Deadly Nightshade - Finlay Zeffer vs Karen Meadows

Falling back into the bow and arrow hold while consequently lifting Karen up Finlah watched the woman’s back bend over his knees as he pulled on her top and lower halfs. But just hearing her screams of pain was all he needed to know that the hold was doing even more damage to that spine of hers. But it appeared as if the dark haired woman had quite the bit of fortitude to her. Even after the back to back submissions and clear pain she was in the woman didn’t seem like she’d be tapping soon. So after a little but longer of maintaining the bow and arrow hold he would finally release the starlet and let her collapse to the mat before rolling backwards to his feet.

Taking a moment to look down at her he would only nod upon seeing her more than likely dazed and still on the mat. If this was the case than he would turn and begin to climb up the the corner, turning and preparing him as he looked down at Karen’s prone body. Waiting a moment or two to gauge that she wouldn’t be getting back up he would leap forward off the corner attempting to perform a senton on Karen’s prone form!

Karen had been subjected to this hold and anything targetting her back for several minutes now it was starting to remind her of the many hold shs ewas subjected to on set that she found the other girls were insistent on pulling as hard as possible for. Especially in the later seasons when she was leaving and they were working stiff with her intentionally, Finlay wasn't those models but the memories came all the same when the pain inscreased. It was a relif when he finally relented since Karen was getting ready to get desperate in her escape, rolling on the floor whimpering and tending to her back. She heard the rampaging monster that was her opponent coming her way.

With little time to act but a lot of pain coming her way if she didn't Karen did what she had to do, turning and moving to avoid the worst of it all and making sure that Finlay hit the mats rather then her. Going to the corner Karen would stay near the ropes to help her up, lining up herslef to go on the attack once she was fully ready after dodging the senton.

Finlay was on the top ropes and once more looked down on Karen and seeing her twisted form writhing in agony on the mat he nodded to himself. He knew those probably brought back unpleasant memories for her but as cruel as it sounded he didn’t particularly care. Just because he was a former fan, not that he would admit to that, didn’t mean he was willing to roll over for the starlet.

Leaping up and through the air he descended down upon Karen aiming to try and nail her with a senton to complete his string of moves on Karen! However instead of hitting soft flesh he was instead met with hard white mat smashing into his back! ”Aghhhhh!” He yelled out in pain as he arched his back in pain and rolled onto his side nursing the injured area, temporarily stunned from tbe crash and burn.

Buying herself some time with a quick escape, the actress soon found herself away from her opponent and getting ready to keep up the fight. The issue going through her head was what to do, so far she had been rattling off moves by memory but it was clear she was going to need to think of something better if she wanted to actually win. So naturally her mind started thinking of what to do next, and it drifted to how would Mindy handle her moves being countered...and this started to bring ideas, with Karen getting up and looking over at Finlay.

"Unfortunately for you, no one eclipses the Midnight." Karen said lining up behind Finlay before she would attempt to rush at the back of his leg while she was getting up, her plan was to take him right back down and go to work from that, banking on her ability to keep him from standing up again and using his power to his advantage.

Finlay hissed and groaned in pain as he held his back in pain from the failed senton attempt on Karen. With the excess of damage he had dealt to the former actress he had thought he had her with that move but he had been mistaken. As a result now the tide of the match was in flux, it would all depend on which could stand and capitalize first. Grunting in pain as he held his back the blonde tried to make sure that was him but before he could get to his feet he felt a sharp impact against the back of his knee. ”Agh!” He cried out in pain as he fell back to the mat looking at the lights.

But rather than think about what he could do next or what exactly Karen had him with there was only one thing on his mind. ‘No one eclipses the midnight?’ He thouhht to himself knowing he heard that line before. But not from Karen, or at least not as herself. “Mindy..?” He asked himself in confusion while curling his taken out leg and and wincing and holding his back once more due to the impact of his back with the mat again.

Karen felt revived in a way, rejuvinated in her attack while Finlay was feeling just how tough she was after nearly trouncing her with his last few moves. But she had a plan, pursing her attack relentlessly and getting ahold of his leg so she could fold it and pull herself down locking in an stf submission hold when she would also go to grab at his face. In her first match after she turned heel she used this move to wear down the leg of her unspecting sap, she could have tore the leg off back then, she might actually try it now.

"Were you expecting someone different? You came in here all gooey-eyed and checking me out, don't act surprised now hot stuff!" Mindy said with a cackle before she would pull on his leg some more, happy to wear Finlay down while she had him. Refusing to let go and knowing that if she did it right the only source of freedom was him dragging himself to one.

To say Finlay was confused was putting things lightly to say the least. A surprise reversal by his opponent was in of itself not a massive shock, the only reason it even was as is being that he had done quite a bit of damage to the woman before hand, to the point he nearly had the win. No the thing that shocked him was the sudden change in demeanor from the former actress.

When their bout had started she was rather subdued and while confident, much calmer, but now she was.. almost cocky in her tone and the inflection in her voice made her sound completely different, that alone combined with the woman's confirmation as Mindy Midnight.. Well the blonde wasn't quite sure what to think at the moment. Oh actually he did.

"AGH!!!" That was the pain surging through his system as a result of Karen, or perhaps was it Mindy's, stf hold steadily damaging his legs and face as she wrenched back on him. Regardless of what was with the mental faculties of this girl it was clear that he needed to get out of this situation asap. As such he began to make use of his free arms and begin too forcibly drag himself towards the ropes in an attempt to try and claw his way towards freedom!

The submission hold didn't get any better for the blonde fanboy trapped in it and Mindy didn't think of letting it go or giving the poor sap a break anytime soon. Instead she would pull on the STF while he would slowly crawl to his salvation and watch him struggle. But once she saw him actually reach it she would pull on it more letting the count run out before she would let go just shy of getting disqualified.

"Okay time to get up." Mindy would say giving the foot she was just trapping a hard kick. "Come on I only twisted your leg like a pretzel for a few seconds, you can't be that out of it yet. I still need to twist it so hard I can touch the back of your head with it." Mindy spoke up her face slowly turning more sinister as she would mess with Finlay to prode him into rising once more.

Finlay was in a world of pain courtesy of Karen, or was it Mindy? Either way the former starlet's sudden transformation had given her a distinct edge both physically and psychologically since right now Finlay was floored as to how to deal with the woman in her current state. Her sudden arrogance and ferocity was new and entirely different from how he had fought her to this point and now he was on the back foot as a result.

"Guh!" Yelping in pain from the feeling of his now hurting leg being kicked Finlay had to use the ropes to haul himself to his feet before turning to face the ever taunting dark haired woman. However despite her new attitude the taunts she was using was only fueling Finlay's desire to fight, additionally... the woman was far closer than she should be. "Hagh!" He would suddenly yell as he swung his arm out to bury his fist into the woman's stomach to try and deal out some degree of payback towards her.

Mindy had been kicking ass since she arrived with Finlay unable to do much of anything while she had been working his leg. Mindy kept at it while he would try to get up, not letting him use the ropes as his means of relief like she was sure she wanted to. The ref made her back up again but soon she would be going right for him once more, but this time Finlay had time to act throwing his weight behind a punch to her body.

"Aggk!" Mindy screamed out from the punch hitting the core of her belly. The punch hit hard and Mindy felt a sharp pain spread across her stomach but Mindy was still standing when she was forced away from him. Winded and hurting, which only served to piss her off but she was at least still standing.
