She is groaning under her as she continues to tap, as she try to wiggle herself free from Kaguya's breast she lay there, of course, slowly become more and more slowly as she is being suffocated by the breast smother

jack fell unconscious finally, from a lack of oxygen, kaguya would let go of jack, before letting the referee razed her hand, signifying that she had won this match, kaguya would walk out of the ring, leaving her in a jack in a heap, within the ring.
