Battle of Indomitable Wills! Finlay Zeffer vs Amaya Shizuko

Finlay gasped and groaned softly as he was stradily being squeezed more and more by his opponet, his oxygen levels dropping more and more the longer they were like this. Luckily as he threw himsef backwards, smashing his opponet’s back into the corner, and in turn getting her to loosen the hold. Taking the chance to first off get some more air in his lungs his hands would snap up to her arms, attempting to pry them off fully now that their owner was hurting and hopefully stunned from the corner smash. If this worked he would attempt to hold onto her bands as he would take a few steps forward, before lurching backwards to try and smash Amaya into the corner again!

It seemed that on this counter would work, as despite Amaya's efforts to recover quickly Finaly proved to be a touch quicker as he managed to pull her hands to escape the hold. A bit of a bum note but Amaya would find it only getting worse as before long he managed to slam her into the corner as she groaned out from the impact stunned by the blow as for the moment the tense back and fourth seemed to lean back to Finlay's favor as Amaya focused on a quick recovery above all else.

After being trapped for what seemed like eternity in Amaya’s sleeper hold Finlay sighed in relief after managing to free himself. But he wasn’t done with Amaya, not by a long shot. After charging backwards to sandwich her against the corner and himself a second time he had her successfully stunned. Reaching behind him with one arm he would grab her leg while pulling up, hauling Amaya onto his shoulders in a firemans carry. Then after a moment he would lift her up and off his shoulders, before pulling her down over him to slam her shoulder and back first into the mat with a samoan driver!

Amaya indeed was a touch too slow and had taken too much of a stunning blow to react quick enough, suddenly she was yanked by Finlay who seemed to be building momentum and placed her upon his shoulders into a Fireman's Carry as Amaya's eyes widened. She attempted to wiggle and jerk herself off trying to throw off his momentum, but it was too little too late as she was slammed down hard with a Samoan Driver as she coughed and the air knocked out of her lungs.

There was something about being stuck in a tight and breathless submission hold that made slamming the person to lock said hold into tbe mat extra satisfying for the blonde. Watching as Amaya was driven to the mat with a resounding impact he smirked slightly from the girl’s cry of pain. Getting up to his feet he would reach down to grab her hands and lift her up to her feet. If he was successful than he would turn and attempt to sling shot her to the corner for a irish whip!

Amaya needed some time to recover from the impact of that drop, not too much, she was a fighter and was prideful in her ability to recover from punishment with haste. But whatever time she needed was not what Finlay was gonna provide for her as she was forced up by him and tossed to the corner to which Amaya was helpless to stop the momentum as she slammed back first against the corner with a groan.

Finlay after a bit of a rough start against his female foe had managed to make a bit of a comeback. After nearly choked out of course. But now he had not only gotten Amaya off his back, literally, but he also threw her right into the corner with a irish whip. Watching her as she sunk back first into the corner he smirked softly before dashing forward, gradually picking up speed before leaping up and extending his leg going for a running knee smash right to Amaya’s chest!

Amaya groaned, the battle had turned and if something was left unchanged Finlay was gonna knock her loopy as it seemed her foe was not content with merely applying pressure; as her eyes gained focus and she saw a running knee coming for her! Amaya worked to use what regained strength she managed to force up as she aimed to roll to the side and leave the corner empty for his running strike.

Finlay looked at his opponet, helpless and vulnerable in the corner, ripe to be attacked. She was a dangerous opponet, something he learned almost immediately upon the start of their clash. Thats why right now, with the momentum in his favor he bad to push it even further and keep her from recovering fully. So he wouldncjarge forward towards Amaya, leaping up in order to go for a running knee! However before he knew it his target had disappeared and he crashed right into the corner! ”Agh!” He yelled in pain as his crashed into the corner and he leaned up against them wincing and groaning from the pain in his legs.

Amaya managed to avoid certain disaster with the running knee, and as Finlay crashed with a head of steam she took a needed moment to regain her full bearings she noticed the pain in his legs and an opponent had been made. One that turned near disaster into prime opportunity, as she would work to grab Finlay's leg where he crashed his knee and drag him to the middle of the ring. If successful she would aim to deliver a kick to the side of the knee to help deal some pain before working to try and apply a single leg Boston Crab submission by trying to flip him on his stomach.
