Juri said this partly intentionally and partly as a slip up, but she would try and fix it.
"Ahem, well, I think I'm still in the 'proving myself' stage. The 'teaching' stage comes afterwards in my opinion." She added.

The drinks that were brought up were colourless. Juri immediately took a few sips and was surprised. She was expecting this to be some kind of wine or vodka, but... "Water? Is it because you don't drink alcohol or was this you being careful with me? I have nothing against water after a workout, but I think for this occasion, we need something with a bit of a punch, if you're not chickening out that is..?"
Juri said with a cheeky smile and a challenging expression. Juri wanted to play into her own set up 'mischievous' persona as well as to show that she isn't the type to just play along with everything and anything.

If Hideo agreed, or at least did not disagree, then... "Waiter!" She'd exclaim, raising her right hand. The waiter would come and... "Yes, miss?"
"Can you show me the menu for the drinks for a moment please?" Juri would say before looking for some sort of wine with distinct colour, so that the 'something extra in it' wouldn't be noticed. Juri would point to red wine. "Can we get a bottle of this?"
"Right. Anything else?" Juri shook her head and the waiter left.

"Well, I said it would be on me if I complained, so the drinks are on me.
Right... Where were we? What matches I like? Well I'm not too sure. I've only had one match and that one hardly even counts as match, as it lasted about two seconds... But I guess, I would like any match that does not restrict conventional martial arts, since I've specifically trained in those." Well, that was the version of 'need to know basis'.
"As for who I'd like to fight..." Juri needed to put serious effort into stopping herself from grinning. "I think like most rookies, I'd like to fight some well known names... Kyoko does meet the criteria and I've heard she's shown the ropes to numerous rookies... I think that's pretty nice of her, considering I've heard most veterans straight up refuse to fight rookies..."
This was, in a way, bait for Hideo to make his take on the matter.

The two were starting t talk more casually though Juri was muttering under her breath sometimes which Hideo assumed was nervousness. It only seemed to add to it that she had water rather then punch which Hideo quickly explained. "Well like you mentioned you were fresh off a workout by the looks of things. Plus I tend not to drink too much during a meal fills you up faster then the food does. But hey its all on me so if you want something else for us by all means." Hideo offered with his usual aim to please. He didn't see what she got but he was sure he would recongize it when it did arrive.

"I get that, being able to play to your strenghts makes sense, LAW does try and keep that up. even though sometimes I feel they go out of there way to make matches some don't like." Hideo laughed when the focused turned to matches. That laugh almost turned akward when Juri went back to her sister and her history of being booked against new girls who she often beat. Juri had mentioned her before which Hideo dismissed as her trying to be famialr but it almost felt like now she was talking about her intentionally as an opponent she wanted to fight, and by the looks of her she was right up Kyoko's alley when it came to preferences. Her abs would be resoundly tested by her sister and he felt himself trying to look away not thinking about that. "Heh. She can be nice just usually not in the ring, not sure how well you two would mesh in a match together." Hideo muttered. If his efforts were focused on getting her to abandon the idea he had to admit they weren't really good.

Hideo didn't seem to pay more attention to Juri's more honest remarks, which was probably for the better.
Though the excuse for why Hideo ordered water did amuse Juri a little. "Heheh, how very considerate of you! You really might go far in the business with that kind of thinking! But... I'd still prefer my choice." Juri insisted. "I've had my water already." She added. "Aand no... The drinks are on me. I said if I complain, I will be the one paying. Gotta keep my word. How can a person be trusted if they don't keep their word?" Juri tried to show Hideo that she had some good values too, even though she only keeps her word when it's beneficial to her.
And in hindsight, this situation was pretty weird since hideo's mentioned 'workout' was Juri beating up his relative.

Shifting to the other topic, Juri would make sure to hook on the last part of Hideo's comment.
"Some matches some don't like? You mean like those hentai matches? We'll need to go on a few more dates before I let you challenge me to one of those." Juri said with a smirk, teasing him with a little seduction.

Juri was sitting with her arms comfortably spread, leaving her bare midriff in all its glory. Great timing, too, as Hideo was talking about Kyoko and couldn't help but glance at her abs every now and then, which made it impossible for Juri to wipe her small, confident smile off her face. "Understandable. It's hard to be nice and polite when punches and kicks are flying at you, or you're the one who's flying... I'm no angel in the ring either... It's best if what happens behind the ropes, stays behind the ropes..." Ofc, Juri was well aware of how Kyoko was, but she acted a bit more ignorant on purpose.
"So, what do you think my chances of winning would be? Do you think my belly could handle it?" Juri would making it a bit seductive, directing Hideo's attention to her abs again and brushing her hand through them as she did.

Hideo was surprised she actually stuck by it, he almost refused but something about this women felt like it would be a blow to her pride if he persisted. He had experince with that given how many women were actually in his life so he decided not to push it. "Well one with more money but something tells me that integrity is more important. I know when to back down from a losing battle." Hideo said gesturing a surrender with his hands. Things seemed to be going well still but then Juri had to push things and Hideo had to figure it was planned by her timing causing him to nearly choke on his food. After taking a second to keep from dying on his date he would try and keep from embarassing himself.

