Jungle Princess and a Butterfly- Cassandra vs Saori!

“.. a-ah..”

Looking at the destruction her own handiwork had wrought, Cassandra wasn’t merciless. Seeing the blood flow and her foe thrash down, she’d lean besides her and.. roll her over to her bac. She’d clasp Saori’s hands with her own, using her hand to tenderly caress her head, brushing her blood matted hair back against her forehead. She’d exhale..

“Sorry.. but.. I need.. to win..”

She’d softly sigh. Before leaning down, Cassandra flopping over her and slipping one arm underneath her leg. She’d suddenly lift her leg up, and the ref began to count..!

“ONE!!”

Saori continued thrashing, desperate to get free and get away from further punishment. Her skull was pounding as the blood started dripping. And by some miracle, Cassandra did let Saori down, but only to force her onto her back and clasp hands. She couldn't rub her head, forced to endure the throbbing, bleeding pain... until Cassandra herself brushed against her forehead.

"A-Augh..." Her tightly shut eyes opened, seeing her opponent looking almost apologetic as she rubbed her head and face almost like a big sister. Right before hooking her leg and getting the first count for the pin.

Saori paused a moment, meeting Cassandra's eyes. She... truly looked upset by the brutality. It was a match, sure, but... maybe... they got a little carried away.

"Two!"

Still, trying to show mercy before the end was a fool's ideology, and Saori wouldn't out yet. With tears in her eyes, Saori's gaze sharpened, snarling into Cassandra's ear. "You aren't the only one that needs to win!" And before the last count could be given, Saori bucked her hips, trying to kick out of the pin.

And with that, Saori kicked out. Cassie was no fool, she wouldn’t show mercy.. but she would offer some comfort to the smaller girl. Having applied a pin which she thought would finish it up and finish Saori off..

It didn’t work. The Jungle Princess was a very tenacious brat. She’d slowly narrow her eyes.. before..

Getting up.

“Well.. we’re gonna see who has to win.. more..!”

She’d gasp a bit. Both bloody and bruised, Saori maybe a bit more so due to the last smack into the turnbuckle. Cassandra leaned back, before narrowing her eyes.. suddenly lifting up her leg and bringing it down onto Saori’s face to stomp on her!!

Saori pushed herself up, taking in gasps of air as she worked through the pain in her throbbing, bleeding skull. That... was close. It was a surprise that Cassandra even let off that fast, but it was clear she wanted to reset the fight a little. Saori could respect that, and took a moment to catch her breath. She turned an eye to Cassandra, seeing the Butterfly loom over her with her leg.

"!!!" She rolled out of the way, narrowly missing Cassandra's boot. "Oh, you'll be seeing stars before you see a win!" She pounced, quite literally, pushing off on her legs and hopping up harsh dropkick to the Butterfly's face!

Cassandra might have been the butterfly, but it seemed her foe could fly too! Saori rolled right past her stomp and lunged upon her, kicking her HARD on the face and causing her to fall flat on her back! Blood spilt from her already busted face, her cheek taking the brunt of the impact of this shot, her body crashing back down to the canvas! She’d let out a gasp of pain, a sharp inhale.. as she’d roll back over to her stomach, starting to crawl over to the turnbuckle to get a grip of the ropes and help herself stand due to them! Her eyes were dizzy and unfocused and her head was in so much pain.. but she still powered on until one or the other ends it!

“A-ah..!”

"Grraawr!" Oh, the revenge was sweet. Getting that impact, seeing the Butterfly tumble to her back, was just enough elation to get Saori's fuzzy head back into focus. She got up soon after landing, watching her wounded prey crawl to the corner, seeing the small trail of blood that followed. And like a predator, Saori wanted to play with her food a little before finishing her off. "Haah... haah..." She stomped the mat hard, letting out a heavy exhale before reeling back.

"GAAAAAAAOOOOOO!!"

She howled like a beast, celebrating her small victory, as well as announcing her intent. The punishment wasn't over for the Butterfly, not by a long shot.

Saori moved toward the corner. Cassandra was trapped, and it was time to give her a taste of what made the Jungle Princess a beast of the ring! "Raaah!" She reeled her arm back, ready to give the Butterfly some muay thai style elbows to the jaw and chest to soften her up further!

Cassie softly groaned. She’d lean forwards, crawling towards the ropes and lifting herself up to her feet, a hard task for the drained little butterfly. She’d softly grunt, a small gasp of pain escaping her.

“U-uhh..?..”

However.. a wild howl, like the cry of a wolf rang out, as Cassandra turned around. She’d lean against the turnbuckle, holding onto the ropes, and her eyes widening in slight panic and fear as she’d see the lithe jungle girl leap towards her. A blow to her cheek crashed into her mouth, causing her to cough out some blood from her iron tasting lips, and the blow to her chest causing her to wince in pain! And yet it continued! A particular nasty blow struck her chest, causing her to cry out in sheer pain, clasping her hands over her heart and slumping back against the ropes, cornered by the savage warrior in front of her!

