History: Sandy's parents had her late in life. They were very old-fashioned and very wealthy. With their riches, land, and wait staff at their behest, they made sure that Sandy had everything she needed to live a cushy, happy, successful life. But it became apparent from a young age that Sandy wasn't built for the life they laid out for her. As a child, White was absurdly competitive with her peers. She'd often go out of her way to make sure she could dominate in whatever past time she could find competition. She had a strong affinity for sports and martial arts growing up. She'd often take the physicality of these activities one or two notches too far. She'd refuse to release submission holds after surrenders and submissions were declared. She'd amass fouls and red cards in contact sports. Even if she had the potential to be the best player on the field, it was always unrealized due to her attitude. Sandy cared more about putting other kids in their places physically than she did about winning the game. Very often she was given leeway for her aggression because of the instructor's fear of upsetting her parents, but one day she sprained a student's elbow with an armbar due to her aggressiveness with the hold and her refusal to let go. The instructor at the time looked to detain young White, and when he did, Sandy chose to fight him. Many students and other instructors got involved. When Sandy was met with difficulty, she turned to biting, scratching, groin attacks, and even weapons that she could improvise or otherwise get her hands on.
The scene that played out saw White finally restrained, albeit with great effort. With multiple witnesses and no means to cover any of it up, Sandy's parents became involved and were forced to take some sort of action. Being old-fashioned, they had her psychologically evaluated by an older psychologist who used more antiquated methods. Sandy was diagnosed with megalomania. By this point, Sandy was 14. Her parents took steps to prevent her from fighting and lashing out at others. They gave her other outlets. They got her a therapist. They forced her to apply herself to her studies. Sandy had few options now for where and when she could truly cut loose and be herself. And the hormones brought on by adolescence didn't help one bit. She struggled for a time. By the age of 16, one of her classmates introduced her to a pastime of hers that she felt would help Sandy vent and become more well-adjusted. Sandy's friend took her to a wrestling show.
Seeing all the characters and the action, it was clear to Sandy that this sport combined everything she missed about her old sports activities with far fewer rules. While everyone in the stands cheered the faces and booed the heels, Sandy cheered as she drew inspiration from the show. There was a particular wrestler she became enamored with. The woman who got the loudest, most visceral reactions from the crowd for her taking on a beloved face stable of petite girls and using every trick in the book, cheating and all, to overpower and decimate three women in a three-on-one handicap match. Afterward, this big woman carried the three pint-sized girls to the back, heavily implying that she'd have her way with them. This connected with Sandy more than she realized. From that point on, whenever and however she could, Sandy would sneak away from her folks to inquire about this wrestling league and about that wrestler. She began working out and training, hiring whomever she could to show her the ropes and teach her the basics, all on her parent's coin. Sandy derived a sick sense of satisfaction from getting good enough to best other rookies and jobber-level talent in the gyms that she frequented. At age 18, White tried out officially and looked to join a local wrestling promotion. White effortlessly aced her tryout, squashing the woman they prepared for her in under a minute. Despite passing, she wasn't satisfied. Sandy continued working the girl over, and other wrestlers got involved. This time, however, Sandy wasn't overcome. The staff that day consisted mostly of wrestlers who were either retired or lacked the experience to stop a completely unhinged Sandy. Sandy would go on to overpower them all and take her scheduled opponent home against her will, acquiring her first Prisoner of War. Sandy did as she pleased with this girl, sating her urges and riding that high for as long as she could.
Eventually, authorities got involved, however. News of the disappearance of Sandy's victim and evidence at the gym linked it to Sandy. By this point, her parents had finally abandoned faith in her. They watched as Sandy cursed their name and lashed out at them while the authorities took her away. They banked on the idea that if anyone could reform Sandy and help her see the error of her ways, it would be the penal system. Sandy White was left denied access to her parent's funds and assigned a public defender as a lawyer. She was charged as an adult with kidnapping, assault, and battery, and more. Her more perverse crime saw her be labeled a deviant when the news story broke out. Sandy was sentenced to serve ten years.
