It was a clever little trick by Sheena but it made her look really strong and talented in front of the crowd. Just the sight of the fit, purple haired girl taking down the bronze male was an impressive one. Once down on the ground, Sheena had a much more level playing field as she pressed her body against Ryu's to pin him down while grabbing his wrists and pinning them over his head. It was no doubt an embarrassing position for the Dragon who immediately glared up at his opponent and started to thrash about. Her words only fueled his rage and he would try to buck up but Sheena did well to keep him down and under her control. "S-shut up you disrespectful woman" he hissed back.

Suddenly, the purple haired woman would show off her impressive strength and gymnastics ability by still gripping Ryu's hands and using them as leverage to push herself up in a momentary handstand. After a brief moment of the crowd applauding her ability, she would come crashing down knees first into his abdomen to drive the wind out of his sails. "Guuuuughh!" he cried out, gassed out from that strike.

His troubles were not over because Sheena would turn him over onto his belly before mounting his back while facing his legs. Reaching forward, she would grab his legs before wrapping them around one of her own to pull it back, bridging across the male wrestlers back to almost touch her head with the back of his. She grabbed his chin and pulled his head back, trapping him in her signature submission hold.

"Arggghh! Owwwww" he moaned. Ryu was immobilized and the pain was stretching all across his body. Realizing that there was still a lot of time to make a comeback he had no choice but to give this round to his arrogant rival. "I-I...submit" he said with hesitation. Tapping the mats.

Sheena grunted and shifted slightly as she leaned back, managing to successfully capture Ryu's chin and pull it upwards for her submission finisher the Shere Lock! Luckily the larger man had been far too stunned to properly respond, and thus Sheena was able to successfully lock in the hold! As a result all of his power, size and strength was rendered totally useless. All of his superior weight was pointed downwards with Sheena's own weight on top, restricting his limbs and bending his neck backwards, inflicting maximum amounts of pain in the process!

As such regardless of the gap in experience and raw power Ryu was rendered a helpless victim by Sheena's superior technical ability and within moments of the hold she heard the tell tale tapping from her opponent along with a agonized verbal admission. Smirking softly Sheena had to suppress the cry of victory welling within her chest. But she was a good sport so she would release her grip and roll off the man's back.

Sitting up and panting softly Sheena would look over at Ryu and smirk softly as she moved to stand up. Looking down at him she would place her hands on her hips as a slight feeling of smugness washed over her. "Osoraku kono ato, karera wa watashi o doragonsureiyā to yobudeshou/Perhaps after this they'll be calling me dragon slayer." She said confidently in response to getting the first point of the match, a submission victory no less.

"Get up if you can old man, we're not close to done.." She said softly so only he could hear as she tossed her hair back and took a few steps backwards. Her preparations for the next fall already in progress and done, instead she was fully ready to continued this match.

The interview crowd were stunned, Wisteria had actually managed to out-wrestle the veteran wrestler and earn the first fall in this marathon of a wrestling match. She would use her incredible wrestling prowess to take the match to the mat to immobilize the male's strength and then trap him in a submission move where his own weight would be his undoing. The purple haired woman bridged over his back, trapping him in her signature submission to bend his body and ultimately he had no choice but to give up. Ryu cursed himself in his mind for allowing Sheena to get this point but even he had to admit that this woman was something special, that despite her young age her wrestling ability was something that he hadn't even seen in some veterans.

After submitting though, Sheena could not resist rubbing her victory in the face of the male wrestler. She would get back up on her feet, giving a clever little comment before tossing her hair back and referencing his age as a factor that he would not be able to get back up to continue. Ryu would grit his teeth in anger and glare at the woman as he pushed up onto all fours. Sweat dripped off his body onto the mat as he got back up on his feet.

"Imaimashī [Damn you]" he cursed, taking a moment to catch his breath. Ryu would bring his hands up and quickly lunge towards Sheena, locking up against her in a close clinch to grapple against her. He didn't push with great strength but just enough to jostle around and keep her close in the grapple. "Enjoy this fall, that's the last you will get. I won't underestimate you ever again Wisteria-chan" he growled.

Some in the crowd may have been stunned at the initial upset pulled off by Sheena, but others were just as well excited and impressed by the impressive display by the young wrestler and were now rooting for her with gusto. As a result the energy in the arena steadily shifted over towards Sheena, cheering her on and adding to the momentum she had already gained with the first point. Hearing and feeling this shift first hand Sheena would smile softly while looking down at Ryu as she waited for him to get up. After all it was hard not to feel proud or rub things in. Especially when she felt insulted by the man before hand, and considering the experience gap this was quite the achievement for her.

Crossing her arms under her chest Sheena would watch and wait patiently as the older man pulled himself up to his feet following what must have been a humbling first fall for him. 'fifteen minutes down. More than half a hour to go. I need to keep the pressure on him.' Thinking this to herself Sheena would spread her legs apart and raise her arms again as she watched the man nearly get up to his feet.

