Tempting a Storm: Zane Lambert vs Karasu Tengu

Standard Match: Winner decided by pinfall, submission, or knockout

Zane smiled as he moved his hoodie out of the way slightly, taking a few new selfies whilst in his own little world backstage. Wearing the same outfit as he did in his debut match he was taking the time to preen and show off for his fans, only remaining close to the ramp so that the workers could tell him when to make his entrance. After being late to do so last time he at least now was taking precautions to not be so unprepared again... which wasn't to say he was aware of anything else as he posted the selfies and started up a quick stream with his phone.

"Heyyyy how's it going all my little stars and starlets its you're superstar Zane here about to head out for my second match in hashtag LAW Wrestling! While saying this he gestured behind him to a sign which had the company's logo on it before continuing. "I mentioned last weekend how I'd give all yall a special treat if we got up to a hundred thousand subscribers.. WHICH WE DID Thank all yall and just as promised I'll be continuing this stream all the way though my entrance down to the ring which should beeeee right now so lets go!" After saying his piece Zane began to strut his way over to the guerilla position, actually not needing to be reminded this time as his music kicked on.

Stepping out from behind the curtains he would pose for the crowd to a mostly negative reaction but with a few cheers mixed in. Probably from whatever fans of his had gotten in live. But it didn't matter any exposure was good exposure after all. Lifting his phone up Zane did a slow circle at the top of the ramp, letting his audience get a full view of things before strutting his way down the ring.

Doing a few poses with some less than enthused fans in the background Zane soon made it to the ring where'd hop up onto the apron and pose while against the ropes a final time for his audience before shutting the stream down and slipping into the ring. Dropping his hoodie and kicking it out of the ring he handed his phone to the ref so they could put it somewhere safe for him before leaning back against the corner, waiting eagerly for his opponent to come down..

Karasu stood solemnly backstage. Silently waiting for her signal to begin her entrance. Undertaking her mission Karasu only had one objective, that was to win. Naturally she would have preferred to stay in the shadows. Deciding against it seeing as how she could go further with her mission if she was in the open. Seemingly confident in her victory, Karasu did some practical research on her opponent. Zane Lambert a known streamer with some skills. Though hampered by his more sexual nature. An easy victory in Karasu's mind. Mentally and physically Karasu would have to limit herself to the new setting and rules. After all this would be her first wrestling match ever. A slight adjustment would have to be made.

Suddenly Karasu would hear loud music backstage. Looking around for a moment, an official nearby would inform Karasu that it was only Zane making his entrance. With that she was also told to move into position to do her entrance. Not quite big on entrances herself, actually her siblings doing all the extra work. Hearing a mixture of cheers and booing, giving Karasu the idea that Zane must've been a controversial character. Controversial in the sense that you either liked or hated Zane.

Karasu made note of Zane's phone. Seeing how close he is to that device. Maybe Karasu could use that against Zane, at least if the rules permitted her to do so. Soon after a small break Karasu was given the signal to make her own entrance. Thinking nothing of it Karasu would just walk out without her music playing. One official going forward to grab Karasu trying to pull her back. Unhand me Karasu said dryly flipping over the official easily and holding him down. Just for someone backstage to facepalm and trying to run with it.

Karasu's music would begin to play throughout the arena. The audience apparently loving the show, or at least they thought it was. Releasing the official Karasu would get back up and continue down the ramp. Holding the same plain but fierce face as before. Entering the ring as normally as anyone else, not feeling the need to do something special. Doing very little to play towards the crowd, but for some reason them loving it all the same. Placing hands on her hips looking at Zane. Not being particularly impressed by his physique, almost scoffing at the thought of Zane winning. Prepare yourself to fall to the Tengu clan Karasu said proudly proclaiming her family name.

Despite handing his phone off to the ref Zane found himself desperately wished he hadn't. Hopping from to foot in anticipation his boredom quickly grew and he had to hold the ropes keep his hands from ghost typing. It hadn't been clear in his debut match since he had debuted second, but now that he was the one waiting for his opponent to come out it was becoming evidently clear how addicted to his phone he was.

