Just like good old times

Hinata was still reeling from the blow from before. Standing up was the only thing she could amount to do really. So when Sakura stopped her count and came in to finish the job. Hinata was more than willing to just let it happen. Expecting to get knocked out, instead what happened was that the bell saved Hinata.

Sakura's expression changed to one that was more laid back. Planting a kiss on Hinata's cheek, the same place Sakura's fist would've landed. Hinata's face getting a tint of red on it. Wha- What was that for Hinata was able to let out as Sakura walked away.

Hinata getting more time now to recover, somewhat hobbling her way over to her corner. Taking the time now to just recover, first things first would gave to be fixing her breathing. That way she could regulate her recovery easier.

"What..? Would you rather have taken the punch instead?" Sakura teased before going back to her corner. "I may be rough, but I respect the rules..." Yes, let's just forget that the rules certainly don't encourage low blows.

Some time would pass with the two just staring at each other. Having already sweapt all the sweat off her face, Sakura got up and raised her fists. "I hope you didn't fall asleep there!"
Sakura would tease before the bell.

Luckily for Hinata, Sakura liked to talk. So this adding to her rest time in between matches helped the process. Not wanting to pay mine so Sakura’s tease, more focused on recovering.

Seeing Sakura raise her fists up, Hinata knew that the spar was going to start up again. Taking a deep breath Hinata would do the same just about recovered.

Thinking up a plan, Hinata would leave her corner with shaky legs hoping to bait Sakura in. Thinking that Hinata was still shaken up from the move before. Once Sakura made her move Hinata would try to counter however she could.

The two met in the middle just before the sound of the bell. Sakura smirked when she noticed Hinata's shaky legs.
DING DING DING!!!
The sound of the bell rang out from the phone.
Sakura would open up immediately with powerful strikes, starting with right, then left, then right, etc... Sakura wouldn't look for openings. In fact she would aim straight for Hinata's guard on purpose. Sakura would also take a step forward during each blow. Her intention for all of this was to capitalise on those wobbly legs and try to knock the princess off balance and maybe even down her with pure force.

Hinata was just waiting for the right moment to strike. Thinking Sakura would go for the kill with a big move. Instead Sakura would just go for a barrage of powerful strikes. Hinata was able to pull up her guard and block them. (Why does Sakura-Chan have to hit so hard) Hinata thought to herself, her arms getting sore from the repeated blows. Waiting for the right moment to strike with some force behind it. But even she wasn't sure if her guard was going to last long.

"cha cha cha cha!" Punches came flying in one after another, persistently striking Hinata's guard again and again, pushing Hinata back bit by bit. Sakura had a bit of a grin on her face when she felt Hinata's guard crack and weaken. 'just one more...' Sakura said to herself, rearing back her right arm for one final punch that would surely break through the guard and maybe knock the Hyuga girl down. "Hiyah!"

Asking Sakura to stop her punches from flying would be like talking to a wall. There was no point in even trying. What was more important was that the soreness in Hinata's arms was only getting worse. A small part of Hinata just wanted to just drop her guard and rest her arms. But the rest of HInata knew that if she did that. Well Sakura would just get a live punching bag.

Hinata would feel some reprieve suddenly when Sakura stopped her attacks. Not that this time would matter as Hinata could see Sakura wind up one final punch. Before Hinata could even think about her big counter her arms were blasted to the side. Her guard getting utterly destroyed. But is this the moment she waited for, or is Sakura ending this "rough" spar early.

"No one is going to save the princess this time!" Sakura exclaimed right after she broke straight through Hinata's guard, leaving her body wide open for the taking.
And Sakura intended to take her spoils. She would step in closer to Hinata before a right and then a left uppercut into Hinata's belly. If she wasn't interrupted, the pinkette would finish the combo with a right uppercut aimed for her friend's face or chin.

Hinata just had her guard blown wide open by Sakura's punch. Hinata's fists were also blown to the side as a product, leaving Hinata vulnerable to Sakura's next move. This move likely aiming to end Hinata's career. As if she wasn't vulnerable enough as it is. Sakura would shoot two strong uppercuts to Hinata’s stomach. The first one knocking the wind out of Hinata and bending her over. While the second uppercut caved in Hinata’s stomach.

That alone was a knock out combination, but what came next Hinata couldn’t even describe really. All she saw was Sakura’s glove flash near her face. Suddenly her body was blasted backwards with Hinata’s body landing on the ropes and rebounding off of them. Just to Fall on her knees then face first in the mat lifeless.

It felt cruel, yet satisfying pounding Hinata's body and face with everything Sakura had. This was Sakura's way of showing respect to the opponent by not going easy on them.

As Hinata rebound off the ropes, the pinkette was ready to follow up further, but then Hinata just fell face first to the mat, unmoving. Sakura had to start the countdown as she stood over her opponent.
