Erin Quinn vs Katherine Hart: Best of 3 Falls

Katherine tried to do what she could to keep Erin in check. Friend or not, The Super Kitty wasn't about to start pulling punches or holding back against an opponent that she respected, especially not against Erin. Kat winced as she endured those elbows before finally abandoning the hold. The masked luchadora would try to overcome the pain once more in an effort to quickly spin the Irish lass around to set her up for a Lariat. Kat cried out as she attempted to lay into Erin with a huge blow. And it proved to be a successful effort, but the impact of her Lariat and Erin's punch would coincide and two wrestlers would trade hard blows, much to the delight of the audience.

Kat would hold her face and stumble backwards towards the ropes. The spin Erin got in before the punch added to the momentum and force. And the Irish brawler seemed to have nailed Kat in the side of the head with her fist. Kat knew Erin was the straightforward sort. It actually made her chuckle a bit that she didn't infer that this would translate to brawn and fisticuffs in the ring. Katherine would lean against the ropes and contemplate this thought while trying to recover. She'd begin to push off the ropes and find her bearings before trying to engage Erin again.

"Not bad, Erin! You still think I'll need luck to win?" The blonde would say while wearing her usual spirited and competitive smile.

Kat would attempt to walk over to Erin. If Erin had already worked her way up to her feet, she'd simply attempt to lock up with the woman and force her back.

If Erin hadn't reached a vertical base yet and Kat had recovered quickly enough, Katherine would attempt to grab hold of the redhead and wrap an arm around Erin's head. She'd attempt to tuck her head beneath Erin's arm to try and set her up for a quick and effective Snap Suplex!

Still reeling a bit from the impact, Erin was slow to push herself back up. As she was apt to do, Erin wondered if she had perhaps bitten off more than she could chew. Now wasn't the time to back down from a challenge though and so Erin would have to just double down. After shaking her head to clear any residual effects from the lariat Erin would quickly push herself back up to her feet. She had seen first hand what her opponent could do and was unwilling to give Kat any more time than she had to.

"Yeah...you're gonna need a shit ton." Erin replied with a grin before quickly sticking her tongue out at Kat. "But I guess it's less than the crapload I thought you would need." The redhead continued with a slight giggle. She was clearly still confident that she could take the heavyweight on. In fact she was more determined than ever to prove herself to friend and now newfound rival. Soon she was given another chance as Kat approached her to lock up. "Alright! Round two!" Erin declared as she grasped Kat's hands and began pushing. Once again though she found that there was no progress to be made no matter how hard she grunted and strained herself.

It wasn't the redhead's proudest moment but she'd soon have to admit to herself that this was one opponent that she just wouldn't be able to flat out overpower. Her smile slowly faded as she tried to figure out what to do. Feeling herself slowly being pushed back Erin knew she had to think fast. It wasn't until she began to lose her footing that an idea popped into her head. Erin would fall back, hoping Kat's momentum would propel her forward so Erin could place her feet on Kat's stomach and flip the luchadora over her.

Kat had always pegged Erin to be a woman that was more function than fashion - more substance than style. And thus, she had always expected her red headed friend's in-ring style to air less on the technical and refined side and more on side of "hit and slam things...hard". When the heavyweight blonde locked up with her foe, she fully expected Erin to push back. This wasn't something she was fully concerned with. Kat pushed on with the confidence that she was at least slightly stronger than Erin at her best. What did concern her, however, was Erin falling backwards. At first, this seemed like a slip or something else unintentional. But Kat's eyes widened when she felt the soles Erin's boots press into her hard abs. It would only then occur to her that everything about this was intentional and purposeful.

"GYAAAH!" Kat yelled as she was tossed across the ring via a Monkey Flip. The Super Kitty would fly a decent distance before falling on her back. She'd sit up immediately after the impact and clutch the small of her back with one hand while still groaning in pain. The only thought on her mind being the question of when and where Erin started using moves like that! It was then that she felt the need to comment, and continue indulging in friendly yet competitive banter.

"Maybe...you weren't kidding..." Kat would say whilst wincing and breathing audibly.

