Hitting It Off

”Whoaaaa that was intense!” The tired but optimistic and downright cheery words that respunded through the backstage hallway of LAW was none other than one Alizeh Midori. The girl had just come hot off the heels of a match that she had won, but the condition she was in made it clear that it wasn’t exactly a easy win.

Her toned and light brown body was soaked with a layer of sweat that made her muscles glisten and shine under the harsh lights of the backstage area. Even her hair was not exempt from this treatment, the green strands flared out everywhere more than usual with her bangs practically sticking to her forehead as she walked as even some bruises appeared to be forming on some parts of her body.

In spite of this apperance, as well as the soreness she was definitely feeling, Alizeh felt like a million bucks. She always did after a win or heck any hard fought match for that matter. But this one in particular left her feeling good. Thats why as she walked despite her condition, the glow of victory combined with her naturally confident and cheerful disposition made her quite the stunning sight that many backstage were turning to look at as she walked by.

Grabbing a water bottle off a table in catering Alizhe walked over to a set of tall metal cases. Turning and hopping up Alizeh uncapped it and took several gulps of the clear fluid, even tilting her head back as she did. By the time she removed her lips from the bottle half of its contents were gone already. But Alizeh had satiated her thirst for now, so capping the bottle she would lean back on her hands, crossing her legs in process, content to just relax and take in her victory.

It was an impressive display of athleticism, for sure. Anyone who bothered to watch would admire the emerald-haired beauty. Granted, some might not admit it, though. After all, everyone is out to be the toughest, strongest, most feared fighter in the federation. it wouldn't do to give too much credence to another wrestler, would it?

Well, some things never change.

"Hey," comes a mild, upbeat baritone.

Blaise Cameron, who had been conspicuously absent from the LAW premises for a little while, seems to've returned tonight. And to be more exact, the errant young man is standing just aside from Alizeh, water-bottle in hand and tilted in offering to her. He'd just seen her put one away, but who knows; maybe she could use another. Plus, it's an easy enough excuse for an icebreaker.

Though he's not been to the ring tonight, he's dressed to wrestle; bare upper-body, from defined chest and arms to sleekly-toned abdominals. Shin-guard style wrestling boots, elbowpads, and wrestling trunks leaving muscled thighs exposed makes up the wardrobe, all in a mix of blue and black.

"Caught that match. Holy Hell," he grins boyishly. Bright blue eyes dip briefly to the girl's midsection, then back up to her face. "Abs okay after that landing? Looked rough."

Alizeh hummed soflty as she leaned back on the case, relaxing and occasionally sipping from her water bottle as she allowed her mind to wander. Not particularly paying attention to the oitside world the green haired girl blinked her turquoise eyes at the sound of a new voice she hadn’t heard before today.

Sitting up slightly she turned her attention to the male and his outstretched water bottle as he offered it to her. While he spoke Alizeh shamelessly allowed her eyes to wander over his form, taking in the male’s well built figure. But probably what she appreciated most was that his physique while built wasn’t monstrous like some other males in the League.

On top of that the cute smile he flashed helped add to a some what innocent and, if she was being honest wholesome vibe that immediatlely made Alizeh smile pleasantly at him, especially after he expressed concern for her. ”Haha thanks for the concern but I’m alright.” She said while leaning back and tensing her abdomen a bit to flex her abs to the male while flashing a smile. “As you can see they were built to take a beating.” She said playfully with a wink before reaching out fo accept the water bottle he offered.

”For real though thanks for the concern, not a lot of people tend to unless there’s some personal investment involved.” She said whike uncapping the bottle and taking a swig. “Also thanks for this, I always feel like I need to drink a gallon after a match haha.” She said with a chuckle to the male while shaking the bottle a bit. Setting the bottle down Alizeh would them reach forward with her hand. “I’m Alizeh by the way. Alizeh Midori. Butttt I’m guessing you already knee that haha.” She said with a soft laugh as she introduced herself, albeit maybe a bit needlessly given he probably heard her intro if he watched her match.

Blaise's body is built for performance, less for glam. No bulk to be found on his trim frame. Though if one were to surmise that he's toned up a little further from his last appearance within the arena, they'd be correct; just a small indicator of things to come.

That said, he totally caught the once-over from her. And in fairness, he does the exact same thing towards her as she speaks, taking her in in-person rather than through a screen. She's shorter than she looked on-camera. But then, isn't everyone? And speaking of built for performance, he has to acknowledge it when he sees it as well. His gaze lingers on her stomach as she flexes it for him, oh-so-conveniently playing into what he'd said. He gives an appreciative little, "Mmhm," to her assertion that her abs could take a beating. He saw. It's true. He might be inclined to challenge to test that out, but that would be weird. Still, rawr.

The bright blue eyes travel along her figure to her face again, noting the smile; it's disarmingly pretty. Not the sort of smile one might expect from a fighter. But it earns a slightly more relaxed smile back.

