Thereisa knew she was in trouble the minute she was stunned. Unable to stop or put up a counter in time as Alaina rushed in quickly, and in one fluid motion was able to lift her off the mat and slammed her with ease to the canvas with a suplex. 'Uuughhh" her back arches up as she lay's on the mat kicking it with her feet.

Alaina planted Thereisa to the mat and wanted to keep control of her while on the ground. Alaina transitioned to a side headlock, squeezing away at Thereisa with her arm squeezing the head of her opponent. Alaina was not going to just power her way through. She wanted to force Thereisa to have to handle various forms of offense so the best way to do that here was to make her have to to work through more than just slams or big strikes.

'Shit... All of a sudden she got a ground game now..." Thereisa groan's out as her opponent was able to pull off a clean transition from the suplex to a side head lock. Feeling the squeeze around her head start to tighten as her opponent is keeping her grounded and forcing her to fight a more technical style which she is good at as well.

'Alright technical it is then..." she says placing one arm around her opponent own mid section. Letting out a loud grunt and feeling the muscles in her body strain as Thereisa start's to slowly get to her feet by deadlifting Alaina up with her. Through not able to fully lift the smaller woman up over her shoulder for a back body suplex, but she does the next best thing lifting Alaina up and kneels forward slamming her opponent rear end against her knee for an Atomic Drop.

Alaina should have seen this coming, but she did know was good to see Thereisa adjusting to the situation she was in. However as Alaina was lift up and brought crashing down she didn't exactly like the pain she felt coursing through her body! Alaina moaned in pain, falling forward and landing on her stomach as she rolled on the mat, writhing in pain from the effective counter of Thereisa as the amazon was now the one going up against a surging opponent who had the momentum going her way.

Seeing that Alaina is down and hurting. Thereisa decides to go for a more submission style of spar but she really wants to get that revenge on having to tap out to Alaina sharpshooter. Lunging forward she wraps leg's around her opponent waist and starts to squeeze, while her hands wrap around the woman neck. Planning on wearing her partner down with a body scissors/sleeperhold combo move, putting all of her weight on top of ALaina back to force her to either carry or drag herself to the ropes.

Alaina was down when Thereisa put her in a bodyscissor/choke hold! Alaina gagged and coughed, her face turning red. Her muscles shook as she grit her teeth trying to power her way to the ropes by crawling over dragging their combined weight towards them to get a rope break! This was not going to be easy but it was her best bet on escaping this hold, and she was putting all she had in to making the crawl as quick as possible as the sooner she covered the distance to the ropes the sooner she would be free.

"Damn.." Thereisa mumbles to herself while putting everything into the combo submission hold she has on Alaina. Seeing that her opponent legendary strength at work by crawling and carrying not just her own weight but hers as well to reach the ring ropes, seeing that she is closing in on grabbing the ropes she decides to transition from her combo hold to a regular submission hold. By letting go of the sleeper hold Thereisa leans forward trying to wrap her arm around Alaina head for a dragon sleeper hold, but loosens the body scissors before not even doing it to busy focused on trying to make her tap out.

Alaina felt Thereisa transition and while it was an initial shock Alaina knew she had more freedom of movement now. While her air supply was now very short she got her legs underneath her grunting and howling as she tried to stand up with Thereisa rising with her. Alaina was near a corner and she tried to move and spin to smash Thereisa against the corner turnbuckle as hard as she could to jar herself free instead of simply going for a rope break!

Locking in the dragon sleeperhold tight tightly around her opponent neck, Thereisa thought that by this time Alaina would have been tired enough to not struggle much or up a fight. She guessed wrong as even through she using her own body weight to add more of a strain to her partner, she is lifted up off her feet as a Loud thud is heard that echoes throughout the empty gym. "Aahhhhhhh" Thereisa slumps in the corner her submission hold broken as her abs and back took a corner splash from Alaina, the impact leaves her stunned.

Alaina was staggering as she got up but she had to try to get back on the offensive. Thereisa was in the corner and Alaina wanted to try something but she had to soften her opponent up. The amazon stepped up sending hard kicks across Thereisa's abdomen as hard as she could hoping that these strikes would stun the tall grappler enough for Alaina to grab hold and put her in a sitting position on top of the turnbuckle..... The amazon had some ideas in store but hoped her hard strikes would stun Thereisa long enough for her to pull this off!
