Rita would watch as Nozomi got to her feet , and rushed towards her as the would simple step to the right as she turned around expecting to find her student face down on the canvas.

Nozomi saw Rita sidestep her and missed the spear but stopped herself before she fell on her face turning to look at Rita

Rita would just look back as she saw Nozomi look back at her as she said ''well it seems you learned your first lesson. As you should never just blindly charge forward like that. Since you must first make certain that if you go for an spear that their is no way that your opponent can move out of the way like I did.''

Nozomi nods then walked forward towards Rita offering a test of strength

Rita would walk forward as she raised her hands as she would grasp Nozomi's hands with her own as she would whisper ''just say when your ready Nozomi''

Nozomi nods and after a few seconds to prepare herself “ok go” she said starting to push against Rita

Rita would just nod as she would push back with all she had as Nozomi said go , and attempted to take an step forward to slowly force her new student towards the ropes.

Nozomi grunts trying to overpower her coach “I’m a lot stronger than I look” she said between grunts

''So it seems my Student. Still what will you do to counter this''replied Rita as she grasped onto Nozomi's arms as she tried to turn her body as she hoped to toss her onto her back.

Nozomi thought she’d gain ground on Rita then that’s when she made a rookie mistake by pushing too hard into it and allowing Rita to throw her onto her butt
