The Amazons Call For A Challenge (Open Thread)

The LAW arena was packed and the fand were eager for the show to start. You could feel the buzz in the Air. However, the fans were about to get an unexpected surprise.

The music of Alaina Sanders-Haines, the amazon, began to play! A woman leaner than they had seen and noticeably bigger came out waving and blowing kisses to the crowd. At the base of the ramp she flexed her more defined and larger arms as she winked and then struck an oldschool pinup girl pose before sliding into the ring underneath the bottom rope.

Alaina stood in the middle of the ring, mic in hand. "Hello everyone! I know I took some time off after... a lackluster start to my comeback." Alaina said with a pause, nodding silently to herself. "I am not the same amazon anymore. I am bigger, harder, meaner and a harder hitter than women's wrestling has ever seen!" She added picking up the tone and taking in the audiences cheers as she fired them up.

"Tonight, I am now a heavyweight and decided to introduce myself to the division woth an open challenge! I will take on anyone on the roster, whoever thinks they are ready for the amazon.... RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW!" Alaina shouted, dropping the mix and standing confidently, defiantly in the middle of the ring waiting to see who would answer the challenge.

Suddenly there was a bit of silence as fans awaited anyone who would come out and challenge the girl, and was quickly meant with cheers or confusion when someone's music started playing. Coming out with a smile on her face and looking ready for a fight was Kerstin Locke. She hadn't had a match yet and hadn't gotten chance to show off her skills. What better way then this little match right here?

"Alaina..Let me be the first to welcome you to the Heavyweight division here on LAW. Of course, I'm also out here to be the first to beat your ass in it." She said in a confident but not outright hostile tone as a smile was still playing on her lips. "You see ive always been told to never wait for a damn thing to be handed to you but since your offering a match...well why not come out here and take it myself. Afterall if your going to make an impression why not with someone who the fans can pit a name to do it?" Kerstin said walking down the ring and staring down the older Amazon.

Alaina was all smiles as a challenger approached. She couldn't wait. This was exactly what she had been looking for. She was already dressed in her tiger print one piece swimsuit and ready for action. She stood tall with her arms crossed as this woman approached. Once Kerstin entered the ring Alaina raised an eyebrow and spoke up.

"Ya know, you have me at a loss. You know me, but I have no idea who the hell you are exactly. Care to share?" Alaina said, standing confidently. She also knew better than to let her guard down. She knew a good number of women who preferred to take cheap shots to win as opposed to good old fashioned wrestling. She prepared herself for anything and everything as she stood awaiting this woman's answer.

"I'm not surprised you don't know me." the girl said honestly as she walked around. "My success has been halted by my inability to get a match, apparently someone thinks I'm not all that marketable. Well I think its high time I knock that notion clean out by showing everyone what I can do!" Kerstin said proudly looking at the girl up and down. "And taking someone like you on sounds like a pretty strong start if you ask me."

Kerstin looked at Aliana ready for anything. She didn't think the girl would try and hit or blindside her but she was going on about how she was trying to make a comeback. She had seen many 'comebacks' amount to trying to change yourself completely so she could be dealing with the same girl or a completely new Aliana.

Alaina smiled and nodded. "Fair enough. Let's get a referee down here and get the match started!" Alaina said, dropping her Mic and grinning, extending her hand for a hand shake.

She wanted a good, clean fight. One where she could point to turning her LAW career around for good. Kirsten being that woman whom she defeated was fine. Kirsten herself was hungry. Alaina had to be better, and more driven. Of that she was sure as she made it her mission to have more drive to succeed than anyone.

Not a great lot of time passed, before Alaina's request for an official would be answered. With the curtains shuffling, out came a figure with her back to the stage; a white and black upon her torso, albeit with a curious choice of lazy pants below. Whats more curious was the sheer scale of the official, given many that entered the ring of LAW to maintain the counts were but barely taller than your average lightweight. This figure however, seemed to be closer to six foot tall than she was four foot.

With a short, messy bob of raven hair atop her head, and width to match her height, the figure soon turned around to a curious audience with microphone in hand.

Evidently, it was no official.

Unless Karen Starring had changed occupations.

"RIGHT GIRLS, I WANT A GOOD CLEAN BOUT..." Smile atop her face as the heavyweight seemingly couldn't hold herself together, a lowered microphone quickly found its way up to the amazons lips. "NO FATASSES, NO GRANNIES PAST THEIR PRIME..." Waving her other hand to seemingly look across the horizon, inspecting the two figures she already knew stood in the ring, Karen's evidently sarcastic mood bore a fake sigh.

"Ah damn. Guess you're both shit outta luck..."

Alaina's face reflected the souring of her mood upon Karen's entrance. She glared at the woman and shook her head. "Karen, you must be confused. You only ever show up when you can sucker punch or sneak attack someone. We can see you already. You are out of your cowardly element." Alaina said, turning her attention to the new arrival.

New, and most assuredly an unwelcome sight given the history Karen shared with Alaina!

Kerstin backed up ready to see what she could do in this match and smiled at they prospect of showing Alaina who was going to be running the heavyweight division. Though her excitement died a bit after she heard the crowds confusion and turned around to see an unhappy sight. She recognized the bitch on sight and frowned. What was Karen doing here and what was she doing with a refs shirt?

"Youve gotta be shitting? What you attack a ref for looking at you now? I thought I took care of you in the locker room what he hell makes you think you can come out here and try to insult us not expecting consequences."

Alaina watched cautiously as Karen made her way down. Her as a referee had to be a joke... or the GMs way of playing games with Alaina.

"If she wants to be referee.... fine. I will face you or anyone else under any circumstances to show that I am not washed up." Alaina said to Kirsten, and really everyone in a sort of self affirmation. "So, shall we have our match?" Alaina asked this time directed solely at Kirsten.

With the attention successfully stolen from the two figures in the ring, Karen couldn't help but laugh. Both women were evidently irate the amazon turned up, and she hadn't even done anything yet!

"You both seem a little rustled. Guess getting the crap kicked outta ya by me would suck. Atleast it's something you share in common." Hand raised as it wiped across Karen's smirk, the amazon would slowly descend the ramp, a swagger to her step as the usually furious amazon found herself weirdly in a mood to play. That was, before Alaina turned her attention fully back to Kerstin.

"HEY! Don't you fucking ignore me Alaina!" Finding herself on the apron, ropes separating herself from the two figures in the ring, Karen would extend a stiff arm with finger extended as her calm smile turned to a furious baring of teeth. "I got no beef with beating the shit out of you, granny. AGAIN."