"What? I didn't mean to imply that at all. I mean not that I wouldnt want to but...Well I wasn't trying to jump to or imply that." Hideo scrambled not sure if he was making things better or worse. Juri seemed to be enjoying it from her smile and the way she was pressing on about Kyoko and her belly. Her challenge was clear and Hideo felt himself unable to not check her abs out, he didn't share his sisters interest to his knowledge but it was hard not to appreciate body that looked like Juri's. "Y-Yeah deceny tends to go out the window...As for your chances well I can't say. You seem to look tougher then most girls Kyoko fights. You also seem proud of your belly Im sure you'd do well." He'd say really trying to not look and failing from Juri's mini show, at this point her attire was beginning to look less like an accident.

"Good boy" Juri would play along with Hideo's surrender.
Hideo looked like he was the serious, stoic type, so the teasing mention of a hentai match between them worked better than she had expected. The dude was literally choking on his food and his words.
Juri's grin grew wider as Hideo was stumbling, especially after the 'not that I wouldn't want to' part.
Of course in reality, Juri would rather chop his balls off than let Hideo touch her like that. But for now, Juri was just enjoying the fact that she made a mess of the mentioned stoic, serious dude, and quite easily at that. Maybe she was sexier that she had thought? Juri never really gave much of a shit of her sexiness. Well it certainly wasn't a priority at least...

"Hehehe... Relax, you don't need to be embarrassed. If a man can't take his eyes off my body, then I consider it a compliment, so please, if you feel like looking, be my guest then! Well, as long as I get to do the same." Juri said. She knew she had to show that she's as much interested in Hideo as she was making him interested in her.
"I suppose it must be hard to say when you haven't seen me in action. So I think it would be easier to say after our little spar once we're done with our dinner? You know, a little bit of the good old hands-on approach." Juri would continue teasing him. Juri would lean in with a hand next to her mouth as if trying to prevent anyone else hearing her. "I'll even let you have a free shot at my abs..." Juri would lean back into a normal position. "Then you can tell me if it's up to the task."

Hideo was left having to let Juri have that one, but now she seemed pleased and Hideo was instead left to try and avoid the matter of stumbling over this date and saying something stupid. He wasn't really prone to doing that but Juri's forwardness made it hard to navigate since she could easily twist anything he was saying. He felt like it was in good fun but it was hard enough to tell and his first reaction was always to try and correct it. Juri's latest trick made it worse asking him to spar, not his idea of a date but at least it was more up his alley.

"Well something tells me it would be rude of me to refuse." Hideo said, doing his best to not address Juri giving him free reign to check her out. Hideo was also not trying to think too much about what her plan was, she seemed to not so subtely be angling to try and beat her sister and was looking for a way to judge herself between them.

Juri chuckled at Hideo's response. "Yes, it would be rude indeed." This was more or less side talk for Juri while she was thinking of an exact way to drug Hideo's drink when it arrives and she just came up with a decent idea...
"Say... How much do you know about various drinks? Wait, no!" Juri interrupted herself to make this seem like it was on the spot idea, yet connected to the question. "How about we make this more fun? Look, just before our drinks arrive, close your eyes, I'll tell you when. I'll serve it to you, you will taste it and try to guess what it is? Sound fun?"

Wanting to find out what would come of all this next Hideo would be trying to see how else he could make sure that Juri was actually enjoying the date, she seemed to be fine for the most part but if their was anything else he could do he wanted to get it done. But he also didn't want to come off as trying too hard, so when she made an offer for a simple fun of guessing drinks he thought that was an easy thing to do.

"Do I at least get to return the favor or are you saying that you already know the drinks at this place?" Hideo asked amused by the idea but not before nodding his head to indicate he was done for it. This place wasn't a regular for him but it was nice enough for a date, so he thought this could be a bit more fun to do.

Mr Akan took the bait. 'great success', juri thought. Juri could be a pretty fun girl if that benefited her, that is.
On top of that, Hideo made this even easier for the sociopath by suggesting that Juri would get a taste test, too. Accepting that would normally remove any (if there were any in the first place) suspicions. Juri was always overly careful. She would always have an ace up her sleeve.
"Well, I do know what I've ordered, not a big surprise there. But if you want to order something as well, then sure, go on, surprise me."

Hideo nodded his head before calling the waiter and requesting a drink for Juri. The further this went the better things looked though Juri was very forward it was expected for someone who was wrestler. It was very often that people in this profession tended to be like this, and it was far from the first time Hideo had dated one. The waiter returned with both drinks and trying not to look too much at what Juri ordered he straightened up in his seat.

"Well, it's your idea so I will go first." Hideo said closing his eyes and getting ready to try whatever drink Juri had in store for him. He had no experience with much of the choices available but he had tried many things and he was confident he could at least give a good answer.
