Personality: Jen's a fun-loving, kind, empathetic, yet still feisty woman who frequently uses humor when fighting. Though can have moments of being ill-tempered and violent. This is mainly where the hulk persona comes from; also, she's developed some mental blocks due to her persona. Causing her stress and anxiety
Backstory: Jeniffer, even as a young child, always wanted to help people out. She was blessed to have somewhat of everyday life. Yet, just because she was blessed didn't mean everyone else was. Namely her cousin Bruce who was having the worst time at home. Jen doing the best she could to try and help him. They would even stay in the library after closing just so that they could read together and Bruce could stay away from home. Getting older and seeing more and more injustice in the world angered Jennifer. Still, of course, wanting to help, but that feeling of punching someone in the face never went away. That feeling reached its breaking point as Jennifer's mother would be killed by someone drinking and driving. This leading Jennifer to find the man who did it and beat him into a bloody pulp. But because of that, Jennifer and her father began to drift away. With each other not liking how the other was coping with loss. Yet this loss only reaffirmed to Jennifer what she wanted to do. Help people as much as she can. Going to college to study law and become a lawyer. Though in college, something about Jennifer made her stand out. Her size, it was relatively uncommon for someone of her stature to pursue this degree. Most people thinking she should do something using her size. Thankfully though, she stuck to what she wanted and got her law degree. Even if her temper almost got her expelled more times, she cared to admit. But that didn't matter. She had the degree now; now, it was a matter of finding a job. Jennifer would do interviews for many jobs, most telling her they would call back. They never did except one that told her to be ready next tomorrow. Of course, she went along with it; it was her new job, after all. Jennifer knew that the field was challenging, but she didn't expect what was to come. As her first job, she would serve as an assistant in a legal deal regarding major cooperation her firm consulted. One issue was that the other company in the agreement was one she vehemently hated for their practices. Honestly, if she had any clout, she would try to take them down. This was the type of deal between men that could literally buy countries with the amount of money they had. Despite all of her efforts to close the deal with her superior, nothing came through. Both men being unwilling to give each other anything, making Jennifer think what was the point of making the deal in the first place. One thing is true about men with too much money; it doesn't excite them anymore. So one of the men would put on a friendly wager. Each company put up one fighter and whoever wins has to concede their terms and follow the winner. Thinking to herself, what the hell of the point of getting her degree if the deal is going to end on a literal fight. But apparently, somehow, that fight and her degree had some sort of correlation as Jeniffer's name was put in for the fight. Obviously, Jeniffer would fight the thought of it; she got her degree to practice law, not beat up on people. Yet her superior convinced Jeniffer to go along with the fight because she hated company. Plus, this way, she can literally beat someone from that company. When the phrasing is like that, how could she say no and went along with it? But another issue came up, Jeniffer wasn't going to go along with this if there was a chance she could get disbarred. With no hesitation, the answer Jeniffer got to avoid was body paint. Yes, body paint, she would have to cover her entire body in color in a effort to hide who she is. It was one thing after another with this stupid deal. Despite hating the idea, she went along with it. Well, she had to if this deal was going to get closed. Later that week, she would have to enter an arena filled with employees from both companies' sides. Everything was like some big wrestling show. Both of them were getting announced by a professional and even having a commentary booth. Though Jennifer instead would be introduced as She-Hulk, her colleagues not knowing where that name came from. Only Jennifer knew as She-Hulk was a character she and Bruce read about when they were younger. Now moving onto the match, She hulk would have to go up against someone of similar size.
The She-Hulk absolutely ran through her opponent like it was nothing. If her colleagues didn't know any better, they thought Jennifer enjoyed the match the longer it went on. Obviously ending in her victory and the deal going somewhat her way. Though something from this fight poured gas on the fire inside Jennifer. The same fire that wanted her to punch some faces in. The people that saw this match would be surprised to see She-Hulk show up again on tv in different promotions. Not wanting to snitch, they kept it to themselves. Ironically now Jennifer would be living a double life. Jennifer Walters the fantastic lawyer and She-Hulk the fighter.
