Irish Shots! - Erin Quinn & Blaise Cameron

After taking the shot to the midsection, Blaise's ability to resist is sapped. Of course, if Erin hasn't noticed Blaise has practically no defense by now, she may just not be paying attention! It's like every attack is a genuine surprise. So when he's whipped into the ropes, he manages to turn just in time that his back stretches the ropes rather than his chest, and manages to stay upright. A couple heavy, unsteady gaits forward, and he's suddenly in the air!

"Aaahh!"

He flips over and hits the mat hard on his back, bouncing once before coming to rest splayed and sprawled behind her. "Guuu.." A hand flops to his brow, rubbing over his eyes.

Erin turned back to see Blaise sprawled out on the floor. The redhead took a step forward and planted her foot on his abs. "So, are ya gonna get up or should I start counting?" She said with a smile. She imagined her partner was getting tired since it certainly took some effort on Erin's part to keep throwing him around. Even if there was a chance that Blaise was completely exhausted though Erin still didn't think he'd give up quietly.

If her opponent stayed still Erin would slowly start counting, waiting to see if there was any sign of movement. If she detected any the redhead would get down and try to wrap her arms around her sparring partner's neck so she could pull him up and trap him in a front facelock. It wasn't exactly Erin's go to move but she wanted to get some practice in doing something other than trying to just power through a match.

Their match has been going on for a while, and the wear is starting to show on Blaise. Most men would've probably lain right there and allowed the sassy lassy to score the pin. Not Blaise. So when she asks her question, the response is a breathless laugh and a swat at her ankle - a precursor to him twisting to begin gathering himself up to his feet. He doesn't have far to go before Erin is pulling him into a headlock, one arm wrapping around her waist for balance. The other hand rests against her ribs, taking a second to breathe.

"Gonna have to.. put ya down soon..," he mentions. And from this awkward position, he attempts to fire a couple fists into her belly! If he can muster enough force from this angle, that is.

Erin was able to fairly easily maneuver Blaise into her hold. It seemed the spar had finally taken it's toll on him. Not enough to keep him from trying to fight back though. Erin raised her eyebrow at his comment. "Oh? Well good luck with that." She said with an audible chuckle. At least to her it was obvious that she had their little match in the bag. The redhead would lean back to pull Blaise's head forward and then tighten her grip around his neck.

"Why don't you...nnng...grrrr just give up!" Erin started to tease before sounding more forceful after she took a few punches to the gut. While the hits were certainly uncomfortable, Blaise didn't exactly have a great angle. Erin maintained her grip, gritting her teeth as she hung on, trying to just endure whatever was thrown at her in hopes that Blaise would tire out soon enough.

Nope. The angle isn't a good one, and Blaise can feel that. But he still tries! One arm rests around her waist, trying not to let his hold slip to her rear. The other fist lands against her bare stomach a couple times more before just resting his palm against her skin.

"Not in me.. to just give in..!" But what the heck can he do at this point? He's taken a beating, his strength has been sapped, and he's running on those legendary reserves of durability and downright ornery cussedness. But he doesn't want to just let her win. Not when he's pushing so hard to get some respect out of her. She has to earn that pin; to really know she's beaten him. That's one thing every opponent of his can say - he never just handed them a W or surrendered.

The hand at her stomach slips around her body to loop the arm around her waist. "C'mon...!" His feet square, his back tenses, and he attempts to heave the Irish lass into the air and fall back with her for a body drop. But it's questionable whether or not he still has the strength to lift her.

Erin was amazed Blaise had this much stamina. She was starting to wonder just how much he could take. Her thoughts quickly shifted though as she found herself being slowly lifted off of her feet. "Waaah? H...hey! Put me down." The redhead stammered as she tried unsuccessfully to keep herself on the ground. She was soon wishing she had finished her sparring partner off sooner. She certainly had some chances throughout their match.

Now a good bit in the air Erin realized she had to do something fast. There were only a few options though. Hoping that her foe's stamina would soon fail Erin would throw a quick jab towards Blaise's chest. She'd then try to lean herself forward and push him back, attempting to topple the teen backwards and land right on top of him. That would definitely teach him not to lift her. Erin figured she could probably endure whatever he had planned but would rather not give Blaise the satisfaction of getting one over on her.

It's working! It's working! Blaise's spirit swells as he feels the fit Irish girl hefted into the air, pouring his strength into the effort! She'd done a number on him, and an end one way or another was becoming inevitable! Even if it's just a spar, he wants to come out on top! For respect! For confidence! ...Well, for a kiss, too. But the respect means more to him than that at this point.

And then things go all topsy-turvy.

"Wh- no-no-no-"

The balance shifts, and following a cartoonish eye-widening, down goes Blaise. He lands square on his back on the mat, with Erin landing squarely atop him! His arms rest around her waist, his toned chest pressed into her breasts, his hips against hers, and basically face to face with her. "Mnf..," he grunts following the impact. His energy is drained. He's not moving too quickly, simply lying beneath her, his heated, heavy breath washing against her lips with each exhale.

Erin managed to narrowly avoid what would have probably been a fairly damaging mood. It wasn't obvious if it was by luck or skill but the redhead would go with the latter. She couldn't help but start laughing as she landed on top of Blaise, chest to chest. "Hahaha wow. That was some move." She said with an added chuckle. Starting to get tired herself, Erin would lay atop Blaise for a few moments, breathing heavily.

Noticing her position, Erin was quick to push herself up to all fours but would still be looking down at her sparring partner. "I think you have to work on your stamina." The redhead commented, giving the teen a quick wink. She sat up and would straddle Blaise's chest. Erin tried to get comfy atop Blaise before leaning forward, putting her hands on his shoulders, and pushing down. "Do I really have to count? Or are you gonna admit that you're done?" Erin asked. Just in case her sparring partner was still feeling a bit defiant she would start with a "One" anyway.

Blaise responds to the continued teasing with a little sniff. She straddles him, puts her hands on his shoulders, and he lies there looking up at her. His legs squirm, heels scooting against the mat. "I never.. just give.. someone a win..," he replies breathlessly. Thanks to her position, his arms have slipped from her waist and now simply rest on the mat at either side. And despite the fact that she's perching rather nicely atop him now, he still looks defiant and determined to wriggle free.

So the count begins. His focus turns from that tormenting look on her face to something, anything else. Very little else is available for view other than her chest, belly, or hips, so he winds up more or less checking her out from this unfulfilling position.

Erin sighed as Blaise refused to give up. It was obvious, at least to her, that he was beat. "Fine. Well If you still think you can get up after this, I might just give you the win." The redhead joked. Just because she was feeling nice, Erin gave her sparring partner a few extra moments to breath and would just lay atop him for a couple of seconds before pushing herself up. The redhead would bring Blaise up with her and try to set him up for a powerbomb, grunting as she tried to lift the teen.

Erin would hoist Blaise up on to her shoulders and hold him off the ground. "Ready?" She asked, as if it mattered. Then without warning she would throw Blaise down to the mat. She didn't toss him as hard as she could but Erin hoped that just the fall alone would be enough to take the fight out of her sparring partner. She was impressed with Blaise's endurance but even he had to be at the end of his rope now.