Thankfully for the male he wouldn't have to wait long as the music of his opponent soon came out from the backstage area. "Thank fuck." He said to himself under his breath as he looked up to get his first good look at his opponent as she came down the ramp. The moment he did lock his vision onto her however any thoughts of missing his phone were immediately banished from his mind as the ninja looking beauty strutted down to the ring.

Although maybe strutted was... too strong a word. More like march or waltz. Either way despite her curvy figure and silky dark hair the girl had the most boring entrance he had ever seen. 'Even Blake was better than this.' The dark toned male thought with a snicker while still drinking in the full form and beauty of the woman. As he did so he would also begin to grin from ear to ear with lewd thought quickly entering his head as he thought about the various things he could do with Kara or Kersu or whatever her name was.

As she entered the ring he'd put on his most charming smile towards her as he put his hands behind his head flexing his abs a little for the girl while trying to give off the impression of being relaxed. Albeit the girl didn't look interested or impressed, not that that had ever stopped the male before. "I dunno about this Tengu clan but I can definitely see myself falling for you." He would say flirtatiously while flashing the girl a quick wink in addition to the words.

Zane to Karasu was looking to be like a quick study. There was not much depth to the individual, seemingly very superficial, arrogant and aloof. All from reading his body language and tone of voice. That was not even to comment on Zane's physical body. Nothing amazing write home about, seemed to be gained for the sake of gaining women. Which if the crowd was to be read, then it was working somewhat. Regardless of Zane obviously flexing his abs for Karasu. Karasu knew her mission and that was to win this bout. As for her to lose would mean shaming her clan.

If falling for me seems to be the case it would be beneficial for you to leave now. Karasu said proudly, not quite understanding what Zane meant. Still proudly keeping her stance, perfect posture hands on her hips, all unknowingly propping her chest up. Something some people in the audience would not fail to take notice of.

Seeing as how Karasu's attire is more complicated than most. The referee would be cautious getting closed to Karasu. Explaining that some of her items would be better left out of the ring. Complying with the rules, Karasu removed the small mask on her head. Giving it to the referee as he handed it off to someone outside of the ring. When it came do the bells on her head, Karasu would fight back against removing them. Removing these would take away the only advantage he would hope to find Karasu said talking about Zane. Shrugging it off the referee would leave Karasu to the center of the ring to begin the match.

Unknowing of her the setting and the exact conduct. Karasu would motion Zane at the start of the match to make the first move. Only so that she could the manner of fight this would be.

Despite his best effort it appeared Zane's attempts to impress his opponent was met with impassive stoicism. Something that he already half expected and didn't care too much about one way or another... After all he still got to flex for the rest of the fans in attendance! So it wasn't a total loss. However hearing his opponent's words he couldn't help himself from chuckling.

"Hehehe you're the super serious type aren't ya? Boring but I can work with that. Hey maybe I can even help ya loosen up.. in more ways than one." He said suggestively with a wag of his eyebrows as he lowered his arms as the bell rang.

Tensing his legs slightly he waited at first to see if his opponent would make the first move and prepared to counter if she had. However unlike his debut opponent this girl didn't seem especially interested in wailing on the male right off the bat. Quite the contrary in fact she raised her hand and gave him the 'come at me signal' instead! 'All well.' He thought to himself with a internal shrug before grinning at her. "Hope you're ready babe cause everyone's watching!" As he said this Zane would spring forwards at full speed towards the tengu!

Picking up speed quickly Zane would prepare himself for action as he closed in on the girl. She was the serious type which meant that she was likely watching everything he was doing and preparing for a counter. But he was smart enough to figure that just by their first interaction. So even as he leaped up in the air and extended his legs out for a dropkick the streamer was already tensing himself up for when he'd fall back to the mat. After all if he hit Tengu with this opening move great. But the girl dodged or countered he'd need to be ready to move if and when it was necessary to stop whatever counter she would have in mind.

Karasu wasn’t impressed in the slightest by Zane. She could easily gather that the male was very vain and was more focused on his looks than the actual match. A flaw Karasu would be sure to exploit in this match with him. Zane dared to mention that he could loosen Karasu more ways that one. While 99% of people in attendance took that as something sexual. Karasu was in the 1% that took it as an attack. To Karasu what she took it as was Zane going to force and bend Karasu. Hence loosening her up.

