Letting out a low chuckle and a small groan of pain after being free from the Boston Crab hold. Rubbing her lower back a bit before slowly getting to her feet with a smug grin on her face, getting to her feet and wrapping her arm around the younger woman shoulder. They are not legal but who is going to stop you if you do it hmm?. The refs are push overs and at best will give you a warning, or their so called finger poke to the chest and a stern talking to." she says mocking the ref and even poking Sophia in the chest with her finger to prove her point.
Patting the smaller woman on the back she was impressed that even thought she ambushed Sophia. The young woman was able to fight back and using her skill was able to get the top spot with her counters and skill. "It kept you on your toes did it not. Beside you must always be prepared, your a young wolf in a den of predators and everyone of them know that you are new to the cutthroat side of wrestling." giving honest advice to Sophia as she is starting to enjoy being a teacher to younger wrestlers.

Re: Training with the best
"I will take it into consideration." Sophia spoke in response to Cyber's advice about bending the rules, wearing a rare smile upon her lips. It was a dream come true to be in the presence of her childhood heroine. Cyber Widow was here right now in the flesh, helping give pointers to Sophia Wolfe. If only her younger self could have anticipated such a dream come to reality. If only she could have told herself back then that this day would come, perhaps she would not have had such a rough time of things... perhaps she might have even become a more open person to others instead of the reserved and cold woman she had become for such a long time.
Bending the rules was Cyber's way, but regrettably not Sophia's. It was the way of things, but that was not to say Thereisa's advice was lost upon her. These were things she could expect from Alcina for certain, and in that regard Thereisa was preparing Sophia for anything that might happen against the larger opponent. The pat on the back near made Sophia stagger, Thereisa forgetting her own powerful strength when she patted her on the back in a boisterous manner. Sophia kept her footing none the less, rubbing her back a little as she looked to her idol.
"Alcina is so tall and powerful. I've fought against heavyweights before, but I've never had to face someone like her. What should I do against such devastating power?" Sophia asked, looking for advice against the woman who had tormented her so over the last few months. She was to face her soon in a match that was unknown to Sophia. Being up close and personal with Alcina was the last thing she wanted to do, but the stipulation of their match dictated she would always be within arms reach of a woman who longed to get her hands upon her.

Re: Training with the best
To busy thinking over what kind of idea or game plan to defeat a giant like Alcina. Who took a full Stardust kick to the side and didn't even flinch from it at all, and Thereisa knows she put all of her power into that kick. So she went and studied film on the giant woman and her skills seeing how she mostly uses her height and weight to wear her opponents down, but it the power she has as she was able to toss Gil with one hand with ease.
You can always target her legs. Tall heavyweight are only strong if they have their legs under them. Pick a limb of hers as a target and focus on that the whole match, she already knows your weakness." Thereisa turns facing Sophia. Before wrapping her arms around the woman mid section, yanking her off her feet and trapping her in a bearhug.
She forces the younger woman to look into her eyes while tightening her grip around the woman core muscles. "This is your weakness Anytime someone gets you in a bearhug or any move that wears you down... You turn and surrender after some fight." she says bluntly wanting her partner to know that she should not fight honorable in this match.

Re: Training with the best
Sophia listened intently to what Thereisa had to say. There was nothing she was saying so far that she could disagree with. A good strategy would indeed be to target one of her legs. For one it would slow her right down. Sophia could strike and target one of her legs and open her up to potential submission holds to really inflict damage on the giant of a woman. She nodded at Thereisa's suggestion, before her childhood heroine once again began to take advantage of her relaxed state.
Without warning, Thereisa rushed in, grasping Sophia with an embrace, making her gasp out loud as her powerful arms wrapped around Scar's waist, managing to trap her arms at her sides. Before Sophia could even react, she was being lifted into the air, up against Thereisa off her bare feet. Slowly, Thereisa began to tighten ger grasp, her arms slowly seemingly hardening and growing with muscle as she began to apply oppressing pressure against Sophia's core.
Naturally, Sophia worked to try and get her arms free, gasping out as Thereisa began to squeeze tighter. It was far from Thereisa's full strength, but even so, Sophia was feeling the increasing pressure, feeling a moan being forced from her lips. She stretched her figure, her stomach muscles tensing as she tried to free her arms, knowing she was as good as trapped without them.
"Uugh... Th... that is not true..." Sophia gasped out. Though there was at least a half truth in Thereisa's words. She certainly did not surrender so easily... but she did struggle against this technique when faced up against larger opponents. Alcina was fond of bearhugging her, and Sophia knew she had to have a counter for it or she would be in trouble!

Re: Training with the best
"Be quite and listen. Your overmatched right now, it feels like nothing you can do can help you. The only thing your able to do is suffer in the embrace before passing out." Thereisa tells her. While saying those words her grip is slowly tightening tighter and tighter, trying to choke and squeeze the life out of the younger woman.
Wanting Sophia to know that the time for playing is done. She starts to use her full strength in squeezing the young woman in the bearhug. Even going so far as to start shaking her from side to side like a ragdoll, all the while she is keeping eye contact with Sophia own as if challenging the younger woman to do something to escape. "are you just going to take this or are you going to try and fight back. If not you can tap out and I will let you go."

