Trisha Andrews vs. Sheila Chihara - Strength of Will

[Arjuna]

Laid out in the middle of the ring, Trisha would wait for the right moment to strike. And then, Sheila decided to go for the pin, and Trisha decided to stay still for now, still waiting for the right moment. She could feel Sheila's body on top of her after she was rolled over onto her back. She then heard the referee counting for the pin, and she knew that she had to break it in order to keep her opponent from winning this match.

"ONE!"

"TWO!"

After the count of two, Trisha kicked out. Had she been fresher, she might be able to kick out after one, but all the damages had been piled up at this point, so her body was a bit slower to follow her instructions. Still, she managed to break the pin. Groaning, the beautiful African American babe would then try to push Sheila off of her, giving her a little room to breathe.

Trisha was rolled onto her back, and Sheila was quick to seize on the opportunity. She threw herself down on top of the veteran, hooking an arm around her leg and lifting it skyward to keep her shoulders against the mat. Sheila was tired and winded from the match, in which she had put all her efforts into defying the odds. She lay on top of Trisha panting and shaking drops of sweat from her hair. But, as the referee's counts grew higher and higher, Sheila stood on edge, the tingles going down her spine. She was this close to winning!

Before that moment could be realized, however, Trisha collected herself, kicking her leg out of the pin. As she rose, Sheila was pushed off to the side, where she went rolling away before coming to rest on the mat beside her. After a moment, she picked herself up onto her hands and knees, looking up to see her opponent still in the match.

"Aww..." Sheila muttered. She couldn't help but be disappointed that she had come so close and still fallen short. But she wouldn't let this be the end of it! She was quick to push herself back to her feet, and once again, she would begin to climb the ropes. Trisha, it seemed, was going to need more to bring her down. At the top rope, Sheila looked back at her opponent, checking to see if she was back on her feet or not in planning her next move.

Kicking out of the pinfall attempt, Trisha groaned as she would try to push herself up. Her body was aching, and she gritted her teeth as she ended up on all four. She was having trouble strategizing at the moment, and it seemed that Sheila was looking to make use of this opportunity to keep attacking her. She had climbed up the top rope, preparing herself for something.

As for Trisha, would get herself on one knee. She tried to regain as much strength as she could. She had an idea on how to handle Sheila's next move, though she needed to wait for the right moment. Her eyes remained on Sheila. And to make herself look more vulnerable than she actually was, she remained on one knee, grimacing in pain while waiting for the right moment to strike.

Sheila had been pushing her body to its limits in this match, and as she came to the top rope she winced for a moment, reaching to her shoulder to rub at a sore muscle. However, she couldn't slow down now. She looked back to see that Trisha was rising, but still only getting to one knee. Either way, Sheila was sure that she had her opponent right where she wanted her. She just needed to press her advantage - and now that she was on the top rope, Sheila felt even more confident that she could bring this match home. She was right in her element, and now she just needed to carry things through. Thinking about how close she was to victory, Sheila stood up a little straighter, a grin crossing her face. She felt ready for anything!

Jumping off the ropes to gain some altitude, Sheila propelled herself into the air. She dove toward Trisha, her legs held out in front of her as she descended upon her opponent, and prepared to grab her head between her thighs for a hurricanrana as she came into range!

Trisha waited for the right moment, hoping to bait her opponent into attacking her while feigning being too hurt. While she was indeed still hurting, she needed to present herself as someone vulnerable so that she could make use of this to reverse whatever Sheila would try to do. When she saw Sheila leaping up into the air for a hurricanrana, Trisha braced herself, knowing that those legs would get around her head.

And before she could be taken down into the mat with the hurricanrana, Trisha would grab onto her body and immediately bring herself down, bringing Sheila with her so that she could bring her back first into the mat with an improvised spinebuster! She had no doubt that if the move was successful, it would inflict massive damage on her opponent.

With each passing moment, Sheila's excitement was swelling within her and her heart was pounding in her chest. Her smile grew across her face, seeing that everything seemed to be going her way. Trisha was down on her knee, and she wasn't getting back up. It looked like the perfect time to strike - and if all went as Sheila hoped it would, her first main roster victory was about to be realized! Lunging toward Trisha, she held her legs out, ready to catch her foe's head with them. If the veteran was as sore as she seemed, this could be a major victory for Sheila!

Little did she know, Trisha wasn't quite as weary as she had been letting on. And Sheila had taken the bait and fallen for it, hook, line, and sinker! At the exact moment she was about to grab onto Trisha, Sheila found herself suspended in midair. She stopped, looking down in confusion, and at once she confident grin fell from her face. "Huh..?" she began - but a moment later, Trisha fell back, bringing Sheila down with her and delivering the Young Lioness's spine directly into the canvas!

