Re: Lightweight Clash: Raquel vs. Lu
Raquel felt Lu roll forward and the red-headed wrestler tried to make it back to her feet as quickly as possible. Raquel felt like she just landed a telling blow and wanted to capitalize with some moves of her own! She bolted backward, running to the ropes and bouncing off to build speed as she rushed right at Lu looking to leap! Raquel led with her knee aiming to smash the head of Lu with a shining wizard!

Re: Lightweight Clash: Raquel vs. Lu
Lu shook her head as she finally made it to her feet. "Gah!" Only to be blindsided by a knee crashing into her head, knocking her down again. "Nnnhhh..." She groaned while she clutched her aching skull and writhed on the floor. "No..." However, she preserved even in her disorientated state. "I can't lose!.." She announced as she struggled to get stand up in spite of her blurry vision and heavy limbs. Should she somehow stagger back onto her feet, she would turn to face Raquel but did nothing more. "I can't..."

Re: Lightweight Clash: Raquel vs. Lu
Raquel sent Lu crashing down to the mat before rising back up to her feet. Raquel looked down at Lu and saw her struggling to get up. Raquel crouched low and ready to strike off to the side of Lu so she wasn't seen right away. As soon as Lu was up Raquel should step up and swing her leg to send a hard super kick right to the jaw of Lu!
Once it connected and sent Lu back down to the mat Raquel would quickly move to cover her for the pin hoping to put her away for the win!

Re: Lightweight Clash: Raquel vs. Lu
Still reeling from the shining wizard, Lu sluggishly stood up. Her arms hung listlessly by her sides and her shaky legs only just supported her weight as she turned to face her foe. She narrowly saw the superkick coming. "Grk!.." It caught her squarly on jaw, whipping her head backwards. Her eyes rolled to the back of her head while the rest of her body flopped limply back down onto the canvas.
Knocked unconscious, Lucy remained oblivious to Raquel making the pin. The referee started the count but it was just a formality at that point.
"One!.."
"Two!.."

Re: Lightweight Clash: Raquel vs. Lu
"THREE!"
the bell rang and Raquel stood tall holding her hands up as she began to strut about and shake her hips as her music boomed through the speakers. Raquel was rolling and hopefully putting the lightweight division.... and all of LAW.... on notice that she was a legit wrestler and ready for the top level at that. Ever since her disappointing shortcoming in the lightweight title match against Aoi and the ending of her on-and-off relationships outside the ring Raquel had a new focus and her record was reflecting that very well.

Re: Lightweight Clash: Raquel vs. Lu
"Nnhhh..." With a pained moan, Lu groggily blinked awake while clutching her jaw. It didn't take her long to realise what had just happened; the match ended in her defeat. She sighed to herself before she picked herself up and dragged herself out of the arena, her head hung low in shame.