I think not, you will obtain other loss tonight. As was decreed by me and the Tengu clan. Karasu said boldly not changing her stance until she heard the bell ring. Only then would she open up her stance and get into one that looked more suited for countering strikes rather than grappling.

Zane quickly charged at Karasu. Taking the moment to analyze the man, Karasu noticed that Zane had tensed his legs. Leading her to believe that his opening attack would come from his legs. Being proven right as Zane jumped up in the air for a dropkick. A move Karasu could not understand for the life of her. The risk reward behind the move inherently made it one people should stay away from. Knowing this Karasu sidestepped the dropkick, allowing Zane to fall onto the mat. Hoping to capitalize on this moment Karasu would look to front flip forward and drop her leg on Zane’s head!

'Oh she is definitely the dense type. Super hot.' Zane thought to himself as he charged at Karasu, leaping up to go right in for a drop kick on the way too serious girl. As he did so however he saw that the apparent silliness of her ninja assassin gimmick may not all be a gimmick. Before he could make contact, the smaller girl she had side stepped out of the way of his attack, leaving Zane to fall to the mat.

"Oof!" Gasping as his back hit the mat Zane would make a split second reaction that would turn out to be a really good call. Pulling up his legs immediately he pulled his legs and abs up just in time to kick them back out, kipping to his feet, barely missing a leg drop aimed for his head! In fact it was so close that he even felt the skin from Karasu's leg brush past his hair as he got to his feet.

Turning around immediately he would smirk down at her. "Phewww way better legs than I initially thought." He said as his eyes traced along Karasu's outstretched leg to the rest of her body before smirking at the image it create. "I could get used to you in this position." He said flirtily before darting forward, attempting to push his knee out and slam it into Karasu's chest! "But I think I'll like you better on you're back!" He would say with a shit eating smirk if the blow connected successfully.

Karasu was planning to start the match strong and just take it from there. That’s what the leg drop was supposed to do. The flip adding more spin and power to the drop. Not that it mattered because Zane was able to get out just in time. Surprising Karasu somewhat as she had not expected such a impressive dodge from Zane.

Now that Karasu missed her move she was in a vulnerable position with her leg stretched out. Something Zane would not let go without a comment. She couldn’t do much about her position. Thankfully Zane gave her the time to recover as he admired Karasu’s body. Had he countered immediately he would have landed a strike on Karasu

Getting into a defensive position, Karasu was able to put her hands up and block the knee to her chest. Still though there was a decent amount of power behind the knee. This meant that the knee knocked Karasu onto her back. Just like how Zane had wanted, but during her training. Zane had to be careful for any counters coming from her grounded position.

[Bare]

Zane smirked at being able to evade and even counter against Karasu. Sure he may not usually care about winning or losing, but messing with such a serious faced girl was always something he enjoyed. Besides she obviously took some pretty big pride in her skill, and he was sure being out maneuvered by HIM would almost no doubt piss her off later.... something he'd definitely be sure to bring up.

None the less he was moving forward, driving his knee Karasu's chest for a running knee strike. Unfortunately for him the smaller girl had managed to get her arms up, blocking the majority of impact. But he still had a way he can work with it. After all... "Sup." He would say playfully down to her, having slid down to his knees in the wake of his strike, using the knee he had hit Karasu with to pin her arms and chest down.

It was a cheeky move, one he didn't think would hold her for long but boy would it piss her off. Especially since with his knee holding her torso down meant that her shoulders were also pinned which meant....

ONE!"

Zane was getting the first pinfall attempt of the match.

Karasu was certainly taken by surprised Zane’s rather skillful movement. Regardless she would not allow this buffoon to dishonor her. Still though she needed to be careful since she was in the weaker position here. Though for some reason he refused to make anything of his position. Surely anyone else would have attacked Karasu more.

Instead Zane used this moment to pin Karasu down by using his knee. Even being playful with the moment, this is supposed to be a serious match. To make matters even worse this would be the first pinfall attempt of the match. This fact alone angered Karasu more than being on her back so quickly after the match started.

Hearing the one count was all Karasu needed to hear. YOU WILL RELEASE ME! Karasu demanded as she swung her body up, pushing Zane off her. Karasu rolled to her sides coming to her knees then standing. Eyes brimming with anger, at least that much was obvious to everyone that could see her expression.
