Amy Evans vs Korra the Enforcer

Her last gamble finally paid off, Amy broke the hold to get free from the pin rather than let her get that easy win. Korra backed off and hissed standing up as she held the trapped arm Amy had held up to that point. She let herself get trapped in such a pathetic hold like that and now she was feeling her own level of anger. Turning around she would try to clothesline her down to the mat and show Amy that she wasn't about to let her take what was supposed to be her moment from her.

Amy hit the mat again in anger, she thought she had her there but Korra just didn't let up. Still she had to focus and go right on making Korra regret getting involved with her, looking over at the big girl and seeing her already marching at her, the Lion had a plan in her head before she got close. Once again she ducked under Korra but this time she would hold her waist and keep her close.

“I don't think so.” Amy would then bring Korra up and toss her up and over her body. Looking to send Korra up high before dropping her down onto her back or her side with a German Suplex that she made sure would have an impact Korra wouldnt easily forget.

Korra missed, she let herself get mad and she fucking missed. Worse she didn't have time to calm herself before Amy was grabbing her, keeping her close before tossing her up and dropping her on her shoulder blades with a German suplex. The resounding slam was followed by a rough grunt from Korra when she smacked it, and the stinging impact caused Korra to roll off with another hiss. “Dammit..”

The German suplex was a common staple of her repertoire, she had done it over 100 times and made sure that most of those times it was not only successful but it hurt like a bitch. That wasn't the best german but for the moment it was one of the more satisfying, and Amy felt a shark like grin coming to her face. Still she tempered her reaction and would stand up looking over at Korra and seeing her roll on the mat in clear pain.

“Stay down. And maybe this will go by faster and with a few less bruises for you.” Amy would say before she looked at the ropes. Running towards them she would jump off the ropes and turn in the air coming in for a Lionsault down on top of Korra, either hitting her front or her back and not caring which one of them she ended up hitting so long as she got the big splash she wanted.

Korra’s entire spine was on fire even moments after the suplex. Once again Amy was standing over her only this time any enjoyment in the good fight had been diminished by the frustration that Korra couldn't connect with anything big like she wanted to do. Amy’s threats annoyed her rather than amused her now and she was still looking to shut her down completely as soon as she could. Amy gave her the moment she was looking for when she opted to give her space for her lionsault attempt rather than go for the pin or a ground and pound of some kind. Korra responded with a mundane raising of her knees to stop Amy in her tracks.

Like the German Suplex Amy had done it in practice a thousand times and in matches hundreds of times, it had always had a devastating effect on her opponents and there were very few matches where she had hit it and lost. Soaring through the air she felt she had nailed the jump like she had many times over but that gave her a front row seat to Korra’s knees coming up and landing stomach first there instead of on Korra’s body.

“Uggh!” Amy coughed jumping off her and landing beside Korra as she let out a few more minor coughs. She curled up while laying on her side but her fighting instincts told her to move and after a few seconds she would slowly work on getting back up on her feet to keep fighting the persistent Enforcer.

Too many close calls in such a short time and not enough successful moves to show for her efforts, if they were basing this off scores like in MMA Korra would be losing, and while she loved a good fight it was only because she knew she was the best. This was not going the way it should be going. Even blocking the Lionsault didn't help her mood and she would turn to Amy and try to knee her in the side. “Well you should know better than to think i'm going to stay down, but if you want this to end let me abide by you.” Korra wanted to bring Amy to her front so she could sit on her, pulling her up into a camel clutch and look for her submission signature from there, hoping to pull on her head and bend her back as much as she could.

Amy really wanted that Lionsault to hit, but of course it seemed like neither one of them could hit anything big on the other, it could just be because they were trying earlier then usual but Amy was still frustrated. The only saving grace was that this clearly bothered Korra just as much so it was now a matter of Amy keeping her calm and preparing herself. But for now Korra was taking her anger out on her side rather then focusing on attacking her she was suddenly hit in the side by a punt.

"AAnngh!" Amy screamed backing up and hitting the mat again now on her front before Korra would plant herself on Amy's back trying to pull her head up into a camel clutch. Amy's head would try to resist against it while her hands would come to pull on Korra's arm to resist while the rest of her struggle against it.

Korra's attempts to pull her into a camel clutch were stopped, or at least stalled despite getting on top of her Amy was still doing what she could to fight against it. "Keep fighting all you want, your not getting the better of me when Im up here." She declared proudly before attempting to move up a bit higher and get a better position to force her head up and bring that back into an arch. One way or another she would bring Amy to her knees.

This was not a good position to be in, most of her power was taken from her on her stomach like this, and Korra wasnt exactly a lightweight, a fight like this was bound to favor the one on top unless Amy could do something to counter that, her best bet relied on Korra doing exactly what she did moving up to try and pin her upper body down. Briefly abandoning the grapple with her hands Amy brought both of her arms down and would try to push herself up with Korra still on top of her.

"Get...the hell off me!" Amy would try and bring herself to her feet, though the top part of her would struggle with ehr lower body able to bridge up she hoped to bring herself up holding Korra once she got up on her feet, one hand grabbing her head and the other hand and another between her legs as she attempted to try and hold her in the air to force her down before she would attempt to throw her down with an F5