"Well, I'll level with ya," he begins, his tone taking a lighter, more playful air, himself, "I had an ulterior motive. Wanted to introduce myself." The smile adjusts into a playful grin, and he takes her hand. His grip is secure, but gentle in deference to her femininity. "I did catch that," he confirms. "Name's Blaise Cameron. Just came back to the show. And Alizeh's a really pretty name." The grin upticks into that boyish smile again. "Just sayin'."

Alizeh took note of the way his smile got a bit more relaxed, no doubt from her own disarming attitude giving him reason to feel more at ease. She also couldn’t help but seem him checking her out, or the way his eyes lingered on her stomach. Neither something she minded since she was doing the exact same to him, checking out his own well toned body with a grin. As he talked about his own ulterior motivation though she couldn’t help but chuckle.

”Haha, well luckily for you that’s an ulterior motive I can get behind.” She said with a smile as she pulled her hand back from their hand shake before leaning forward. “Nice to meet ya Blaise, now that you introduced yourself whatcha gonna do now?” She asked teasingly to the male with a chuckle, her current leaning forward position giving a ample view of her chest in the process. Something she was very aware of.

Mutually-noticed lingering glances shared, Blaise can pretty easily sense the electricity in the air. Her, just coming off of a great performance. Him, just preparing to re-introduce himself to the audience. Both athletic specimens, both easy on the eyes, and both equally easy to talk to. He pretty much never does this, but she's calling him out, so to speak.

"Now," says Blaise as his gaze dips briefly to her generously-offered chest, "I'm caught wanting to challenge you, myself..." The way his inflection hits that may suggest he doesn't mean an actual challenge. Wrestling would almost certainly be involved in some form or another, though. "...show me just how tough those abs are."

There's a playful perk of an eyebrow at her. In fairness, she does seem like a nice, if intense person. And intensity isn't a bad thing in his book.

Alizeh smiled coyly at Blaise as he flirted back with her, virtually every alternative meaning of his words screaming that he wanted her. But than again she couldn’t blame him. Besides, she came on strong too so who was she to judge? In fact...

”Haha, so eager, I just finished a match but luckily for you I never turn down a challenger.” She said in a low husky tone, as if to match his own growing desire in a competition in of itself. And as if to emphasize her point she leaned back on the crate, giving him a better overall view of her toned form.

“Question is if you can keep up.” She added while raising one of her legs and resting her heel on his shoulder in a rather bold move in of itself, as if to challenge him to try and escalate it further. For no other reason than to see what he could do. After all, Alizeh liked people that could... rise to her occasion. That last thought cuased her to giggle a bit.

"Ohhh, I know. Seeing you in that ring is why I'm over here," Blaise admits. His smile takes a wry note as she accepts the 'challenge', as it were. Though from her tone, he's pretty certain they're operating on the same wavelength. This? This is a pretense. A pretense that could escalate into a small competition for position, but that isn't exactly the goal, is it?

He watches her as she leans back, and he starts to shrug back his shoulders in counter-emphasis of his own sleek frame. But she ups the ante by lifting a leg, and hooking the ankle over his shoulder. Bold. Bold, bold, bold. He's into it.

His arm slips in, hooking beneath her raised leg. The streamlined muscle of his bicep brushes against her smooth thigh, and his hand hooks over above the leg. He steps forward, enough that his toned pectorals lightly bump against her sporty wrestling top, and his free arm brazenly reaches to loop her bare waist securely, fingers brushing into her skin. His head cants closer to her face, gaze half-lidded and voice a breathy murmur. "I think I could take you..."

Alizeh smiled coyly at Blaise’s reaction to her putting her leg on him. Sure enough the male was stalwart and only pleased from her own decision and reacted in kind. Purring softly from his hand against her leg while his other slipped around her waist. ‘He certainly doesn’t waste time.’ She thought to herself knowing she was much the same way.

Pressing herself up against him as he leaned his chest unto hers she wrapped an arm around his neck, her other hand went into his hair. ”Mhmmm prove it.” She said leaning forward to take the last bold move available and kiss him full on the lips, her fingers tightening in hus locks as she did. She started off slow, eager to see how he would react in kind, but she was also confident he would react favorably.

This is so not how he thought this little meeting would go. Blaise isn't normally like this; it can't be stressed enough. He's modest. He's patient. He's friendly but not overbearing. But here he is, just meeting a girl fresh off her match. And she has a leg draped over him, her hands tangled about his neck and hair.

Is he complaining? Well, no. But the whiplash of this entire thing may be stark later. For now, however, it's impossible to deny he's loving every moment of this. The feel of Alizeh's chest pushing to his, the feel of her skin whether at her waist or her thigh, and finally, the feel of her lips pushing to his. Blaise readily reciprocates, his gaze lidding over in the wake of the exchange.

With her leg raised, he presses his hips firmly to hers, indulgently letting her feel the physical impact the tension is having on him. His head tilts into the kiss, tongue edging out to taste her lips at first, before seeking to up the ante a little further by nudging to meet hers. His fingers curl, gently scritching against her bare skin.
