Spar with a new friend.

Sonja was looking forward to this day. She met a wonderful girl like a week ago - Karen. She was more experienced than herself and she was glad that she agreed to have a little spar with her. Maybe showing her some tricks, which will hopefully help her become better in the ring.

She was bit nervous because of anticipation, so she arrived 30 mins early. She hit the dressing and changed her clothes to something more comfortable, before going to do some warming up. She looked around the gym and got on the empty treadmill. She put it on easy mode and start slowly jogging on it.

Karen wasnt really sure what compelled her to seek out the new girl but now that she did she was now meeting her again for a sparring match. Another thing she had...no real idea how she neded up accepting it. It certaintly didnt fit her usual agenda and yet she did it regardless and now she was curios where this new idea was heading her. Sonja seemed nice enough and she wasnt about to turn down a friend if she could find one in her.

Entering with a bag of spare clothes and putting them in a locker room she looked around for her partner for the day and spotted Sonja on a treadmil. Walking over to her she didnt say a word as she let the girl get warmed up before speaking after about 5 minutes. "You know they say running to warm up first is smarter then stretching first?"

Sonja waved to Karen after spoting her entering the gym and continue with running. She appreciated that Karen gave her time to finish the warming up, so she didn't rush with this and finished as it was planned. She took her towel, wiped her forehead and sat beside Karen.

"Hello, thank you for coming. It's really nice to see you!" She smiled and shook her head to Karen's question "No i haven't heard that yet. Good think i didn't start with streching yet." She said and stood up. "So, you want some time to warm up as well or shall we go straight to spar?"

"We can go straight to the spar if thats okay wit you. Im eager to see what you are capable of in that ring." Karen said as she started to move towards te ring and gesturing for her partner to follow. Hopping in the ring she looked back at Sonja with a smile as she waited for the girl to get ready.

"Besides a spar might be a good enough warm up in itself. You wanna start like any other match or just start in a certain position?" Karen asked leaning in the corner awaiting her response.

"Sure, fine with me.." Sonja smiled and followed Karen in the ring. She was checking her from behind and quite liked what she saw. But now wasn't the time for this or even thinking about that. It's time to focus and proove that she's good wrestler and worthy opponent. She slided in ring under the bottom rope and moved to the center of the ring.

Sonja began hoping on a spot and looked in Karen who was already waiting for her. She waved her with palm to approach her and followed "Let's just do normally like in other matches."

Following Sonja to the ring the girl tried to size her partner for this...she knew she had to be pretty fit to be hear but what were strengths. The girl herself was pretty vague on that when they talked awhile back. "Normal match it is. No need to go crazy with the rules anyway. Save that for the actual matches."

With a little warning after that Karen made her move, closing in and looking ready to lock up with Sonja right off the bat. But she wanted to go for what she thought her opponent wouldn't be as prepared for, so instead she went for a punch to the face and then a jab to the gut.
