I'm sorry if this has been asked before (it most probably has been), but is there like an official guideline when a user is being considered acitve/inactive? I understand completely though if it's a case-by-case basis. The reason why this picked up my interest now was that back in January I asked about Kasumi (DoA) and was rightly informed that she was taken, but now that Iooked it up again after noticing that you hadn't included her in your list, the user hasn't posted since December and seems to have been "active" last in July. I'd still be interested making the character(s) based on her in LAW if the reference is considered free, so any hints/tips would be appreciated.
