Hinata Huerta (d) vs. Layla Colt

Hinata saw that Layla had her arms up and ready. Hinata wanted to see how ready she was indeed! She moved in and began to send a flurry of strikes right at Layla, sing punches, elbows, knees and kicks to try to break through and work Layla over almost as if she were a lumberjack trying to brute force her way through into chopping down a tree!

Hinata was going to show LAW that taking her lightly was a horrible mistake that no one should make!

Layla was forced backwards as Hinata came flying at her, the other fighter raining blows down upon her guard. She obviously had some skill, but her tunnel vision on striking presented the Canadian with an opportunity.

Wincing with the effort of parrying Hinata's strikes, she waited for a window of opportunity. When it came, Layla attempted to duck sharply beneath Hinata's flying fists and surge forward, trying to wrap her arms around the other wrestler's thighs and lift her up into a swift slam to put her flat on her back.

Hinata swung away but Layla had some skill blocking or dodging quite a few of Hinatas strikes. As Hinata was going to try to jump up she was grabbed, heft up into the air and slammed down painfully down to the canvas with thunderous force, far harder than anything she expected from Layla! "AAARRRRGGGHHHHH!" Hinata screamed as she was smashed down with ring shaking force leaving her laid out at the feet of Layla.

The turnaround was executed swiftly and painfully by Layla, as she heaved Hinata skywards before planting the other woman down into the canvas hard. Hinata's howl of pain rang in Layla's ears and she knew she had a window to press her advantage.

Sliding back from where she'd landed, she kept a hold of Hinata's lower legs, rising and turning, attempting to flip her opponent onto her front. If she managed to turn Hinata over, Layla would quickly drop down into a painful Boston Crab submission hold!

Hinata groaned as she felt her lower body being manipulated, twisted and turned! She howled in pain as the hold set in! "AAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!" Hinata howled as she tired to power her way out but just couldn't do it! She began trying to twist her torso holding to spin over and buck Layla off but if that failed Hinata was ready to make the long crawl to the ropes. The pain of the hold mounted and she was growing more desperate by the moment to escape this highly painful hold set by Layla!

Layla successfully twisted her opponent over, turning Hinata into position before cranking in her Boston Crab, extracting a cry of pain from her for that showed just how painful the move could be if executed properly! She allowed herself a fleeting smile, but soon had to redouble her efforts as Hinata started struggling.

Still early in the match, the other woman had plenty of fight left in her, and Layla fought to cling on in her hold against the writhing Hinata. Eventually her opponent began attempting to crawl to the safety of the ropes.

Not wanting to get caught with her back to Hinata should she be forced to let go, Layla instead gave the Boston Crab one last painful bend before releasing Hinata and deftly stepping away, turning to face her opponent.

Hinata groaned in pain, wondering why Layla didn't let go right away! "Damn it.... that was dirty..." Hinata muttered to herself using the ropes to make her way back up to her feet. She was struggling pretty badly at the moment and had to show Layla she wasn't someone to take lightly. With a shout Hinata lunged forward and tried to send a couple hard body punches into Layla hoping to stun her long enough for Hinata to lift her leg and spin, aiming a spinning heel kick right at the face of her foe!

After releasing Hinata from the hold Layla sprang free, spinning to face her opponent as the other woman picked herself up with the ropes. There was still plenty of fight left in the rookie, however, and Hinata wasted no time, coming out swinging as she burst forward.

Layla rode a pair of strong punches, absorbing the impact with relative ease, but what she hadn't prepared for was the follow up spinning kick that Hinata had been planning all along!

"Ungghhh!" she blurted as the blow clattered into her head, sending her spinning until she crumpled to her knees, seeing stars and momentarily vulnerable to the newcomer's follow up!

Hinata took Layla down to her knees and smiled, running to the ropes and rushing her way to the ropes behind her. Hinata bounced off and ran back looking to fly into Layla with her knees smashing the skull of her opponent with a shining wizard! Hinata was trying to really gain control of her debut as she hoped to leave Layla devastated by this move!

On her knees after the last move, Layla looked like a vulnerable target and Hinata wasn't wasting any time. She went bouncing off the far ropes and came flying back at the Canadian, leaping to aim her knees at Layla's face!

Reacting at the last possible instant, Layla dropped flat, trying to duck beneath the Shining Wizard in the nick of time. Head still spinning from the kick that Hinata had delivered earlier, however, she wasn't in a fit state to do more than just roll away, simply looking to get some breathing space before the fiery rookie could continue her assault!
