Cali McCloud vs Jem Holland

The crowd had reacted with a collective concerned "Ooohhhh" as the fan-favorite E-Girl. Cali's mocking tone was not lost on them or the ref. But no one could home her accountable for it. Jem worked her way up to her knees while still holding the side of her face

"Sorry ref?! How about sorry Jem! That freakin hurt!" Jem cried out. But Cali wasn't interested. Her rival stayed on her like white on rice! McCloud stalked Jem and wrapped her arms around the blonde's torso with an overhand clench! Cali carried Jem around the ring in a Gutwrench, much to Jem's dismay! Jem wriggled and banged her fists down on Cali's strong, defined arms, but she was unable to free herself! The charismatic gamer and her fans in the arena would exclaim together in collective concern as Jem was sent sailing across the ring!

"Waaaaahhhh!" Jem would cry as she was thrown! When her back met the canvas, the momentum would send her rolling under the bottom rope! She'd fall on her back at ringside outside the ring! There, Jem would crawl towards the barricade and try to pull herself up. A fan in the front row, a little girl, would cheer for her. She wore the same shirt that Jem had come out with earlier before this match. They apparently sold it that same night during the PPV.

"Yeah...yeah you're right little girl. She definitely. DEFINITELY mains Hanzo...." Jem coughed and sputtered, earning several chuckles from fans watching at home and in the arena.

[Faeron]

"Come on, hon! I don't have all night!" Cali taunted from the middle of the ring as she waited for Jem to get back inside. She could chase after her, but Jem's sudden quickness made Cali want to see what else the blonde had in mind.

Jem collected herself on the outside. After ruffling the fan's hair and catching her second wind, she'd approach the corner of the ring and climb the steel steps.

"We've only just gotten started!" Jem would call out from outside of the ring. She hesitated and approached the apron and the ropes carefully. Holland was surprised to see Cali being somewhat wary of her as well. Jem would carefully duck between the middle and bottom ropes to try and meet Cali in the ring again. If she were able to approach, Jem would look to circle the ring with Cali. She'd try and land a couple of low roundhouse kicks, aiming for the Southern Stronggirl's left thigh to try and slow her down! If they connected, Jem would taunt.

"You're usually so quick to bully me! Don't tell me you're afraid of little old Jem, now?" The streamer girl would say before sticking her tongue out at her career rival!

[Faeron]

"I know you aren't used to being respected in the ring so I'm giving you chance." Cali responded with a smirk as she waited for Jem made it to the ring.

"But if you want me to curb stomb you, then I'll be happy to oblige."

Cali caught Jem's ankle and pulled her in, lifting Jem onto her shoulders as she looked to deliver her mentor's finisher: the pop up powerbomb as a means to defeat Jem quickly.

Jem circled the perimeter of the ring, occupying the space between the center and the ropes as she looked to land kick after kick to try and chop her rival down to size. Cali was a contender in the heavyweight division now, there was a lot of work to be done in the realm of leveling the playing field if Jem wanted to have a chance at this! Despite this, Jem approached with a smile. Her fans continued to rally behind her!

"Oop!" And as Holland went in for the first big kick, Cali reacted quickly and grabbed her leg! McCloud effortlessly pulled her in and hooked her arms under Jem's thighs to pop her up off the canvas! What followed was a wicked Pop Up Powerbomb! The impact of Jem's back hitting the canvas echoed! The referee dropped down right away to begin a count as Cali folded her up into a pin!

"ONE.....!"

"TWO.....!"

"TH- Break! Rope break!"

Jem's positioning near the ropes reminded the E-Girl to be cognizant enough and flexible enough to hook her toe just over the middle rope! The crowd roared as Jem found some way to stay in this!

"Talk about...getting an extra life...." Jem would sigh.

[Faeron]

Cali thought she had Jem then and there, but then the blonde surprised Cali again by being able to get a toe on the ropes to cause the break.

