm to try to get the feeling back into the limb. Despite the angry glare that Candy Cane through at her, she pushes right on through and decides to try to get Candy Cane with one of her special moves, the Galaxy Tornado Makoto. Makoto first has her left arm around Candy Cane's shoulder and her right arm underneath her left armpit. As she pivots, Makoto slides the other leg between her Candy Cane's legs and raises it up as she lean forward, pulling her onto her upper thigh. Next, Makoto bounces her up and falls forward, slamming her on their back.