Just in time as well. Before he was even fully up to his feet the man had charged forward, smashing himself into her causing Sheena to grunt as she was forced to dig her feet in to keep herself from being bowled over. Hands tightening against his in the lock up Sheena pressed herself against Ryu as he went for another grapple. "Good to know you've learned you're lesson." Sheena growled as she pushed and jockeyed for position against Ryu. "But you'll find it still won't be enough to defeat me!" She yelled throwing her leg up in a bid to try and smash her knee into his stomach!

The small crowd that had gathered to see this event were stunned. They had no idea this young wrestler who appeared to be a rookie actually hold her own and even defeat a wrestling veteran and former champion of another promotion. Ryu Hiroshi was well known in Japan for his wrestling ability and they were in shock that Wisteria managed to defeat him. Time was still on his side though, there were still alot of time to wrestle but he could not afford to make any more mistakes. The male wrestler would take a moment to catch his breath and wipe the sweat off his forehead and chest, his chest heaving while he panted.

After the brief moment of rest, Ryu went in strong for a head on grapple battle. Charging into Sheena, the two wrestlers locked up in a tight clinch with Ryu doing his best to push her back to try and bully her with his strength but he found that Sheena was more than up to the task of holding her own against the tired male. His body pressed up against hers and he pushed but....the purple haired wrestler held her ground and was not letting Ryu dictate the grapple and held him off in a stalemate, much to his frustration. "Urgh! W-why can't I.....arghh" he growled stuck in the stalemate.

Suddenly, Wisteria would raise her knee up into his abdomen causing him to let out a winded groan. Ryu would lean towards her, his position compromised as he struggled to hold on but did not go down onto his knee. "Owwwww! J-just...who are you?" he gasped as he held onto her shoulders.

Sheena glared into the eyes of her male opponent with nothing but sheer determination in them as she pushed against him with all her might. Despite her managing to hold her own it was taking just about everything she had to do so. But it was working at least. Ryu for all his pride seemed to have been shocked she held out so long, combined with the first fall going to her and the crowd starting to root for her and it was clear to see he was steadily getting demoralized. That was something she could work with.

In any case it had become evidently clear to Sheena that despite holding her own against Ryu serving a purpose it wouldn't do her much good to continue to do so fruitlessly. She would only waste strength and stamina trying to deal with the man. As such she planted her feet into the mat and swung her leg up driving her knee square into the older male's gut earning a pained and stunned response from him in response to the blow. Looking up into his eyes while feeling his hands on her shoulders she responded with a cold and determined expression.

Hands coming up to rest over his wrists she would tighten her grip over them. "I'm She-" As she spoke and nearly slipped Sheena mentally reprimanded herself before speaking again. "I'm Wisteria Khan." She would say, lying through her teeth in a low tone, making her sound more aggressive in the process. "And I'm going to defeat you!" She shouted as she pulled Ryu's arms off her shoulders before leaping up and bracing her feet against Ryu's chest. If she was successful Sheena would throw her body weight backwards to try and pull Ryu down and over her to try and roll him flat on his back with Sheena on top straddling his chest while holding his hands over his head, trying to go right for the pinfall!

Perhaps he had been wrong about her all this time? No, that can't be. He never denied her wrestling talent or ability, just her lack of respect to the veterans. Then again, perhaps it was because of a misunderstanding and they got off to a wrong foot. Regardless, this animosity was not going to disappear by words alone and this was the perfect way to settle matters. Restarting the bout after a brief moment of rest, Ryu and Sheena would lock horns in the middle of the ring in a collar and elbow grapple. After jockeying around for position, Ryu and the crowd were surprised to see Sheena actually hold Ryu back and neither of them were able to push back the other no matter how much Ryu pushed, Sheena would put all her might in to keep him at bay.

Frustrations boiled over which allowed Sheena to capitalize over Ryu's mistake. The Dragon was far too busy in trying to push her back that he allowed Wisteria to knee him in the gut, leaving him breathless and leaning onto her for support. Wisteria would almost let up a secret but quickly corrected herself but this was a fact that came to notice of Ryu who wondered what she was about to say before changing course. He wasn't given too much time to think on that because the purple haired wrestler would grab his wrists and pull them off her shoulders after declaring that she would beat him.

In a swift move, Sheena leapt up and braced her feet against Ryu's chest while throwing her body weight backwards to pull Ryu up and over her in a flip, taking him down onto his back while Sheena landed on top straddling his chest while holding his hands over his head going for a cocky schoolgirl pin. Ryu was forced to look up into the eyes of the determined woman while his hands were pinned to the mat, it was clear statement by Sheena and Ryu hated it.

"Y-you...." he glared up at her wiggling about while kicking his legs but unable to get his hands up off the mat. The referee would get to the count of "One....Two...." and that's when Ryu would muster all the strength he had in him to jerk upwards and to the side, attempting to shove Sheena off him as he would roll over to the side to get his shoulders up off the mat to break the pin.

