Atalante Pallas Vs. Shizuka Takamachi - Aka-Oni

[Devastated]

Leaning back as she had Shizuka trapped in that Boston Crab, feeling pretty good about finally being back in control as she looked over her shoulder at Shizuka frantically clawing and dragging them towards the ropes. Looking as she was in a great deal of pain. So far it seemed as if Shizuka was a better match up against her out of the two Oni girls....but Atalante was intent on showing what she could do. The prideful Greek Hero wasn't about to go easy on Shizuka, neither her body nor her mind.

She tried to pull further back on that boston crab to increase the torque of the hold, but soon enough the hand of Shizuka managed to reach the ropes and the referee would call out for a rope break. Holding onto the hold until the count of two hit, Atalante would finally relent and step away from Shizuka, giving her a bit of breathing room as she backed up a few steps and placed her hands on her hips.

" Not bad, not bad. You're a bit tougher than you friend aren't you? I think I'll be able to work up a sweat in today's match at least." Atalante said with a amused smile on her face.

Despite the pain, Shizuka would keep dragging herself towards the ropes, hoping to get herself a rope break. Eventually, she reached the ropes and clutched onto it even Atalante decided to keep holding onto her until the count of two. Once she was released, Shizuka groaned as she pulled herself up with the ropes, clearly affected by the Boston crab, but the determined looks on her face indicated that she was still in the fight.

"Erghh... a bit tough, ya say? You ain't seein' nothin' yet, pal!" Pushing herself off the ropes, Shizuka would hop on the balls of her feet, trying to keep herself limber even after being subjected to the Boston crab earlier. After that, she would charge towards Atalante, as if looking to lock horns with her, but instead of locking up with her right away, she would slip slightly to the side, looking to catch one of Atalante's right arm, hoping to give it a twist.

[Devastated]

Having stepped back and given Shizuka a bit of room to rest and recover from the Boston Crab, she watched how the redhead was pulling herself up with the help of the ropes. It looked as if she had done a fair bit of damage, but the determined look on the Aka-Oni's face told Atalante that she wasn't about to give up. Atalante would ready herself as she watched Shizuka jump on the balls of her feet, taking a deep breath she would try and get focused and ready for what the red one was planning.

Then suddenly Shizuka came running towards her and then shifted to the side, grabbing at the arm of Atalante before the Huntress could react. The Grecian hero felt how her arm was twisted and wrenched causing her to hiss out in pain. Throwing a glare at Shizuka, Atalante would act quickly. Throwing herself forward and into a roll to untwist her arm and then swiftly trying to sweep her leg against the back of Shizuka's for a leg sweeping kick!

Catching Atalante's arm, Shizuka was planning to wrench it, putting some damage on her opponent so that she could get enough leverage over her. But then, Atalante threw herself forward, rolling over and untwist her arm, and before Shizuka could react to it, she took a leg sweeping kick right at the back of her legs, causing her to lose her balance.

"Whoa!!"

As a result, Shizuka ended up falling down onto the mat in a rather graceless manner. She groaned, finding herself staring the lights above. Still, she knew that she was in a dangerous position, so she would try to roll herself over in her attempt to protect herself against whatever Atalante would try to do next.

[Devastated]

Throwing herself forward into a roll to escape the hold that Shizuka had managed to get on her arm, Atalante rolled herself free from the wrenching pain and then decided to sweep backwards and swing her against hte back of the Aka-oni's legs! Taking out the supports for the redhead and watching her fall down onto the canvas in a rather graceless manner!

She would see Shizuka starting to roll over onto her front, and with that the green-blonde Grecian would try and kip up towards her feet before trying to step up to Shizuka and then jump up. Trying to send a double stomp onto the back of Shizuka, trying to flatten her down into the canvas as she tried to drive her boots hard down into the spine of the cute Oni.

Falling down, Shizuka knew that she might be in trouble if she didn't move away, so she tried to roll over, but Atalante was pretty quick to act as she went to deliver a double stomp onto her back, causing the red oni to scream out in pain.

"AARGHHH!!"

The pain stopped her from moving away. She slumped on the mat, mewling in pain as she tried to bring one hand onto the spot that was stomped earlier. This left her a vulnerable target for Atalante.

[Devastated]

Atalante would move off of Shizuka's back after the double foot stomp, standing beside the downed foe and watching her for a moment. Deciding to reach down and grab for a handful of the back of Shizuka's hair, and her right arm, guiding the red Oni up towards her feet as she would then try and send her running with an Irish Whip. Trying to send Aka-Oni straight towards the corner post as she sought to trap her in the corner for a moment.

The Grecian would use her great speed to run towards the opposite corner. Take a deep breath and then run full speed towards Shizuka! Trying to run right at Shizuka and in the final step leap up into the air, curling her legs against her own body as she would try and drive both her knees into Shizuka's chest for a double knee corner splash!

After taking the stomp earlier, Shizuka was in a bad state, and she tried to recover as quickly as possible. But she wasn't quick enough as Atalante decided to pull her up forcefully, holding her by her hair and arm before she sent her running towards the corner with an Irish whip. Unable to stop being whipped, Shizuka was sent running towards the corner where she tried to have her back hit the turnbuckle.

But this left her front exposed to Atalante's next attack. The moment after she hit the turnbuckle, Shizuka saw her opponent running towards her, and she was unable to move away, resulting in her taking a double knee corner splash from her opponent, having Atalante's knees rammed into her chest! "AARGHHHH!!" She cried out in pain. She was hanging there, with her arms draped over the ropes, gasping and wheezing.

[Devastated]

Atalante ran forward at full speed and jumped up! Driving her knees right into the chest of Shizuka and flattening her body against the corner turnbuckles. Hearing that cry of pain as the green-blonde woman bounced off of Shizuka and landed down on her feet, seeing how the redhead slumped against the ropes in front of her.

The Grecian would reach out and grab at Shizuka's hair and try and yank her down off of the ropes, practically trying to toss her down onto her hands and knees a step or so away from the corner. With which Atalante would then step over that body, and grab onto the top ropes, jumping up onto the middle ropes and bouncing off of them to jump up high into the air while still holding onto the ropes. Trying to shoot her legs back and bend them in the air as she tried to come crashing down with her knees onto the back of Shizuka! Aiming to hammer those knees down onto the Aka-Oni's back with a Second Rope Double Knee Drop.

The double knee corner splash had taken quite a lot out of Shizuka, and she was hanging there at the corner, gasping and wheezing. Things didn't look too good for the Aka-Oni, and as she struggled to recover, she saw Atalante closing in before she was pulled away from the corner and then tossed down onto all four close to the corner. She grimaced in pain, trying her best to recover her strength, but she also knew that Atalante was certainly going for something.

Sure enough, Atalante had positioned herself at the corner, holding onto the ropes. Then she jumped up into the air and shot her legs back before dropping herself down onto Shizuka's back, landing a second rope double knee drop right on her back!

"GYAAHHHH!!!"

Shizuka cried out in pain as she took the hit. A while ago she was on all four, and now she was brought down chest first onto the mat. She was left gasping for air, and Atalante would be able to maintain her momentum at this point.
