Conquering a Storm (Aqua/Savior)

The difference in exertion is what improved Hinoka's chances significantly, even if she wasn't aware of how much Tifa was holding back. By demonstrating more agility in terms of defensive use this time, she not only avoided harm but managed to get some damage in. The chest was in her way, so Hinoka pursued for said target.

"Ok...let's go!" She had no reason to wait any longer for Tifa's response and dashed in between the gap once more. Hinoka tried sending her opponent towards a corner by raining lower jabs to the brawler's stomach.

It was a unspoken rule between female boxers to not aim for certain areas. It looks like Hinoka didn’t get the memo on that. The area targeted in specific being very sensitive to attacks.

What was that for, watch your gloves Tifa said admittedly more concerned about the attack on her breasts. This leaving her wide open as Hinoka pressed her advantage. Landing several jabs onto Tifa’s abs, Tifa recoiling in pain as she stepped back from them.

Being too caught up in the thrill wasn't a sufficient excuse for Hinoka to not take official regulations in mind when it came to boxing. Possibly mixing a few things up with her other sport.

She didn't catch on to Tifa's concern immediately and proceeded with her array of jabs, gaining further advantage in this spar, albeit through unclean means "I was just trying to win...oh I hit you THERE" She was just about to throw an uppercut only to halt midswing upon realisation. Now an odd reversal about her showing restraint for Tifa's wellbeing.

Still holding her breast with on glove, Hinoka was still looking to fight. Obviously not catching on at first because Hinoka had already landed some jabs on Tifa's abdomen. Looking to nail Tifa with an uppercut, only to stop halfway realizing her mistake. Yeah, you hit me there. Watch where you aim the gloves, trust me if it were anyone else your chest would be the target for the rest of the spar. Tifa said warning the redhead about her mistake.

Shaking it off though Tifa would move her gloves back into a boxing stance, with her back to the ropes. Hinoka seemingly had all of the momentum here and the better positioning. Tifa keeping an eye on Hinoka going for big moves. What was to come of this spar after that short break.

Another abrupt halt because of unintentional foul play, only halted by Hinoka's awareness finally stepping in before a potential KO uppercut. Despite this being only a warning for the future as opposed to a threat, she felt the need to cross over her chest. Reminder that was a woman who could easily send her flying when their entire kit was available.

"Yes...I won't touch that place anymore anymore..." Hinoka considered striking herself in the gut for that dirty play, even if accidental, however Tifa returning to the spar meant that no other handicaps were warranted. Bursting off into a short dash, she tried cornering the brawler against the ropes by swinging her fists to throw a few more gut jabs.

Back into the spar Tifa waited for what Hinoka had next in mind. Not responding to Hinoka as it might distract them to much from the spar. Tifa didn't like how Hinoka was ramping up in speed. Especially after getting downed from before. Making her move quickly Hinoka made a short dash aiming at Tifa's stomach for more jabs.

Can't keep doing the same thing on me and expect it to work Tifa said plainly as she partially blocked some of the jabs. Wanting to quickly aim at Hinoka's face with a straight right. Only stopping short, a fake which might let Tifa land her real move which was a uppercut aimed at Hinoka's stomach.

At the moment, Hinoka didn't have any fancy footwork or special moves to keep Tifa on her toes, so she just went for the direct, upfront approach. Compared to the last minute, the redhead wasn't at top speed as the earlier knockout started to catch up once again.

Being too similar to another attack, these jabs didn't bridge the gap too much in Hinoka's favour. Before she could hop back and come up with a new pan, Hinoka raised her arms to hope the sudden counter straight, only to nothing grace those gloves. "Huh?" Lowering her guard for only a second but enough for Tifa's fakeout to pull through. An entire fist forcing Hinoka's stomach to vibrate and contract. "Aughhhhhh!" Sending a further shock up the trainee's spine, resulting in her becoming stunned.

Tifa had personally limited her arsenal, not wanting to cause any unneeded injury to Hinoka. Ring outs aside, that didn't mean Hinoka's body was unable to be targeted. Tifa landed a good hit on Hinoka with that body blow, so much so it stunned the redhead. A bad omen of things to come. If Tifa was being honest she wanted to end things soon. As to avoid something major, while also not wanting to disrespect Hinoka by just ending the match.

I'm gonna try and cut this short Tifa said rather seriously.
So an easy out would be making Hinoka either stop the match herself (doubtful) or Tifa making Hinoka stop. So as Tifa came in even closer to Hinoka, as if she was imposing her will on the redhead. Launching another heavy body blow aimed at Hinoka's liver.

Unable to discern from trick or threat, Hinoka was left wincing as a result of the recent uppercut. The only other action she could at this moment was groan and rub her wounded stomach. Every mistake forced the redhead to doubt her grips on the situation. What was she capable of compared to the more experienced brawler.

Those recent words from Tifa made Hinoka instinctively shudder as if she sensed a completely foreign vibe, as if this was someone who gave up restraints and now going for the kill. Still left queasy thanks to the stomach, she would be left even more immobile from a rather familiar uproar. "AUHHHHHHHHHHHH!" The liver shot resulted in Hinoka's body almost caving in on itself, in which the shock caused the redhead's legs to temporarily fly up for a millisecond. She could only remain in a paralysed stasis, eyes suddenly watery.

With the liver blow landing on Hinoka, Tifa was able to feel her sparring partners body recoil from the punch. Seeing as how Tifa had already landed heavy blows back to back, this was becoming more of a hazing session than a spar. True to her word though Tifa wanted keep things short. Injury already occurring in the match, but now trying to end it.

Hinoka's eyes becoming watery was something Tifa would not miss. If anything it made Tifa hesitate on her next blow slightly. Though if Tifa didn't finish it as a normal fight Hinoka wouldn't be accepting of it. Tifa reigned in her dominant hand, only to send it flying from a lower angle to Hinoka's chin. As an reference to their last match that was not purposeful. Tifa aimed to put her back into this uppercut, as if this were a real fight.