Maybe she had overestimated her opponent? It was a thought that was too arrogant for Sheena's liking, but she couldn't help it as it came across her. After all with the way she won the last fall, and the flustered, furious reactions from Ryu it was clear that Sheena was in the older wrestler's head which only further fueled the purple haired girl's confidence. Something that in turn fueled her actions as she rolled backwards, bringing her larger opponent down with her and over with Sheena landing atop the male, pinning his hands down to the mat and bearing her weight across his chest for a pinfall!

"Hmph." She didn't outright say anything down to the man, but it was clear the purple haired girl was implying her superiority to the male. Not just in position but the overall state between the two in the match as a whole, hell as wrestlers in general. It was a dominant position that the purple haired girl was using to send a message in more ways than one. And she was clearly enjoying every second of it.

Ryu however evidently did not. After all the man's pride was likely hurt rather badly from such a early loss and embarrassing pinfall nearly immediately afterwards. The fact that Sheena was sat upon him so authoritatively with the man forced to look up and stare at her, it must have been rather humiliating for the man in fact. So while rather satisfying for the young woman, it also served as an unfortunate boon for her opponent who's face contorted into one of rage and frustration. Shame and anger were powerful motivators after all, just as pure and unadulterated rage were, which was likely where Ryu was heading right now.

"Ugnh!" Yelping a bit as she was thrown off her opponent from the sheer force of strength given off by him Sheena was knocked onto her side by the man as he managed to break the pinfall, saving himself from a second early fall being lossed.

But unfortunately for him despite the violent and forcible way in which she had been dislodged... Sheena still managed to keep a hold of Ryu's hands. So as she stood up she would back on his arms to try and pull the larger male up to a sitting position, and should it be successful Sheena would throw herself forward while throwing her knee out to drive it into his jaw! Should it manage to connect Sheena would drop Ryu's hand while allowing herself to fall over him.

Pulling herself around into a kneeling position behind the male Sheena would reach down, grabbing at his head to pull him up before shifting one of her arms around his neck. Should she be successful in doing so Sheena would squeeze her bicep around the man's throat for a dragon sleeper! "Quite ironic isn't it? A dragon being subjected to a dragon sleeper no?" The purple haired girl would ask should she be successful in securing the hold.

Despite the cocky pinfall attempt, the technique was flawless and Wisteria was proving to be quite the worthy and skill opponent. Ryu, despite all his experience, found himself down on his back with the Purple haired wrestler on top of him straddling him in a schoolgirl pin position. Before things got worse for him in this ironman match, Ryu just about managed to break out of the pinfall and thrust Wisteria off. The Dragon would roll over to his side only to find that the clever rookie wrestler had managed to hold onto his arm despite being shoved off his chest.

She grabbed onto his arms tight, pulling him towards her and guide him up to a seated position. "Nrgh! Impossible" he grunted as he found himself seated infront of Wisteria who pulled on his arms while lunged towards her with her knee extended, striking his jaw with a harsh strike. "Arrghhhhh!" he cried as the strike really hurt and a surge of pain felt around his jawline. The strike left him stunned and an easy target for Sheena to get behind him in a kneeling position.

The young woman would reach down to grab his head, pulling him up to a seated position while wrapping her arms around his neck for a dragon sleeper submission. "Nrgh?! *Cough* Gaaah!" He gasped, his arms moving up to grab her bicep and try to pry it off his neck while his legs kicked the mats. His body was glistening in sweat as it was clear he was being worked over by his younger compatriot.

"Anata no kotoba de jūbun [Enough of your words!"] he cried in anger, frustrated at not being able to out-wrestle her. In his state of frustration, his hands reached up to grab a fistfull of her hair and he bent forward, looking to use the grip of her hair to vault her up and over his shoulders, trying to toss her in front of her using a snapmare variant.

Sheena was in control. That was somewhat of a understatement for how the match had gone up until this point. Despite the gap in experience between the two Sheena's technical skill and resourcefulness, as well as maybe a dash of her opponent underestimating her had allowed her to both get and maintain the edge. A nice side bonus of this as well being that her opponent was growing more and more frustrated and furious with her success over him and continued advantage.

But that little bonus was a double edged sword. One that finally came up to cut Sheena in the behind. Before she could do anything a sudden sharp, tugging sensation screeched at the top of Sheena's scalp as her hair was grabbed by her opponent. Grip loosening slightly as a result of the instinctive loss in focus that came form such a move it left Sheena with little to do in defense with what Ryu did next.

"Whoaaa gah!" Yelping in surprise as she was pulled forward and off Ryu's back, her hold was decimated as flew forward and down towards the mat. "Guh!" Yelling in pain as she hit the mat back first Sheena would instinctively arch her back up in response to the impact, temporarily stunned from the move!
