Her back is in agony spasming and aching from the abuse so for in the sparing match. If others was to see it they would think it a real match between the two women. Using the ropes to get to her feet Thereisa knows she going to have to hit Alaina hard to keep her down for the three count, deciding to change her stance to set herself up for the plan. In her matches she always has her left foot in front when doing her kicks and strikes, but now seeing how much of a threat Alaina is she changes so now her right leg is in front. I'm going to finish this is two moves Alaina... I win your buying me dumplings after this..." smiling as she hangs back ready to counter whatever her opponent throws at her.

Alaina smiled and saw Thereisa was ready. She shook her head and moved in. "Even now you underestimate what I can do...." Alaina said as she moved in looking to suddenly go low and try to swing her leg out to kick out Theresia's legs from underneath her with a leg sweep! Alaina was not going down in two moves, not against anyone. The amazon was as tough as she was strong, if not tougher and more durable. She was not going to fold no matter what Thereisa thought!

"More like I got two big move left but if you I might be able to dig deeper and shock you." Thereisa says with a grin right back. Seeing her opponent go low for her leg's she jumps backward to avoid the leg sweep, landing on her feet and already stepping forward and start's to spin. Wanting to catch Alaina as soon as she start's to raise up to her feet with a Stardust Kick to the face, but with her right leg coming forward to slam against the side of her head.

Alaina missed and paid the price, the stardust kick smashing her in the head! Alaina groaned and crumpled to the mat in a heap laid out by Thereisa as she kicked in agony, her arms cradling her head as she was absolutely laid out by the stardust kick. Alaina was in a bad spot and knew it, but right now she couldn't really do much about anything.

That impact of her foot slamming into Alaina head. Again if it was any other wrestler they would have been knocked out already from just that one kick, and since it was her dominant leg at that. "That one..." as her arms and muscles scream as she lifts Alaina to her to her feet, she already knows what she plans on doing next as she Irish whips her opponent into the ring ropes. Waiting for the right moment as she leaves her feet as she lands on top of Alaina shoulders planning to go for her finisher, but winches due to her back locking up again.

Alaina was pulled up and groggy as she ran towards the ropes, bouncing off and seeing Thereisa setting up. Her finisher was at its best when it was s surprise. Alaina knew Thereisa, she knew what was coming. It was time for her to demonstrate the power a finisher had when it was unexpected! As Thereisa jumped Alaina moved her arms up and steadied herself, grabbing hold and looking to instead turn this position into Alaina delivering an amabomb to Thereisa out of nowhere!

Thereisa thought she had it won. Plus knowing that ending the spar in two moves would have won her some bragging rights even if it a spar between her and Alaina. But as they say that rivals know what the other are thinking as she is lifted up higher before being slammed onto the canvas with a massive Amabomb counter, the height and impact made her bounce off the mat before going still. Limp and stunned at the sudden counter as she thinks on what does it have to take to beat her.

Alaina immediately moved to cover Thereisa, grabbing hold of both legs to tightly fold her up as she moved to go for the pin. Alaina was in position starting her count as she verbally called out the count so she could keep Thereisa down with all the pressure she could exert.

Thereisa has nothing left in the tank. The work out and this quick spar left her tired and out, but it showed her that her endurance needs to be on another level if she wants to stay in the top spot for the heavyweight title. A small part of her is upset that she not going to have to pay for dinner between them, hoping that the friend doesn't have an amazon hunger for food.

Alaina got up and knelt next to Thereisa for a moment to catch her breath. "You are tough, but sometimes the brute force approach doesn't work. You have to be smart and adjust. I love powering my way through women. Even at 5'9'' and 187 pounds I can overpower less fit women who are 6'00'' and 220lbs. However when I face off against a muscle mountain who is 250lbs I know a losing battle when I see one. I wear them down, I am strong enough for them to feel my strikes no matter how big they are, and technique along with submissions wins the day there. You just need to find that groove."

Alaina got up to her feet helping Thereisa up afterward. "I think today was productive though, hopefully I showed you some workout tricks that will help and I am always available to meet up and train more." Alaina added with a wink to Thereisa.
