The Heartbreakers vs. Irish Oldschool

Lauren was down and as Misako swung around she tried to raise her arms up to defend herself but she was too slow! "UGH!" Lauren frowned as she fell limply to the turnbuckle, moaning in pain as she cradled her head in her arms.

The big grappler was slumped in the corner seemingly stunned and reeling from the sudden hard strikes that were hammering her all starting with that low blow!

A knee blow to the head would have hurt anyone, especially coming from a striker like Misako, who prided herself on how hard she could hit. But it was even worse when Lauren had to take it in the corner, sandwiched between her opponent and the turnbuckles with nowhere to run to! As her head snapped back off the force of the impact, it was carried into the corner post, landing with a thud that sent many in the crowd wincing. She sunk lower, stunned and helpless. Misako put her hands on her hips as she stood tall, arching her back and surveying her handiwork. But of course, she wasn't done. After what she'd already seen from the opposing team, she was sure that Lauren would need more than that to keep her down for good.

Turning to the side, Misako raised her leg once again. This time, rather than kick Lauren in the head, she would slam the sole of her boot down into the heavyweight's stomach, looking to drive the air out of her lungs! If that worked, she would keep at it, hammering away at her opponent with stomp after stomp. Each blow was punctuated by another shout from Misako, as she stared daggers down at her foe. "Maybe...this...will make...you stay...down!"

Lauren groaned and howled in agony as she was stomped mercilessly by Misako! She kicked her legs and floundered about reeling as she struggled to use her arms to cover her abdomen or push Misako away in desperation!

Lauren kicked her legs and flailed her arms, alternating between protecting herself and pushing back at Misako, but no matter what she tried, the delinquent wouldn't budge. She looked down at Lauren with a scowl, bringing her foot up for another well-placed stomp. Misako knew what she wanted to do, and if she had her way, Lauren would have no say in the matter - she could only be a waiting target as Misako vented her frustrations!

Her eyes narrowed, Misako snorted like a bull as she planted her foot against Lauren's stomach, now giving a more forceful shove into her gut and holding her foot there. She twisted her heel back and forth, rubbing it into the heavyweight's abs. "And stay down this time," Misako said with a sneer. She had enough of Lauren messing around, and now she was out to teach her a lesson.

But she wasn't just out to kick Lauren in the stomach. She knew it would take more than that to win the match. Now that Lauren had been softened up, Misako felt like she could manuever her into a better position. Grabbing for the heavyweight's hair, Misako gave a sharp tug to force her to her feet. There, she would throw her arm around Lauren's head and arm, getting her in the right position to throw her weight over to the side as she twirled the two of them in an arc, aiming to drop her onto her neck with a gator roll neckbreaker!

"Oomph! Ugh!" Lauren groaned as the kicks hammered her abdomen. She was laid out and stunned as Misako pulled her up to her feet. Lauren was dead weight and moaning in pain as she was grabbed and twisted falling painfully down as the neck breaker rocked her!

Lauren howled in agony and kicked the mat in pain kicking the mat as the neck breaker left her in agony!

A few fans in the audience winced in sympathy for Lauren as she came crashing into the mat. Though Misako may have been smaller than she was, she was able to leverage Lauren's posture to throw her off her feet, sending her hurtling toward a ring-shaking collision! Misako rolled to the side as she landed next to Lauren, dusting off her hands as she rose to her knees. She blew some stray hair out of her face as casually as though it had been no effort to her at all.

"WOOO! Go Misako!!" Kyoko cheered, leaning in with a fist thrown in the air. The crowd largely reacted with boos, drowning out the redhead's cheers, though some had to applaud Misako for her command over her opponent despite the difference in size. Either way, it didn't matter. Misako didn't care what the fans thought; she cared about results! And now that Lauren was down, she saw her chance!

She threw herself down on top of her fallen foe, grabbing for Lauren's leg to pull it into a pin attempt as she shouted to the referee. "Count it, dumbass!" she threatened, the menacing look she gave proving well enough for the official to get into position.

Lauren groaned as she kicked her free leg weakly flopping it to the mat. She struggled and bucked as the count began!

"ONE!"

"TWO!"

Right at two Lauren cried out and thrust her shoulder up to send Misako forcefully off of her. Lauren slapped the mat in frustration as she staggered to her feet trying to scramble up as quickly as she could. If Misako was close Lauren would rear back and swing a forearm smash right in to the chest of her opponent, eager to fight back after being on the wrong end of some painful offense!

The one counted, and then the two. With each number the referee read off, Kyoko was counting alongside her; she shouted out the calls and threw her fingers up in the air, much as the ref herself did. She even threw up three fingers with a cheer of "Three!~ Ring the bell!" But, to Kyoko's surprise, no bell rang. In fact, when she looked back at the ring, she saw that Misako hadn't pinned Lauren at all - the heavyweight had already kicked out, and as Misako staggered back from her, Lauren swung a heavy forearm right into her chest that bowled her off her feet, sending her crashing to the mat!

"...Oh," Kyoko muttered nonchalantly, shrugging her shoulders. Misako grumbled under her breath, looking back up with a growl through clenched teeth. She was in trouble now if Lauren had gotten up, and no doubt she was ready to get some payback! Hoping to get out of the way before her foe could hit, Misako threw herself to the side, looking to roll herself toward the ropes to avoid Lauren's next move.

Lauren got up and swung but she was nowhere near hitting Misako. Seeing her roll the big woman lumbered after her trying to catch up so she could stomp down onto Misako as she attempted to escape! "Get back here you little brat!" Lauren cried out as she hoped to gain the upper hand wanting to create a good situation to tag Peggy back in to.

Misako's chest was still aching from where Lauren had struck her with a swing of her forearm, and she clutched at her sternum, wincing from the pain as she looked up from the mat. She knew that she'd have more trouble if she stuck around, and she needed to get herself out of the way before the heavyweight decided she was worthy of further punishment. She had just begun to roll back toward the ropes on her side of the ring when Lauren saw what she was doing - and she wasn't amused!

Lifting up her boot, Lauren delivered a stomp to Misako's midsection that halted her in her tracks. Her body buckled off the canvas as she sputtered and gagged, her knees curling up toward her chest as she grabbed at her gut. It bought Lauren time to regroup and seek out her partner - but the Heartbreakers had similar ideas.

Seeing Misako was in trouble, Kyoko made her move. Hanging onto the tag rope with one hand, she bent over as far as she could, stretching her free hand through the ropes. She had to roll her upper body in underneath the ropes to make it work, but her fingers were just milimeters away from brushing Misako's own as she waved her hand back and forth. "Psst! Misako! C'mon! Tag me in! Pleeease!" she whispered, her tone growing increasingly frantic.

"I heard you the first time," the brunette muttered. "If you haven't noticed, I'm not doing too hot right now..." Nevertheless, Misako was able to find the strength to push herself just a bit closer, into range, and she tagged her hand against Kyoko's. That was all her partner needed to roll through the ropes and into the ring, lifting her hands up into a stance as she readied herself to take charge!
