Corey Sniper (D) vs. "JJ" Janella Johnson

JJ was backstage in her light blue and purple two piece attire smiling as she was texting Sienna. "I am gonna put on a show against Corey Sniper. She has more wrestling experience but my match will give her a hard hitting welcome to LAW that ends with her on her back."

JJ locked her phone in her locker, walking g out with swagger and confidence as she made her way to the gorilla position. She was excited about the upcoming LAW rumble, eager to make her mark there as well.

Once her music played she came out swaying her hips and blowing a couple kisses to the crowd. She struck a few poses and winked playfully before climbing up on the apron then through the ropes. She had lost to Misaki, and training with Petra was humbling but JJ was going to win her way back to being the hottest rookie sensation LAW ever saw.

Corey Sniper felt rather restless since last night. After all, she would be wrestling her first match here in LAW. It felt like being a rookie all over again. She was looking forward to show what she was made of to everyone here. For the occasion, she wore her skimpy wrestling outfit, which showed off her perfect figure. After taking one last look into the mirror, Corey nodded to herself as she would wait for her cue.

When it was time to make her entrance, Corey made her way out of the locker room. She stepped through the entrance, posing rather sexily to the crowd, and the crowd cheered upon seeing the one half of the Sniper Sisters. This time, Corey was looking to show what she was made of as a singles wrestler.

Lightly jogging to the ring, she would then reach the ring, and she would climb up the apron to enter the ring. Once she was inside, she would climb one turnbuckle to get the crowd to cheer for her. Then, she would hop down and wait for the match to begin. Her eyes would be directed towards her opponent, Janella "JJ" Johnson. She was wondering what she was capable of.

JJ looked at Corey and the woman was a show off or so she thought as a first impression. The confident JJ stood tall as Corey came down to the ring and grinned at her. JJ could take her. As the bell rang JJ moved in for a grapple but would suddenly go low and try to grab Corey around the ankles, pulling her feet out from underneath her to put her flat on her back, attempting to follow up with an elbow drop to kick things off by showing the newcomer that just because she was more famous didn't make her the alpha female between the ropes on this night.

Corey looked at her opponent before her and thought that this would be an interesting match. She would wait for the bell to ring so that she could get into a stance, but moment after the bell was rung, JJ immediately rushed over to her and pulled her legs from underneath her. "Wahhh!!" Corey yelled out as she hit the mat with her back.

When she saw JJ trying to go for an elbow drop, Corey's instinct took over and she quickly rolled herself to the side, narrowly avoiding the hit. She would then quickly get herself onto her knees, her eyes directed at JJ. "Damn girl, you're fast..." she commented.

"Ngh, damn it!" JJ muttered under her breath as Corey managed to slip by and avoid the elbow. "Yeah.... you too..." JJ said. If Corey was this fast then JJ would try for a bit of plan B. Strikes. The young grappler sent two hard body punches into Corey's abdomen trying to connect with some solid force each time before lunging forward with a clothesline! JJ was about to really try to show that while she was fast she was also very strong even for a well built, fit lady!

When Corey was on her feet, she took two punches into her abdomen, causing her to cry out in pain. "AHH!! UGHH!!" Those attacks left her stunned for a bit, allowing JJ to deliver a clothesline on her, sending the former Wrestle Angel down onto the mat. "AAHHGH!!!" She grimaced in pain, but the pain wasn't enough to keep her for long.

She would try to push herself back up as quickly as possible before JJ could deliver more hits on her. She wanted to show it to everyone what she was made of, proving it to everyone that Corey Sniper was a high-tier wrestler.

JJ watched Corey get up and she knew she was going to have a long night. JJ moved in close trying to grab hold of Corey as she got back to her feet. JJ tried to smash Corey with a couple body punches before wrapping an arm around her head. JJ wanted to lift Corey up into the air to attempt a vertical suplex in order to keep up on hammering away at Corey. JJ knew of her reputation and JJ wanted to snag a big win under her belt after losing to Misaki and being humbled in the gym by fellow newcomer Petra Adamos. JJ needed this win to prove the hype about her deserving a quick rise up the ladder was real hype not just fake.

Her body was still hurting, but Corey wasn't about to give up as she was then grabbed by JJ, who then hit her with a couple of punches, leaving the former Wrestle Angel reeling. Then, the other woman wrapped her arm around her head, putting her in a front facelock. She tried to resist the lifting, but it was clear that JJ held an obvious advantage over her, and she was able to hoist her up before bringing her down back first onto the mat.

"HAAARGHH!!!"

Corey cried out in pain as her body crashed into the mat. She grimaced, arching her body slightly. Due to the pain, Corey was unable to do much to defend herself, and JJ would be able to keep up with her momentum to continue piling on more damage on her.

JJ was rolling, keeping her hold of Corey after the landing. JJ rolled up, pulling Corey worh her and once again lifting her up. It looked initially like a vertical suplex again, bit JJ wanted to drive Corey straight down to the mat head-first with a brain buster!

If the move was successful she would transition to a pin, laying across the chest of Corey while reaching down to hook a leg!

JJ didn't let go of Corey's head after bringing her down with the vertical suplex. She pulled her up and prepared herself for the similar move as before. Then, when she lifted Corey up, it looked like JJ was about to bring her down with another vertical suplex, but instead of repeating the move, she went for a brainbuster instead as she brought Corey head first into the mat!

"UURGHHH!!!"

Corey was left shaken by the move, and she slumped on the mat. The referee came over and started counting for the pin when JJ went for the cover. For a while, Corey was too disoriented to do anything, but when she heard the referee counting for the pin, she immediately tried to recover, though it was pretty hard for her to shrug off the damage.

"ONE!"

"TWO!"

After the count of two, Corey kicked out. She groaned as she tried to push JJ off of her, hoping to regain her bearing. For the time being, she would be having trouble defending herself, and the former Wrestle Angel would have to make do by putting herself in a defensive position before the much younger woman.