In prison did not receive any meaningful correctional therapy or treatment. She leaned further into her demented, perverted proclivities. Her weeks and months consisted of either finding fights or having fights find her, complaints about the jail food, and ending up in solitary confinement or worse for the state she'd leave other women in. For the first couple years of her sentence, inmates and even the guards feared her. But the arrival of a certain new inmate turned things around for the worse for Sandy.
By this point, Sandy would find herself targeted by groups of inmates and even bullied by guards. The attacks were coordinated and premeditated, that much was obvious to her. And while she would always put a dent in their numbers, eventually the numbers would put a dent in her. When she finally succumbed to one of these maulings, she was hauled to the mastermind behind all of them. Sandy was shocked to learn that this was all coming at the behest and direction of the very same woman whose work she had idolized when she became a fan. The dominant woman from the first wrestling show she had ever watched. Sandy was targeted by the woman known as Dame Sagramore.
Sagramore had taken an interest in Sandy. Sandy very much reminded her of herself. Having heard that Sandy's crimes mirrored the things that she would do at her own shows, the very things that Sagramore had gone too far with as well, only to be brought to justice, Sagramore made it her mission to take Sandy under her wing. The old, grizzled vet was serving a life sentence. She knew that she would never see her wrestling career resume again. But she could live vicariously through Sandy. White isn't and wasn't the type to accept tutelage. Sandy learned from Sagramore by coming to blows with her. The two sparred daily. They subjugated other inmates and sent them after one another. Through all these very physical exchanges and through all the proxy warfare, Sandy learned from Sagramore. By age 25, after finally besting the older woman without any help or outside interference, Sandy finally convinced herself to accept the formal lessons that Sagramore wanted to instill within her. And so, Sandy learned from this woman every dirty trick in the book, everything she could do to influence the business and people in it to get what she wanted. And what Sandy decided she wanted, was to cull the weak.
Having learned everything she could, at age 28, Sandy had finished serving her sentence at the very crooked prison facility and was released. When phoned by her mother and asked what she planned to do now that she had finished serving, Sandy answered answered "The same exact thing that got me locked up in the first place, Mom. Only this time, the world is gonna love me for it!
Using her newfound fighting experience and wrestling knowledge, Sandy cut a path through the smaller independents. She amassed a reputation for being ruthless and undefeated in the ring. She had all the killer instincts and perverse habits that she had a strong affinity for along with the knowledge of the business she needed to get away with her many misdeeds. At age 29, despite her criminal record, LAW officials decided that her talents could not be ignored and offered her a contract. Sandy remained undefeated for some time, but she continued to push the envelope. After stepping on one too many toes, she earned DeFranco's ire, and with it, an indefinite suspension. Sandy missed several big LAW events during her suspension. But now, with the introduction of The Board, her suspension has finally been overturned, and she yearns to once again wreak havoc on the LAW roster in the name of "cutting the fat"/culling the weak and bringing down whatever big name she might come across in the hopes of rebuilding LAW in her ideal image.
Personality/Wrestling Style: Sandy White is....not a good person. Diagnosed with megalomania and possibly other conditions at a very young age, Sandy has always had an imposing aura about her and a few screws loose. Her malice is seemingly limitless. There are no depths to which she will not sink in order to get what she wants.
Having been tried for crimes related to deviancy, Sandy is very open about her perversions. White relishes in crushing the spirits and the bodies of those she deems weak and unfit for the wrestling industry. She loves to send jobbers home in a state of mind that makes them rethink their line of work. She enjoys taking them home even more than that. But her greatest joy stems from breaking down wrestlers with drive and competence. Outside of having her way with defeated wrestlers, Sandy gets the most enjoyment out of forcing a driven, competent wrestler to try their best, only to defeat them regardless. Sandy loves providing such soul-crushing experiences.
In the ring, Sandy is a powerhouse through and through. She has untold levels of strength and durability, long reach for effective and powerful strikes, and a strong knowledge of submissions. Despite having a firm knowledge of technical moves, Sandy relies on simple moves and brute force to keep opponents in check. She only resorts to using more technical, effective offense when pushed into doing so by a competent opponent.