Re: Training with the best
Sophia gasped out, as Thereisa's grip continued to tighten around her alluring and exposed core. Hoisted up high against the heavyweight legend, Sophia was kept up off her feet in the air, finding little if any leverage to work with as she pushed against Thereisa's shoulders and arms, trying to fight her way towards freedom. A few clicks and creaks began to sound out, forcing a shout of pain from the fellow German's parting lips. She arched back into a C like shape, closing her eyes tightly as she pushed harder.
There was no escape... at least not that way. Cyber Widow was a powerful heavyweight. Whilst most of the danger came from her legs, her arms were just as capable as she was proving now with her terrible embrace. As time passed, the hold became more intense, as Thereisa began to ragdoll Sophia, throwing her from one side to the other, putting terrible strain on her core. A cry of pain was forced from Sophia as she struggled to cope... she knew how to escape... but she did not want to strike the woman she looked upto. A loud crick sounded out from Sophia's spine... making her scream out.
Thereisa was forcing her hand.
Despite not wanting to hit her childhood heroine, Sophia leaned back, and quickly began to launch a flurry of strikes towards the head of Thereisa. It killed her to do so, the notion becoming obvious from the defeated expression upon her beautiful features. However, Thereisa was not playing it seemed, and if Sophia wanted to find release, she was going to have to fight her way out!

Re: Training with the best
Thereisa knew why she was doing this. This was how she was trained being forced to face the facts in the business of wrestling, there are no friends in the ring only foes and who going to try and stop you on your way to the top. As much as she hates to admit it Ayane was right all those years ago when she was told to never trust anybody cause they will either stab you in the back, or drag you down to make themselves look better in the end. Friends and respect don't get you very far in the business.
So after hearing the crick sound coming from Sophia spine area. She was shocked to feel fists slam into the side of her head hard, each blow stuns and staggers her a bit forcing her to back up slowly. Each thud sound echoes throughout the empty gym as knuckles slam against flesh as Thereisa slowly loosens her grip around her opponent mid section.
"Not bad on striking me.. But your lacking still Sophia. Do you really wanna escape my hold or are you still scared of striking me with your all. If you can't do that then you are nothing but a disgrace to your field and to women wrestlers out there. But your more of a disgrace to me since I wasted my time being here to train you."

Re: Training with the best
Thereisa was quick to call Sophia out. She was not wrong... Sophia was far from putting her full strength into striking Thereisa, and as such she was still trapped in the gruelling bearhug. Though she was able to stagger Thereisa with her flurry of strikes, there was no real bite to her punches. Sophia was a strong enough hitter that with enough force she should have been free by now... but she was holding back, and as such she was still caught in her terrible situation, feeling her back click a little more as Thereisa continued to slowly and strongly crush her slender waist within her powerful arms.
Sophia pushed against her arms, arching a little as her head whipped back. Her chest rose and fell deeply with each strained breath, as Thereisa was not holding back much against her at all. Sophia's bare stomach strained from the growing pressure, forcing a moan from the younger German as she tried to hook her legs onto Thereisa's sides to relieve some of the terrible pressure and leverage. Sophia began to shake her head when Thereisa began to state that Sophia was disgracing her, and her expression turned from her usual determined and stoic look to one of sorrow, feeling despair over what Thereisa was telling her.
"You do not know what it is you are asking of me Thereisa..." Sophia gasped out, emotion beginning to slip into her tone.
"When I was a little girl... I had no friends, no love from my family. I had no ambitions, no goals in life. I simply existed." Sophia would continue.
"I discovered wrestling... and I discovered you... even though I was not allowed to watch it. I would sneak out at night and climb a neighbours tree to watch your fights from the window. Sometimes my parents caught me, and they would beat me for it, but it would not deter me. I watched you rise from nothing to become the champion. It made me believe that if you could do such an amazing feat... perhaps I could do something too... if I worked just as hard as you did. You were a German girl, just like me... and I wanted to become like you.
"I ran away as soon as I was old enough... I trained hard and I did all I could to excel at every field I took part in. I educated myself, learned everything through trial and error. I mastered everything I could to the best of my power, not just in fighting but everything I did. I spent so long focusing on myself and being the best at everything I could that I began to lose my dream. Wrestling became an afterthought when I went into the business world. The girl who watched wrestling slipped away, the girl I promised would make it to be like Widow became nothing more than a distant memory. I fell into a dark hole Thereisa... I began to realise for all my skill and talent that I had gained nothing that I wanted at all. I was still where I was... no friends... no family... no ambition despite what others would tell me I had achieved." Sophia spoke. By now she was not struggling at all, simply letting Thereisa hold her within an embrace, caring not if she was still crushing her or not. She knew what she wanted to say.
"Do you know who got me out of that hole? When I was at my lowest? It was you Thereisa. When I was at my lowest, I dig out some old wrestling tapes, and I watched you and your struggle all over again to remind myself why I began my journey in the first place. It brought back the dream that little girl had so many years ago... and then I found out you were still here, all these years later, nearly two decades. Cyber Widow... still wrestling to this day. I dropped everything... everything... I sold that life I never wanted, and I poured myself into that little girls dream. I became a wrestler... a fighter... a winner... so I could finally meet up with the woman who got me out of that hole... and say thank you.... for everything. I would not be here today if it was not for you."
Sophia paused, unable to prevent herself from sniffling, her emotions beginning to get the better of her as she wiped her eye to prevent any tears from forming.
"So forgive me if I refuse to strike at my hero. If that makes me a disgrace... if that truely is a waste of your time... then I apologise.... but I won't hit you. Not you... I simply will not. I cannot." Sophia spoke more firmly, beginning to recompose herself and return to her usual stature despite her reddened eyes.

