A Battle of Will: Finlay Zeffer vs Izzia Oskevic

Despite a surprisingly good degree of technical skill from Izzia in the get go there was still a wide gap between them in terms of their physique and natural power. So when Finlay managed to not only power out of Izzia's attempted hold he would turn and counter her directly by throwing the Polish Princess with an irish whip!

Setting his feet and facing her as he did so Finlay would tense himself up and raise his arm, barreling into Izzia's chest and bringing her unceremoniously to the mat in response. Looking down he saw the lightweight rolling away and opted not to chase her. After all they would have plenty of opportunities to clash today, no need to rush things. What the blonde was looking for right now was to see how she had improved. "Come on Izzia." He said while raising his arm and giving her a come at me gesture. "Lets see what else you have to show me." He said to her while crouching a bit, eager to see how the girl would try to bounce back from this.

Izzia managed to roll clear of Finlay after this thumping clothesline knocked the slight-framed princess down. She scrambled to her feet, only to find that her foe was not even pursuing her, instead watching with an almost clinical interest to see what she would do next.

Feeling a flush in her cheeks, Izzia smoothed down her ruffled skirt and took up her wrestling stance once more, eyeing Finlay up as she began to circle her opponent, sharp eyes hunting for the best mode of attack.

"I could show you all kinds of good things," she drawled mischievously before darting forward, feigning another lock up with her opponent. However, at the last second she would attempt to dive between his legs, bound up and bounce off the ropes behind him. If her manoeuvre was successful she would try to catch him with a flying drop kick to the chest as he turned to face her again.

Finlay watched with interest as the felled Izzia got back up to her feet, knowing a big hit like that clothesline would be difficult for any smaller opponent to get back up from. In this case Izzia for all intents and purposes took it rather well and got back to her feet in good time making Finlay nod in approval... also consequently missing her brief blush.

Either way it seemed her confidence hadn't dwindled either, which also was a good sign and earning another appreciative nod from him. "I'm sure you would like too." He said back as he raised his hands up and approached her as she seemed to be looking for another lock up. 'Really when it didn't work for her last time?' He thought to himself as he moved to accept it only to blink when she suddenly vanished from his sight.

"What?" He said in shock as he turned around immediately trying to find her again and get the girl back into his line of sight. HE managed to do this easily enough since she was right behind him, but it was too little too late as the Polish Princess came flying in with a drop kick! "Gah!" He yelled getting knocked over by the move and landing flat on his back as a result!

Izzia could see she'd caught Finlay unawares as he tried to follow her swift flurry of movement, only to have the Polish Princess come rocketing back at him, leaping high and twisting her body horizontal to aim a drop kick at the unsuspecting male.

Her feet thudded into the solid chest of her foe, sending Finlay sprawling onto his back. Izzia landed from her dropkick and rolled quickly to her feet, scrambling over to her downed foe in the hopes of closing the distance before he could recover from the initial impact.

Grabbing one of his arms, Izzia would swing into a sitting position beside him, planting her feet against the side of his torso and wrenching his arm hard, trying to wear down the big New Zealander down on the mats where his size advantage counted for less.

Finlay groaned softly as he was brought down by the Polish Princess and her quick but decisive dropkick sending him crashing down onto the mat with a groan of pain as he held his chest. Trying to sit up he was met once again by the sight of Izzia coming once more towards him!

Eyes widening in shock there was nothing he could do as the girl grabbed his hand before he could do anything. With Izzia dropping herself down to the mat Finlay was forced to follow as the woman's feet pressed into his sides causing a searing pain to spread through him.

"Gah!" Groaning in pain Finlay immediately arched his back in response to the arm bar. Wincing the blonde would try and reach over in a effort to grasp his caught hand and pull it back in order to try and lessen the pain the submission could do.

Izzia wrenched Finlay hard into the armbar with her feet planted against the side of his torso, wanting to work the bigger male over as much as she could before releasing him.

It was still early in the match however, and he had plenty of energy left. Arching his back and using his free hand to pull the stretched arm back, he was lessening the power of the hold, and the Polish Princess lacked the brute power to stop him from doing so.

Maintaining the hold for a few more seconds, she eventually released and kicked out with both legs at the same time, hoping to roll Finlay away from her as she scrambled upright.

"Am I meeting your expectations yet?" she panted with a smile. "Come on, big man - show me what you've got!"

Finlay was grunting and groaning in pain as his arm was pulled back in the tight grasp of his tenacious opponent. Izzia's skill had definitely improved since last time, impressing the blonde immensely, not that he could or would show it. Despite his best efforts however he was only able to mitigate the pain his arm was in, as opposed to outright breaking free of it.

Luckily salvation came in the form of Izzia abandoning her hold, rolling Finlay away as she did so. Grunting softly as his hand went up to clutch his shoulder the blonde would immediately roll up onto his knees facing his opponent determined eyes. Eyes that only narrowed ever slightly as he heard the words of his opponent.

However... despite the pain he was in and the way that last exchange had gone.. he ended up grinning.. slightly mind you, but still grinning. Getting up to his feet the blonde would roll his shoulder back as if he was even more determined than before. "Careful what you wish for." He said warningly as he stood up to his feet he would raise his hands up again. "Care to dance?" He would ask, actually loosening up a bit as he kept his gaze fixed on the dark haired girl before him.

She watched as Finlay rolled clear after the submission hold, in a bit of pain but clearly still with plenty of fight left in him. The duo were certainly in for a grind of a match if this continued - she might have had the upper hand but her foe would surely be a tough nut to crack.

Her eyes followed his body as he rose to face her and cracked a grin of his own, evidently enjoying the match so far! He rolled his shoulders and set his feet, challenging her to another grapple in the centre of the ring.

Izzia smirked coyly at his words. "I'd love to, but maybe some other time." And then she darted forward again, attempting to duck beneath Finlay's grip to avoid an all out grapple with the bigger wrestler. She reached out, trying to catch him around the back of his knees with both hands and pull, hoping to yank Finlay's legs out from under him and drop him onto his back.

Finlay watched Izzia carefully as he held his arms up, waiting to see if the Polish Princess would accept the offer or not. Though he didn't believe she would. After all despite how the match had initially started, with the girl opening with a test of strength between them it was clear he held too wide an advantage there, and he didn't take her to be foolish enough to try again.

Sure enough the woman ducked low, avoiding his grasp with a cheeky quip. Just as he expected. Turning over his waist he saw the woman duck low and go for his legs. Instinctively he would spread out his legs to widen his balance. If he managed to keep his footing through this he would bend over himself, arms snapping forward to ensnare his opponent's waist.

If he was successful the blonde would pull up and away in a effort to tear Izzia's grasp from his legs. If this worked he would haul the dark haired girl up into the air, and if it should work he would lift her up and over before throwing her down, aiming to slam Izzia into the mat with a gutwrench suplex!

Izzia went low trying to get a hold of Finlay's legs to pull them out from under him. This time, however, he was ready for her, spreading his legs to make himself harder to move and at the same time reaching down. She felt his strong arms encircle her trim waist before she was suddenly hoisted skyward. She let out a yelp of surprise as she was upended, her flimsy skirt falling to reveal her white silk panties beneath! But she didn't have time to feel embarrassed as Finlay followed through, launching the Polish Princess into a powerful gutwrench suplex.

"AUUGH!" Izzia squealed in pain as she was slammed to the canvas, her limps flopping in all directions as she was momentarily stunned by the impact. Her attack her backfired spectacularly and she now found herself at the mercy of her male opponent if he chose to take quick advantage before she could recover.
