Sheila looked up from the mat she was on, watching as Harmonia inched closer. She faced Harmonia with a grin, ready to make her move, and her muscles tensed as she waited for the moment she would strike...but then, rather than launch into her attack, Harmonia leaned in to kiss her. Sheila's cheek flared hot and red underneath her lips, and she drew back, her eyes going wide.

"M-Moni..! I'm starting to think you might...like me or something! Er...not that I mind!" Despite her initial surprise, Sheila still showed Harmonia a warm smile as she went to answer her other questions. "Yeah, they all did! Well, I don't think they still do...but I bet you can still find a lot of our stuff online, and-" Before she could finish her thought, though, Sheila heard Harmonia declare herself her biggest fan, and that was enough to make Sheil gasp.

"N-Number one-! Oh my gosh..! I've never had a number one fan before..!" She flashed a grin, vibrating with eager excitement. Sheila would never have imagined she would get such a following before she had even made it onto the main roster, and the very idea of it was practically too good to be true! "Ohmygosh ohmygosh-! I can't WAIT to tell Nat about this, she's gonna be so jealous, I-"

Sheila was so excited, launching into an effusive tirade, that she didn't even notice when Harmonia declared their sparring session had begun. But she would find out soon, as her partner suddenly pulled her into a tight bear hug! At first, Sheila coughed and gasped, her voice drowned out by a hoarse wheeze. She twisted herself back and forth as she writhed and struggled, but in the process she would only succeed at pressing herself up closer against Harmonia, their hips and breasts mashing into one another with each inch she moved. The difference between this bear hug and the one Harmonia had used on her last, however, was that that time, the blonde had been trying to win. Despite the concern in Harmonia's voice, Sheila had to chuckle as she described her thoughts on the sort of antics she and her siblings got up to. She acknowledged what she did was dangerous, perhaps even stupid, yet she didn't seem to mind. If anything, to Sheila that was just part of the fun. "Heheh, yep!~" she chirped, just as freely as though she had been talking about any other hobby.

But despite their casual banter, Harmonia soon demonstrated how seriously she would take her commitment to throwing her best effort into this match and encouraging Sheila to hone her skills, as she clamped down tightly around the Australian girl's midsection, wringing the air out of her lungs! Sheila could feel the vice-like grip around her torso, and her instincts kicked in, causing her to thrash her body from side to side as she kicked with her legs in a desperate bid for freedom. It wasn't long before Sheila tired out, a fact made even worse by the fact that Harmonia's forceful bear hug was making it hard to breathe to begin with, and soon she started to grow limp in her arms, gasping for breath.

But that, as Harmonia began to explain to her, was the exact reason Sheila needed to take this lesson to heart. Sheila was wasting valuable time and energy that she could have put toward trying to break the hold on thrashing aimlessly. She needed to use what she had at her disposal wisely! And while Sheila wasn't exactly a wise person, anyone could learn from the right teacher. Harmonia was her friend. She was a nice, generous person, someone who genuinely wanted to help her. Sheila looked up at her through glazed eyes, but she nodded her head all the same; she trusted the model, and she knew she could take her lessons to heart.

"Concentration, yeah...yeah, I see!" Sheila watched Harmonia closely as she lifted herself to her feet, bringing her opponent along in tow. Just as the blonde had directed, Sheila threw her arms around her neck and her legs around her waist, and as soon as she was fully in place she could feel the load lighten. Sure enough, as she had latched onto Harmonia to use her as a scaffolding to support her weight, Sheila could feel the load taken off her own back and sides. A smile grew across her face; she was already seeing the fruits of her labor. And she could use them well!

"Yeah! I got it!~" With a nod, Sheila settled into her new position. There, she summoned the force she needed, tensing her muscles and squeezing her limbs around the girl's body. Even if Harmonia was holding onto her, Sheila would now target her own waist, as well as her head, putting pressure on her temples at the same time she was dragging Harmonia's face closer into her cleavage!

