Hospital Wing Encounter!

[Aeri]

“A real doctor? Hmm.. name one rule in doctoring!” Marissa had no idea of the “rules of doctoring” herself, and she was probably butchering the term, but she found it fun to question Eirina on it. The blonde witch held onto her hat with one hand, and was led towards the cafeteria by Eirina by the other. The witch hummed, trotting after her with a slight tilt of her head..

“Why? Aren’t females called “Her”, so shouldn’t female doctors be Herr? And males be Him? Unless it’s a weird language thingy?” Her free hand would busily be being used to toy with the thin rope around her neck, which was hanging from her hat, her knotting it securely so that it wouldn’t fly off like it had in her last bout in the ring!

Eirina chuckled when Marissa asked her to give her one rule of doctoring, or whatever that was. "Well, do no harm?" Eirina said in a guessing tone, playing along with Marissa. She continued leading her towards the cafeteria, and when Marissa asked her about the usage of Herr and Frau, Eirina giggled before she responded, "It's just language thing. It's German, not English, you know?"

Soon enough, they finally reached the cafeteria. It wasn't packed at the moment, though they could see a few patients and hospital workers there. Eirina gestured to where they could get the food. "Here we go. What do you want to eat?" She asked Marissa.

“That’s on me, I set the bar too low.” She grinned cheerfully, sliding her arms behind her head and going down to the cafeteria. Listening to it, she’d hum.. vaguely recalling Eirina was German, she’d have seen it in a magazine somewhere.

Now when they approached the cafeteria? Marissa looked at the assorted foods, as her stomach grumbled just a bit..

“Something sweet..!”

Eirina giggled upon hearing that Brooklynn 99 reference. Well, now that they were at the cafeteria, she might as well get something to eat, though she'd prefer something less sweet and more fibrous and nutritious. Then again, she could get a cheat day for today, so something sweet would be fine.

"Alright then." So, Eirina went to get something sweet for both of them. She decided to get each of them a slice of cake with fresh cream. Bringing the cake slices on a tray, Eirina motioned to Marissa to follow her to a table. "Let's sit here." She put the cake slices down. "Want some drink too?" She asked.

Marissa wasn’t a huge dieting fan, usually eating whatever came with her fancy. She figured running and working out would burn off the fat, and she didn’t mind being a bit supple herself.

So, she’d take her cake from Eirina’s hand and briefly wonder if it was her birthday or something, cause as far as she remembered, cake was special occasions only. She’d lean her head back, before taking a bite, not caring about utensils and using her fingers..

“Mm!! Oh.. no, no thanks! I don’t want nothing!”

Eirina looked at Marissa enjoying her cake without utensil, not that she minded that as she enjoyed her own slice of cake. "Well, suit yourself." She had ordered her own drink as well. Cakes might be too sugary to be healthy, but she thought that she could indulge herself once in a while.

"So Marissa..." Eirina spoke to Marissa as she enjoyed her cake. "What makes you interested in wrestling in the first place? You wanna become a superstar or something?" She asked.

“Mmmm.. hmm.. well, I was pretty much a weird kid, so I used to hang out in the woods alone. Some day I found a woman having fallen into one of the old pits they used to catch animals and sprained her leg, so I helped her out of there!”

She’d give her a small smile, before tilting her head..

“As a thank you, she decided to teach me how to wrestle! I didn’t really get the appeal of it before then, but it was super cool once I tried my hand at it and I could dress up as a witch too! It was great, and I eventually came to LAW to do it more!”

She’d hum softly, lifting a finger. A slight smile, as she’d take a bite and swallow quickly.. before rubbing her cheek gently.

“Well.. I also liked the looks of some people there, hehe.. don’t judge me!” She said in a joking tone, a slight flush upon her cheeks nonetheless

Eirina listened to Marissa's story, and once she was done, she shrugged and said, "Well, as far as weird backgrounds can go, that one's pretty mild. But hey, good for you to like wrestling." She smiled at Marissa.

She looked at Marissa for a bit before she asked, "So, you want to fight me, right? Well, you sure you want that?" Not that she wanted to discourage Marissa as she just wanted to make sure that Marissa knew what she would get herself into by facing her in the ring.

“Well-.. see, I’m pretty sure you could take me. Well do more than that, but I’ve been wanting to text some stuff out! You’d be a perfect test dummy.. no offence.

And I’d like to test my endurance too. I’m sure you can do a lot of complex moves and you’re much more capable than I am.. so I guess it’s just a test for me!!”

She’d blink. Before shrugging back and poking her on the cheek..

“Plus.. You’re pretty nice too.”

Listening to Marissa, Eirina nodded and smiled. "Well, if you insist, I have no problem with that. Though you gotta be ready since I'm pretty strong, all things considered." She might sound like a braggard, but it was a claim that could easily be supported by a huge amount of evidences. Eirina was pretty much one of the top girls here in LAW, being a former champion herself, and if Marissa knew what she was getting into, then she would have to be ready for what to come.

"I can arrange that match for you, if you want." Eirina told Marissa. "I'm sure the management will accept it, as long as it's interesting to the crowd." Let it not be forgotten that LAW is first and foremost a business, and the management would make sure to rake as much profit as possible from the matches they showed in the arena.