The fear in Cassandra's eyes had Saori letting out a low growl, like a beast that finally got their prey in a good position for the kill. And slamming her elbow into the Butterfly's jaw was a rush. The crowd winced at the blow, but there was more to come, slamming her elbow a second time into Cassandra's chest, making her crumple further into the ropes. It was a bloody affair, leaving both Cassandra and Saori's top half with red stains. It was looking less like a standard match and more like a death match at this point, as if the two women had a personal grudge with each other.

And Saori could lie to herself, seeing Cassandra so damage made her heart sink a little. The Wild Child herself was still in pain, still had a throbbing head, and still wanted to give this Butterfly some more punishment. But... now she could see why her opponent had tried comforting her between the harsh blows. It was personal, no doubt about it, but it was also business. So, wiping the blood from her cut forehead, Saori bumping her head against the Butterfly's, meeting eyes. "Y'know, I don't like bloodying you up like this." She snarled, heavy pants between her words. "But..." Her eyes narrowed, pushing hard against Cassandra's head as she summoned all her anger for her next words. "I'm gonna' make this hurt." With that said, she pulled away and rolled out of the ring. The referee immediately started counting the moment her feet hit the ground, but she paid it little mind. She had to move fast.

She moved under the apron, feeling around for a moment before pulling out a folded steel chair. She rose it high above her head, showing the crowd her intent, and they responded with worried gasps and slight pleas for mercy. But mercy wasn't an option anymore, both her and Cassandra made that clear when they bled. No she tossed the chair into the ring, climb back in just at the count of 10. She looked Cassandra's way, grabbing and dragging the chair toward her. She looked down, placing the folded chair in front of her, covering her head. "Sorry," She said, almost in a low mutter. "But you gotta' go down. Hard." She moved to the other side of the ring, the opposite corner. Then, she took a breath. The crowd was silent, on edge and nervous for the violence to come.

"RAAAAAAAAAAAAAWR!" And then, she dashed forward, taking to the air in a short hop, her knee on a collision course with the metal chair and the face behind it. Her muay thai inspired finisher, now with a hardcore flavor to put away her debuting rival: The Jungle Knee.

Having herself pinned down, against the ropes, her body absolutely buzzing with pain. Her body leaned back against the ropes, her lithe frame being slammed blow by blow for the vicious and victory filled desire of the Jungle Princess, her foe.

But she was more than that. As her tear and blood stained face was lifted up, head pressed against Saori’s own, she’d take a dry gulp of air, feeling her head being pushed back, a pained expression appearing on her face. Staring at her.. Saori would get a minuscule nod of understanding.. this was a match, and she had enough respect for her opponent and herself to understand that this would have happened someday.. so why not in her first match? At least.. this would be a debut to remember.

This would end with one of them finally being broken past their limit, one way or the other. As Saori left, her mind should have figured it out, why she was going down and out of the ring.. but.. she was simply in too much pain to think straight. Gasps from the crowd struck her ears.. but.. Cassandra didn’t get it until the steel frame pressed against her, and she heard the muttered apology. Her body was too pained to even move..

Meeting Saori’s gaze, she’d shake her head, almost pleadingly. But.. that was not enough. The smaller girl came closer and closer, and.. suddenly her vision was struck by a blinding white light.

“AAAARRRGHH!!”

A torturous scream escaped her. The first time she had ever been so loud in all the match, having barely spoken in more than a whisper all the time. Cassandra crumpled forwards, a large wound opened on the bridge of the nose. The steel chair littered red with her blood, and her body lay broken on top of it, hot tears streaming from her eyes from the sheer pain she felt in that moment. Her hands clasped at her nose dizzily, unable to fully feel with them yet, as she’d lay on the ground, bleeding and in more pain than she had felt in her whole life.

The question remained.

Was she out?

The sound of metal crumpling against Saori's knee echoed throughout the ring along with Cassandra's screams. The crowd winced and groaned at the sight. The Jungle Knee struck true, denting both the metal chair and Cassandra behind it. Probably the most brutal move done all match, and it had the Butterfly wailing on the ground in tears and blood. "Naaaagh!" As too Saori. The blowback from nailing the chair had her knee screaming. She clutched her hands against her hurt leg, rolling about on the ground. "Aagh! Hnng..." She forced herself to take slower breaths, calming her breathing and her body as she was slow to roll to her feet. "H-Haah... hah... hah..." She looked around, at the crowd, at Cassandra. The crowd was silent, the ref was stunned into shock, and Cassandra... was barely keeping her face together.

"... ... ..."

Saori staggered over to Cassandra, practically falling on top of her as she started hooking her leg for the pin. She was setting it up... but the ref was still, remaining in place. Puta mer-! She let out a snarl. "COOOUNT!" She demanded. "Filho da mae (son of a bitch)! She gonna' bleed out at this rate, so your job and COUNT ASSHOLE!"

That had snapped the ref out of their stupor, and they immediately ran over, but before they could even start Saori turned her head to Cassandra, snarling with a sharp glare. "And if you know what's good for you, you'll stay down!"

The ref slammed their arm against the mat. "ONE!"

"Cuz' I WILL keep hurting you if you fight back, Borboleta (Butterfly)!