"Good job! In a real match I would have to let go.",she said with red face and grinned.
Both women were now in each others arms,skin to skin,a nice feeling.
"You have passed the first test young lioness. That deserves a reward.",she said and gave Sheila a kiss
on the lips before smiling again.
"Ready for the next test?",she said and let go of Sheila and crawled behind her.
"Now for something different..."

"Do you feel it? Your brain slowly shuts down, your arms,your legs are getting useless if you don't hurry! And then pain,you want it to stop...only a few knew how to break that hold...would'nt you rather give? I would be disapointed but I could understand.",Harmonia said adding to physical with psychological torture.
"Give and show everyone that you are not ready for LAW..."
Harmonia did'nt meant a word she was saying and she hoped that Sheila knew it was just the name of the game.

Sheila had fully thrown herself into Harmonia's challenge, forcing all the strength she could summon into the muscles of her arms and legs as she affixed herself to the model with an iron grip. Her face was growing just as red as Harmonia's own as she struggled to keep her grasp, forcing her muscles to move even as they ached and shook and sweat began to run down her back. But, eventually, the force was too much for Harmonia to bear, and she let Sheila go. The Australian girl stumbled back as she in turn released Harmonia, feeling the pressure on her back let up, and she bent forward at the waist panting for breath. "Ahh...whew..."

Winded as Sheila was, she looked up with a smile as Harmonia congratulated her, beaming with pride. "Thanks!~ I made sure I would do my best for you, so-" But before she could say any more, she was silenced as Harmonia leaned in and kissed her on the lips, a blush coming to her cheeks. Maybe Harmonia really did like her.

Still, she couldn't deny how much she enjoyed the close contact they shared, and with a grin Sheila nestled in closer against Harmonia, resting against her body. She lay there for a few seconds, taking comfort in her presence, before Harmonia's words roused her again. "Another test? Yeah, sure! I'm down for anything!"

Sheila sat herself on the mat, letting Harmonia get behind her. She giggled to herself as she felt the blonde's lips against the back of her neck - but soon, things were about to change. Harmonia got her legs around Sheila's waist and grasped her neck in her arm, pulling the girl up against her chest! The Young Lioness gasped - such a combination of moves, she thought, was just what she had used on Harmonia a moment before. Letting out a scream, the girl kicked into a panic, twisting her body back and forth in an attempt to loosen Harmonia's grip on her. She listened to Harmonia whisper in her ear, too, talking about how hopeless she was, and how she didn't stand a chance...

But that only emboldened Sheila to fight back even harder, to prove Harmonia wrong! She clenched her teeth, fighting through the pain just to shout back at her in defiance! "No, that's not true! I...I can get out! I'll prove it to you!" It was a struggle, her arms feeling numb and heavy, but as Sheila bucked and jerked her body a few times, she willed the urge to fight back into her. She raised her shaky hands up to Harmonia's wrist, doing her best to pry her arm off her throat! Even if it would be hard, she would at least try her best!

Harmonia applied the hold and gave everything she had into it.

But this could lead to her downfall as it weakend the grip a little and Sheila,not a weak one either,started to pull Harmonis arms away.

Sheila was fighting an uphill battle to try and take control. Her fingers wrapped around Harmonia's wrists in a white-knuckled grip, and finally, with a few firm tugs, Sheila was able to pry her sparring partner's arms off her throat. Now, it was easier to breathe, and the pressure on her nerves was released. The Australian fell back against Harmonia's chest, panting for breath in an attempt to refill her lungs while Harmonia was recovering. But the pressure was still in place around her waist, and Sheila winced as she felt Harmonia's thighs up against her sides. Reminding herself of her predicament, she turned her attention further down, attempting to push the blonde's legs off of her...

Only to suddenly be reeled back toward her chest, as Harmonia slipped her hands under her bra, grabbing at her breasts! A yelp of surprise left Sheila's throat as her face turned bright red.
