[The Riders]

Slouched in the corner with her arms laying on top of the ropes Thereisa is unable to put up a guard, the splash in the corner took a lot out of her leaving her gasping and hoping for a second wind. "Uuughh" as a series of hard kicks to her mid section forces the remaining air from her lungs as she pitches forward. The next thing she knows is she is placed on the top turnbuckle dazed and coughing not knowing what her opponent has planned.

Alaina had Thereisa sitting up on top of the turnbuckle and the amazon waste no time in climbing up the turnbuckle herself. Alaina was standing in front of Thereisa as she was perched on the top rope attempting to wrap her legs around her opponents head before sending her to the mat with a top rope hurricanrana! It was not a move used frequently by Alaina but the powerhouse was capable of being able to use agility based offense and demonstrating that provided she could pull this off.

Thereisa was more stunned seeing Alaina climbing the top rope, but to her shock seeing her go for a hurricanrana of all moves. She knows how to counter that move and showing off some agility of her own tucking her head down to complete the rotation in the air and lands on her feet, taking a few steps forward and turns her head to the side looking at Alaina. "Almost but I'm really shocked you have that move in your back pocket... What else you got Alaina.." that look on her face as her blood is pumping ready to keep fighting and hit her opponent with everything she got. Lunging forward going for another body splash on top of a prone Alaina.

Alaina aboslutely did not see this coming. She never thought her move would be countered so easily so while she was down for her landing Thereisa was on her feet and she came crashing down on top of Alaina retaking the initiative in the match! "Ugh..." Alaina groaned as she tried to push Thereisa off of her, hoping to roll away so she could create the room she needed to rise to her feet.

[The Riders]

This was it time to see if she can lock in her submission hold. After that submission loss to Alaina she trained and rewatched her old films on practicing her old submission skills that made her so dangerous. Each hold is meant to have the opponent scream their submission since all three holds dint allow tap outs.

Thereisa takes a deep breath already knowing which hold she going to go for, as she pushed off Alaina body but is on her feet. "Alright let's see how you handle this..." she says reaching down and grabbing Alaina by both her arms lifting her off the canvas. Letting out a loud grunt of effort Thereisa is able to lift her opponent up, placing Alaina in the Cyber Lock submission hold.


Straining just to keep the other woman up in the hold, feeling her back start to lock up and stiffen feeling the tightness in her limbs and back from during the endurance work out earlier.

Alaina felt herself pulled up by the arms as Thereisa was trying to work herself in to lock in one of her signature submission moves! Alaina screamed and tensed up her own arms knowing that if she could hold out she would try to out-right power her way out of the hold! She knew she was stronger and she knew that the workout had to have tired out Thereisa. Alaina knew that a hold like this was at its best when whomever was applying it was fresh, and when they were able to overpower whoever was in the hold. While an effective submission Alaina was hardly an ideal candidate for it as she howled, using her strength to power her way out!

[The Riders]

Thereisa strains and struggles to keep Alaina in the hold. Thinking to herself "What more does this woman have left in her tank..." as she can't keep her opponent in the hold for long, her grip on the other woman arms are broken and she falls onto her back. Gasping and clutching her back from the struggle of trying to keep her opponent in that hold while she was that tired, she start's to slowly crawl to the ring ropes to pull herself up to her feet wondering what more she has to do to keep Alaina down.

Alaina waited as she got her beatings as she saw Thereisa managed to rise back up near the ropes. Alaina rushed at her covering the distance as quickly as she could as she tried to clothesline Thereisa over the top rope to the outside of the ring!

Before she could fully make it to her feet, Thereisa turns around at the last second and is sent over the top rope with a brutal clothesline. The impact sends her landing back first onto the ground that is padded, she let's out a groan clutching her back as it is causing her a great deal of pain.

Even though this is a spar Alaina understand that Thereisa needs a top level of intensity to improve herself. Alaina wastes no time in leaving the ring to pull Thereisa up by the arm looking to spin around, whipping her opponent into the steel ring steps as hard as she can! Alaina knows Thereisa will not hold back so nor will the amazon as the two women keep going at it.