Erin couldn't help but grin as she tossed her opponent over her, listening to her reaction. She wasn't terribly happy to have to give up trying to just overpower her friend, but Kat's yell more than made up for it. For a moment the redhead even understood why going in full force all the time might not always be the best idea. That thought would quickly leave her head though as she scrambled to her feet. Now it was time for Erin to go in full force. "Alright, up you go Kat!" Erin would say as she went to grab her opponent by the arm and trying to lift her up. Erin hadnt exactly performed a hard hitting move, but she hoped her foe was stunned enough for a quick maneuver. If not she might have a bit of trouble coming her way.

If she was able to lift Kat, Erin would wrap one of the woman's arms around her and grab the luchadora's waist. After waiting a second to gather her breath Erin would try to hoist her foe into the air and flip Kat right over her, attempting a northern lights suplex. Kat didn't have that much weight on her but Erin would notice the increased difficulty in picking her up as opposed to the rest of her opponents, none of which had been heavyweights, or as close to her weight as Kat was.

Kat had often tried to counter an opponent trying to overpower her by using their momentum against them. It had been so long that someone had done it to her that she felt a little silly after having been flipped. If the back ache from that Monkey Flip wasn't enough of a reminder, Kat made sure to make a mental note in her head that Erin was a little more versatile than she had been giving her credit for. Before The Super Kitty could find her bearings, the Irish lass was already on the move. She came in and collected Kat from the ground. The blonde heavyweight was cognizant enough to know that Erin was gonna follow up with a move that likely meant bad news for her.

Kat was expecting a quick slam. She didn't think she'd be able to react in time to counter like she was known to do. But when Erin wrapped her arms around Hart's waist, planted her feet, and committed herself to the Northern Lights Suplex, Kat's blue eyes sharpened with a look that suggested she spotted an opportunity! Katherine would wrap her arm around Erin's head and swiftly lift her knee, aiming to sink it right into Erin's gut. If the knee was enough of a deterrent to prevent the Suplex, Kat would follow up by using her free hand to firmly grasp the fabric of Quinn's purple wrestling shorts and proceed to lift her a small distance off the ground before attempting to spike the red head face first into the canvas with one of her signature moves: an Impaler/Lifting DDT!

Erin was in the process of lifting her opponent when she felt a sharp pain hit her in the stomach. Her eyes widened and the redhead immediately doubled over in pain. She would completely drop Kat, focusing on just nursing her pained gut. "Ughhh!" She groaned, cringing as she tried to figure out what she had messed up to give Kat an opportunity. She had little time to think about that though and would have to just accept the fact that the luchadora was probably just more skilled than her. That was a problem for another time though. The Irish brawler had other issues to deal with.

Before Erin had time to do much aside from glance up Kat was already upon her and grabbing her shorts. "Ahhh shit, no!" Erin gasped, more as an upset statement to herself than a plea to Kat. The redhead's shorts would uncomfortably ride up as she was lifted off of her feet. That would soon be the least of her concern though when she was slammed down face first onto the ground. "Gaaaah!" Erin immediately cried out as she hit the ground hard. Slowly the redhead rolled over onto her back. "Damn Kat" She whined between pants, her chest slowly rising and falling as she lay there trying to shake off a bit of dizziness.

Katherine was able to find her way out of the attempted Suplex, and subsequently, nail Erin with one of her old signature DDT variations. Kat would lie on her back for a few seconds after hitting the move, long enough to hear Erin's reaction. Upon hearing her competitive friend's acknowledgements, Kat would smile and begin to sit up. She'd place both hands on her own head and adjust her mask for a second while replying.

"Hey, you said don't grab hair. Ya never said anything about wedgies, Erin!" Kat would finish up her statement while sticking her tongue out at her red headed foe.

The blond heavyweight would then crawl over to Erin. She'd attempt to grab hold of her opponent's head and raise her up to a seated position. If successful in repositioning Erin, Kat would quickly rise to her feet and pull her leg back before attempting to drive it into Erin's spine with a swift kick!

"HA!" Hart would cry out as she threw her leg forward. Should the kick connect, Kat would attempt to continue working on Erin's back by kneeling down and grabbing hold of both her wrists. Kat would then drop to her back and attempt to place the soles of her boots on Erin's back to put her in a variation of the Seated Surfboard Stretch! If her follow up went as planned, Kat would ask her friend: "So, remind me, who's the first heavyweight you're gonna beat at LAW, again?" Kat would state while wearing a competitive smile on her face. She didn't take Erin lightly, despite her willingness to joke with her.

