Mara Ashford vs. Arma-Gil-O - Sugar and Spice

[Arjuna]

Breaking the pin and shoving Gil off of her, Mara then got herself back up on her feet after putting some distance between the two of them. Maintaining her gaze on her opponent, she was thinking of what to do next. When she came up with what to do next, Mara would charge towards Gil, as if trying to tackle her down into the mat.

But when she got closer, Mara would run past Gil, slipping behind her so that she could catch her opponent from behind, slipping her arms under Gil's armpits before locking her hands behind her neck, putting her opponent into a full nelson. Mara would begin applying pressure on Gil's shoulders as she would keep her in the full nelson.

[Arista]

Mara was persistent, never letting something keep her down for any extended period of time, which proved to be an issue for Gil! She would break out of Gil's pin attempt, then when back to her feet, would charge Gil. She would try to brace herself for the hit, squeezing her eyes shut, but as Mara got closer, nothing happened. Gil would open her eyes, but Mara wasn't in sight, she was behind her!

Gil tried to put distance between them before Mara could make a move, but it was too little too late! Gil would be put in a tight hold, a full nelson! She groaned, trying to push back on Mara with her hips. "Let me go...!" Gil pleaded, her shoulders began to feel tight, a sharp pain shot between them!

[Arjuna]

Holding Gil in a full nelson, Mara would keep wrenching at her shoulders, putting her under pressure. Even as Gil pushed back with her hips, Mara would maintain the hold, keeping it tight in preparation for her next move.

"Let you go? Sure!"

Smiling, Mara would keep herself close against Gil while still maintaining the full nelson. Then, she would try to fall forward, bringing Gil down with her, looking to send her face first into the mat with a full nelson facebuster!

[Arista]

The pressure was enough to force whines and groans out of Gil, the pain shooting sharp between her shoulder blades! Hey pleads would work, but not in a way she had imagined or hoped for!

Gil would tilt forward, being led down by Mara on her back, busting her face right down into the mat! A thud and Gil going limp was enough to show the effectiveness of such a maneuver, her nose took the overwhelming force of the facebuster!

[Arjuna]

Sending Gil face first into the mat with a full nelson facebuster, Mara decided to roll her opponent over onto her back before placing herself on top of her, making sure that Gil's shoulders were pressed against the mat. Mara would look at Gil's face, smiling at her while pinning her for a pinfall. She was wondering if the facebuster was enough to put her opponent down for good in this match, and listening to the referee counting for the pin, she would wait for the result.

"ONE!"

Mara played a very different game than Gil was used to, she was calm and level headed, she seemed like she made good decisions, and wasn't easy to fluster. Gil was at a loss for what she could do, her offensive attempts have been pathetic so far, and thinking about it... She hadn't even landed a single smother yet...!

2...!

Gil jolted up, stopping the pin! "Not yet...!" Gil crawled onto her hands and knees, trying to help herself up, using the ropes. There was only a few opportunities left for her to land a smother at this rate, unless she could turn this match around quickly!

[Arjuna]

At the count of two, Gil managed to break the pin, and Mara would look at her getting away from her, going towards the ropes. Getting up on her feet, Mara would ready herself for whatever Gil would do next. For the time being, things seemed to be going her way, and she knew that if things remained this way, she would eventually win this.

"Come on, I know you can do better than that." Mara wasn't one to taunt her opponent, but she knew that only by challenging her opponent would give her a better challenge in return. She would wait for Gil to make her next move as she would carefully watch her, and at the same time, she would begin formulating a plan.

[Arista]

Gil knew Mara was right, she could do much better than she was, and she wanted more than anything, just to prove it! Gil got up to her feet and leaned against the ropes, eyeing her opponents and looking for any opening she could find, but she really struggled to find one. But there was one advantage she was sure she had, speed.

It could be called a high-risk maneuver, but at this point, Gil was doing anything she could to land even a single blow on Mara. She leaned back and sprung forward, off of the ropes and toward Mara, it seemed to obvious, and that was part of the plan, she had to keep momentum so she had to pull this off perfect, she attempted to slide though Mara's legs and end up behind her, after that, as gracefully as she could and while keeping the same speed, rising up to her feet and bouncing off the ropes behind Mara.

If she could pull this off, she was in a perfect position to make a strike! Gil would bounce forward toward Mara's back, looking to land a hip strike in the dead middle of her back!

[Arjuna]

Mara kept her eyes on Gil, trying to predict what she was trying to do next. When Gil left the ropes, she would prepare herself, readying to catch her opponent in the act when she saw Gil closing in. But, when Gil was getting closer, she suddenly lowered herself and slid through her legs, moving past her. From there, she kept on with her momentum as she went towards the ropes and rebounded from there, returning back to where Mara was

"W-what?!"

Mara realized that her opponent managed to slip past her, but before she could turn around to face her opponent, she took a hip attack right on her back, causing her to fall forward, hitting the match chest first. "NGHHH!!" She grunted in pain. The damage dealt might not be too high, but the hip attack managed to knock Mara down, which would give Gil an opening that she could use to gain an upper hand over her.

[Arista]

"I'm slippery...!" Gil giggled out, moving herself to stand over her downed opponent. Finally, she had landed something! But she was going to keep up with her fast pace she set if she wanted to stay ahead of the curve in this one!

She reached down, grabbing Mara around the wrists and trying you lift her up onto her knees, she would then place Mara's head between her thighs, clamping down as hard as she could for a standing headscissors! If there was another area that Gil was able to attack with other than her backside, it was her powerful legs!