"Clever girl." Cali muttered, actually impressed that Jem had the ring awareness to even make the attempt. Of course, Cali still had Jem rolled up so the southerner lifted Jem into the air and seamlessly transitioned the blonde into a fireman's carry. Cali walked over to the center of the ring and winked to the crowd before delivering her own finisher: The Death Valley Driver known as the Midsummer's Cradle as she looked to end the match then and there.

A combination of cleverness and luck kept the E-Girl in the game! The crowd cheered as the referee called the rope break. Even McCloud was impressed with Jem, but that didn't stop her from pressing the attack!

"Unnngh...." Jem was in a daze as Cali once again pulled her off the mat and carried her onto her shoulders like a sack of potatoes. She effortlessly fashioned Jem into a Fireman's Carry and brought both herself and her foe to the center of the ring. Cameras zoomed in as Cali set up to hit yet another finishing move! And as Cali stepped forwards to pick up momentum to drop Jem on her head, Jem came to life!

Her fan base in attendance popped off as she wriggled down Cali's back and slid to the canvas onto her back! Jem would hook her arms around Cali's thick, strong thighs as she looked to pull off a Sunset Flip to try to steal this thing once more!

"Come on! Come on! Come on!" Jem repeated in desperation as she looked to avoid taking back to back PPV losses in a row to Cali! The crowd got antsy as they got in the edges of their seats to see if Cali would fall backwards into the roll up!

Cali had Jem right where she had her, primed to drop the blonde on her head like she had done in the past. Just as Cali started to lean forwards, Jem suddenly managed to squirm out of her grasp and roll Cali up into a victory roll, the Southern Belle suddenly seeing the lights as she yelped loudly.

"1! 2! 3!"

The crowd was stunned as the bell rang, Cali breaking out of the pin a millisecond to late as the referee made the swift pinfall. She rolled to her knees and looked at the referee confused, hearing the ring announcer declare Jem the victor as the crowd cheered for the upset win. A mixture of emotions boiled within Cali's soul in such intensity that she wasn't sure what to do and after staring at Jem slackjawed, she'd snarled and slide out of the ring. The fans watched as Cali stormed out of the ring, presumably to go towards her hunt of the LAWless title but it was evident that the loss stung more than ever.

The crowd was indeed stunned, as was Jem. Even commentary went silent. In just three seconds, despite the fact that McCloud kicked out just a hair after three, Jem practically got her Cinderella moment! She managed to defeat Cali McCloud!

As Cali stormed off. As she made her way up the entrance ramp, Jem broke out if her trance. The blonde went from a frozen, blank, surprised expression to covering her mouth with both hands and tearing up with joy! She rose and lose her balance for a moment, catching herself on the ropes. Jem would raise both hands and scream out! The referee would hold one of her arms up in victory!

"YEEEEEESSSS!!!!" The E-Girl roared! She leaned over the ropes and beckoned the staff for a microphone. Emotions filled the arena as Jem's internet fan base who were in attendance resonated with how much this win meant to her!

"You guys, thank you! Thank you! Thank you! For those of you that don't know the full details of my rivalry with Cali...that strong southern belle of a woman has beaten me not once, not twice, but THREE times in a row! Two of which were in my own bedroom! On my own show!"

"By all accounts, she's the big bad kid on the block and I'm the noob. Even though I've been at LAW longer than her! But we've finally come full circle! Gamers have finally risen up! Because even if life (or Cali) keeps giving you L after L! If you believe in yourself! If you try your heart out! If you don't give up! You'll eventually, finally get that one W! And man is it sweet!"

"We've finally come full circle! One We Are LAW ago, Cali was squashing me in record time on the undercard and moving on to better things- to championship matches!"

"And now I've finally paid her back and gotten a big W on the greatest pay per view and the greatest company in pro wrestling!"

The cheers would echo throughout the building. You could practically hear them from blocks away. This night would be remembered as the one where Jem overcame the short downward spiral that her rival Cali nearly locked her into. The chanting would echo like church bells in Jem's ears.

"Jem! Jem! Jem!"

"Whoever my next challenge is! You better get set! To get WREKT!"
