Elena was kind of disappointed with the fact that she did not have that many matches in 2020 as she felt that at this rate she would never make the splash she needed to challenge for the belts. Still she figured if she would begin to have an winning streak starting now that soon enough management could not ignore no longer. So her new year resolution was to remain undefeated in 2021.

Her attire for the match was the same as for all her normal type matches as she was wearing a pair of blue wrestling shoes , a leotard that exposed her belly button and reveal some cleavage and two gloves as everything was in the colors dark and light blue.With the lightweight qualifiers around the corner the redhead wanted to get into as much matches as possible to convince management to give her a shot. So after making sure her hair was in an ponytail ,and the laces of her boots were tied she walked out of the locker room.

She would arrive in the gorilla position in time as she only had to wait an few minutes until she was given the signal it was almost time. As she would now only have to wait for her music to begin playing , and when she heard the blue panther theme it was show time. As she would step onto the entrance ramp as she waved at the fans as she made her way to the ring. About halfway down the announcer would say ''now entering from Tokyo, Japan. Weighing in at about 120ibs , it's Elena Miyawaza'' as she reached the steps when she was introduced.Quickly stepping onto them she got into the ring as she would wave to the fans as she awaited the arrival of her opponent.

Twilight was not the most confident person around. Not that people would see that for sure. Outside of the ring and inside of the ring Twilight are two different types of people. Maybe that is over exaggerating it. Nonetheless It was not secret among Twilight's circle that her ring work was sub par with some bright moments. That didn't matter now though, she wanted to go out there and win. Despite what everyone thought about her. Tonight she was going to be paired up against somewhat of a young star. Well at least a better pedigree than Twilight.
That doesn't matter, keep your head in the game and you got this. Twilight told herself. Almost as if it was on queue, Twilight was told it her turn coming up.

Deciding to wear something more sporty this time. Thanks to some advice she got from a friend. Twilight would pace back and forth up until her name was called. COMING INTO THE RING NOW WE HAVE THE PURPLE PRINCESS TWILIGHT SPARKLE The announcer would say as Twilight came out, all smiles on Twilight as she stayed confident on her way to the ring. Not being much of a show woman, Twilight kept her entrance rather basic. Giving her fans one last wave as she entered the ring and came into view of her opponent.

Elena would watch as her opponent came to the ring as she looked to be one of those happy go lucky types who would be all smiles and cheers as she entered the ring. Thinking the other wrestler was one of those fools who always seem to want to shake hands she would reach out for one as she would wait until Twilight accepted to pull her close as she whispered ''Hope you like losing ''as she attempted to punch her in the gut while the referee could not see it as she made it seem like she gave the other wrestler an hug.

(Alright keep it cool she's a young wrestler like you) Twilight would tell herself to ease her worries. Now all that was left was to win this match. Twilight thought that she was a good sport herself, but it was nice to see when Elena came to her with a handshake. WIth a smile she took her hand. To be meet with a quick eep as she was pulled in close to what seem like a hug. Elena would whisper to Twilight a taunt, something Twilight knew full well she had to respond to. Sadly she couldn't as Elena came with a cheap opening, punching Twilight in the stomach before the match started. Twilight groaning in pain as she doubled over a tiny bit in pain.

Elena would act all friendly as she pulled her opponent closer as the idiot went for an handshake , and tricked the ref by making it seem she was hugging Twilight when in reality she punched the other wrestler in the stomach. As she took an step back she would pat the other wrestler on her back as she said ''hey ref you may have to call off the match as it seems my opponent ain't feeling well'' as she hoped to have an easy night by having the ref call off the match before it even happen.

Groaning in pain from the sudden gut punch. Twilight got a good idea of who her opponent was, Elena was one to use underhanded to get herself ahead in matches. That was a dirty trick Twilight would say standing herself up. Looking much more confident than before. No ref, don't listen to her I am all good. Twilight told the ref reassuring them she was alright.

As the referee came to check up on her opponent , Elena would just lean against the ropes as she would pose for the fans as Twilight reassured the referee she was fine. Once the other wrestler had gotten to her feet , and the ref had backed up did the redhead turn her attention to her as she replied ''you should have just stayed down as it would have bin less painful then what your about to experience by continuing this match''

And you shouldn't have cheated Twilight said with some annoyance in her voice. Though she would be lying if she said the punch didn't hurt. Twilight wasn't quite built to take hits. I sure hope you feel the same when I pin you for the win Twilight said getting herself up and ready for the match, waiting for the bell to ring.

Honestly Twilight was going to play it passive to start, trying to get more time to recover. Elena coming to her is what she was looking for, if Elena didn't then Twilight would just recover like nothing happened.

''It only cheating when you get caught ''muttered Elena to herself as she could not wait for the bell to ring. So the moment it did the Japanese wrestler would rush forward as she hoped to take control of the match from the start as she tried to knock Twilight onto her back with an clothesline to start things off.

Good to know you can't wrestle well then if you have to cheat Twilight would say with confidence in her voice. Though she did think it would be troublesome to deal with her cheating. Nonetheless it would be better if she beat a cheater by playing fair and square.

With the bell ringing Elena would come out swinging hoping to clothesline Twilight. It was a perfect opener for Twilight, reading Elena like a book. Once Elena came in with the move Twilight would duck under it. Now being behind Elena, Twilight would grab onto her waist. It was great that they were both lightweights since Twilight could do this. Lifting Elena backwards hoping to land a german suplex.