While the surprise nature of the attack certainly didn't make it easier, the force of the landing itself was enough to do a number on Sheila. As she came crashing down, she screamed in pain, her eyes wide and her mouth agape as she bucked off the canvas. Then, with a low, pained groan, she began to settle down, still wincing from the shock of the impact as she writhed helplessly from side to side.

Catching Sheila's body in midair before slamming her down with a spinebuster, Trisha thought that she finally regained her upper hand over her opponent. Huffing, she would then straighten herself up and stand over the downed body of Sheila. Despite her being one of those Young Lionesses, she had showed so much potential that if she could keep it up, she would be able to go big here in this industry.

"You're pretty good, kid..." Trisha said as she would bend down to grab Sheila's body, pulling her back up. "But your good ain't good enough. Let me show you how pros get things done here." Those words didn't came from her arrogance, but from her self-assurance as well as her full faith in her ability as a wrestler. She would hoist Sheila's body up and place her on her shoulders.

Trisha would have Sheila facing upwards as she would bend her body in a torture rack, stretching her spine in the submission hold. She had one more move in her mind as she would keep Sheila a few more seconds in the torture rack before she carried out her next plan, throwing her body forward before bringing her down back first onto her propped up knee, hitting her affected back with a backbreaker!

It was a finishing move that she had in her mind; a combination of torture rack and backbreaker, which was effective in targeting one's spine. Trisha named the move Stone Breaker, and she knew that if the move was successful, she would be able to break her opponent apart with it, and if possible, score a victory against her.

Sheila could admit that she had gotten caught up in her own excitement. Thinking she had Trisha right where she wanted her, a readily open target for her to seize the advantage, she had been eager to throw herself toward the veteran in the hopes of taking her down. In the thrill of the moment, however, Sheila had forgotten that Trisha had years of professional experience on her. Her impulsive decisions, in hurling herself toward her opponent with her legs outstretched for a hurricanrana, couldn't stand up to Trisha's honed skills of being able to anticipate and counter attacks - and she would realize that a moment too late, as she wound up flat on the mat!

Sheila's head was spinning as Trisha guided her to her feet. She listened to what her opponent had to say about her, her head nodding in recognition, but she still took slow and labored pants, trying to get the air back in her lungs as she leaned against Trisha to hold herself upright. But if Sheila thought she was shaken already, she hadn't seen anything yet - Trisha scooped her up onto her shoulders, locking in a torture rack!

With her opponent's well-muscled arms trapping her neck and legs and cranking downward, Sheila's spine was being bent over Trisha's shoulders. She cried out in pain; she had already been winded from the spinebuster she had taken, and now Trisha was targeting just where she was sore! The Australian shuddered, her teeth clenching as her eyes clamped shut. She was beginning to feel the urge to submit then and there - but just before she could say anything, Trisha made her next move in slamming the girl straight down onto her knee!

If Sheila's back was hurting already, this was even worse! Her mouth hung open in a gape and her eyes practically bulged out of their sockets, as a shrill scream ripped through the arena. Sheila's arms and legs shot up in the air, but soon, she went tumbling off of Trisha's legs. She unceremoniously flopped onto her side on the ground, her ribs moving in and out as she took labored breaths, and her tongue lolled out of her mouth. She didn't feel like she would be moving any time soon.

Subjecting Sheila to her Stone Breaker, Trisha could see how devastating the move was. She felt a bit sorry that she had to hurt her opponent like that, but it should be an eye-opening experience for the newbie, and seeing that her opponent was on the mat, looking like she was no longer able to fight, Trisha would get moving, putting herself right on top of her, pressing her own bust against Sheila's stomach while she would reach down to one of her legs, hooking it up.

Seeing this, the referee would come over and start counting for the pin. At this point, Trisha was confident that Sheila would not be able to kick this one out, considering how devastating her Stone Breaker was. The crowd seemed pretty exhilarated by the actions in the ring so far, and this pinfall would be a perfect bookend of it.

"ONE!"

"TWO!"

For all intents and purposes, Sheila was hopeless to stop her foe now. The shock of having her momentum turned against her had blindsided her, and she had no way to be ready as Trisha brought her down hard into her knee. Now, as she lay flat, the soreness still lingered in the girl's spine, and she moaned in pain, but the only motion she had in her was the slow rise and fall of her chest as she took in shallow breaths. As Trisha hooked her leg, she barely even registered.

So it was no surprise when the third count was called.

"THREE!!"

The bell rang, with an even louder cheer ringing out for Trisha - everyone had witnessed the full power of what she could do! But even as the referee moved to hold the veteran's hand higher, just as many people had to show their appreciation for Sheila. The rookie had given it her all, and she'd displayed some impressive moves of her own. Even if she hadn't won the match, she was well on her way to becoming a star.

Right now, of course, that wasn't exactly what was on her mind. With a groan, she slowly began to sit up, reaching behind her and rubbing at her back as she popped a few joints in her spine. But even as she limbered up, the motion sent a new twinge of pain going up her back, and she winced, biting her lip. "Ow..."