Re: Training with the best
Hearing Sophia speech if it was anybody else they would have been moved to tears. But for someone like Thereisa she is not moved at all, but more annoyed that someone like Sophia would think she this amazing wrestler when instead she doesn't know the bloody history of the Black Widow/Cyber Widow gimmick. But it time know to tell Sophia about how violent evil her heroine is, maybe this would break the younger woman and maybe force her to see reason.
Keeping the younger German woman in her embrace. Thereisa gives her a look before speaking.
I'm not this big hero you think I am. If you only knew what I had to do and give up to be where I'm at today, would you still look up to me." She says while tightening her grip even more around the woman waist.
"That Widow you saw on the VHS tapes. That was my older sister Louisa who was under that mask, I was in the middleweights around that time you know. While my perfect older sister was living it up in the heavyweight fighting Asai Rei and others, I was left in the middleweights being beaten by Audrey Hunter every night. I did everything to become better in the ring, speaking Japanese to get over better with the fans, and you know what they got me in the end?. Fucking nothing but me saying "Next time I do this or maybe if I did that." So yea I put all of my effort into being the best and after meeting Ayane she gave me the tough love that I'm showing you now. You may hate me for it you may hate how I do things, But I promise you that I will make you a champion so that you don't go down the path I'm on." Thereisa spoke. Before letting the woman go and steps away from Sophia.
"You know I broke my older sister leg due to me being jealous. That right my sister Louisa was the original Black Widow, you know how hard it was to deal with the perfect sister who was going to America after beating Mike Hagger and Lars Ostberg. I went with her and one night O challenged her to a fight to see who the better sister was, and your looking at the winner of that match I made sure that Louisa was never going to wrestle again after what I did to her. walking toward Sophia and places her foot on the woman chest. "What do you say about your hero now the one who permanently ended her older sister wrestling career.

Re: Training with the best
There was a moment of silence that befell the training area when Thereisa had said her piece to Sophia Wolfe, all but confessing the grim reality that the woman Sophia had watched as a child defeat Haggar was not Thereisa at all, but her sister. Thereisa remained standing, her foot placed firmly against the chest of Sophia to keep her grounded against the mat as all the words went through Sophia's mind. She tried to comprehend what she had just listened too, wondering if it was just some form of trick from Thereisa, trying to anger her, to get a reaction and spur her to do something that was not within her nature as an honourable fighter and wrestler. However, the tone in which Thereisa used, her mannerisms and her expression... there was no lie in what she said. This was all truth... a truth Sophia was not ready to hear.
Sophia almost wore an expression of shock upon her angelic but scarred features. Her eyes were wide, and her breath caught within her tightening chest. It wasn't because of the pressure of Thereisa standing on her, but rather the cold harsh reality of what she had been told slowly seeping in. The lie... It felt like the feeling of dread might overwhelm Sophia, and she struggled to breathe for a single moment, feeling overwhelmed by the new truth... Her body felt numb, her emotions whirling together, as if something within the young German's mind might explode.
But then... there was nothing.
That pit of dread subsided in an instant when the glass of reality finally shattered what remained of Sophia's dreams and memories. This had happened before... many times in fact. This was the only way she knew how to deal with such reality. All at once, the younger German's emotions simply shut down. Sophia reverted to her old normal self in an instant. Her expression relaxed, becoming removed of shock, becoming a stoic uncaring expression she was best known for by all. Sophia firmly grasped at Thereisa's ankle with both arms, before she twisted her torso, quickly throwing up her leg to kick firmly against Thereisa's knee to be free of her bind. Sophia rolled up towards her feet, not so much as even looking towards Thereisa after she revealed the truth.
"I thank you for helping me against Alcina when she attacked me... but beyond that... we are done." Sophia spoke very informatively, dusting herself off before she walked towards her gym bag. She turned to glance over her shoulder once she lifted her bag, loosely looking in Thereisa's direction without directly catching her eyes.
"There is nothing for me here." Sophia spoke plainly. That awe that once was set deep in Sophia's eyes when she was in the presence of Cyber Widow had faded.