Erin groaned as she heard her friend's comment. "I swear...To god Kat." She mumbled, her face turning red for a short moment before she rolled over onto her stomach. Still winded she would slowly push herself up onto all fours before taking a second to fix her bottoms. Unlike some other wrestlers in LAW Erin wasn't particularly keen on showing off her assets.

Erin didn't have enough time to get up to her feet before she was pulled back into a seated position. "Nnng hey let g...aaaah!" The redhead cried out as she was swiftly kicked in the back. The impact would sent her forward. Luckily she had the sense to brace herself before she face planted back down to the ground. "Grrr...fucking 'ell!" The brawler groaned as once again she would try to push herself back up. It seemed that she would have little luck though as her opponent was on her like white on rice.

After a hard kick the redhead soon felt her arms grabbed and knew she was in trouble. Erin soon felt herself being pulled back and painfully stretched. "Ahhh!" The Irish lass gasped as she found herself stuck. Now in increasing pain as Kat pulled her back Erin would shut her eyes tight and struggle to keep silent. "Shh...Nnnn...aaaah!" The redhead groaned through grit teeth. "D...Don't you worry! I'll be...outtaaaaah! Outta this...in a second!" Erin finally replied to Kat, trying her best to respond clearly.

Trying to fight through the pain Erin would attempt to get herself back up to her feet. It wasn't her ideal way to stand up but the motivation was there. From there she was just hoping to charge forward and slam herself against the ropes for an unorthodox rope break.

When it came down throwing down and tying up opponents on mats, Kat could hang with the best of em. She did well to secure an advantage here. Despite capitalizing on Erin while the red head was adjusting her bottoms and undoing a wedgie, Kat gave the woman no quarter! She pulled Erin into a seated position before delivering a swift kick to her back! Shortly after, the luchadora opted to try and keep pouring on the pressure by grabbing hold of the red head's wrists and dropping down to put her in a Seated Surfboard variation! The angle and pressure Kat was able to apply by placing her feet on Erin's back and pushing forwards with her legs seemed to be effective at supplementing the damage from the kick.

Of course, no matter what hold Kat put Erin in right now, she realized that she wouldn't be able to stretch the fight out of her. The Irish woman was as tough as they came, and The Super Kitty knew that if she were going to make any real dent, she'd need to pull out all the stops. When Erin declared she'd be free soon and began to resist, Kat had already planned her next move. Realizing that Erin would likely try to find a way to power out, Kat waited to her friend to work her way up to her feet. Once Erin rose up, Kat would lie on her back and attempt to pull Erin back by her arms. She'd also try to spread her legs while closing the distance between herself and Erin to transition and trap Quinn in a Lotus Lock! Should Kat continue to build momentum by successfully pulling off the move, she'd assert herself.

"If you get out of one, I've got a million more! You're lucky they didn't ask us to do a submission match, haha."

As soon as Erin got herself out of one predicament she soon found herself in another. Kat seemed to be prepared for the eventuality of the redhead's escape. "Ughhh...damn it!" Erin yelped as she was pulled back and landed right back down on her rear. She found yet again her arms had been restrained and her back was feeling a familiar pain. The redhead grit her teeth and would try furiously to squirm her way forward. That however did very little for her and with each passing second the pain was getting worse. "Nnnng! You get ONE more." Erin responded, although in reality she didn't plan to even give Kat that many. It wasn't up to her though, a fact that had become painfully obvious to the brawler.

Finding no quarter from her foe Erin had to find a way out. As an almost exclusively heavy hitter she was woefully under prepared for such a situation. The only thing that she was able to do was try and push herself up, bridging mostly just to alleviate the pain. This seemed to have the desired effect though as slowly she began to push her foe back. Meeting resistance though the woman would try to gather up a burst of strength and push herself back, hopefully rolling Kat backwards and pressing her against the mat. It was a bit unorthodox for the redhead but after a moment thought she figured she could push her foe's shoulders against the mat and start an impromptu pin.
