Re: Believe it! Rindo vs Finlay
Rindo grunted and groaned as she worked to escape from the headscissors, the flirty comments and overbearing battle cries heard so far in the match were nowhere to be seen as now all of her focus was on her current endeavour. Though she was so busy trying to get up that when he decided to abandon his hold and toss her away with a Hurricana her tunnel vision prevented her from doing anything to stop it until she had already been thrown "Nngh." She rolled with the impact, coming up to her hands and knees, she was hardly hurt by the Hurricana but it had done its job of giving Finlay a safe distance between the two of them.
Rindo would grab onto a rope and pull herself up, hoping to get up faster than Finlay. If she did so then she would watch him rise, not quite doing anything yet and instead just taking the opportunity to rest while watching his movements.

Re: Believe it! Rindo vs Finlay
Despite having to abandon the submission hold Finlay knew he was decidely in the advantage now as a result. Why? Because ever since locking the headscissors and subsequent figure four variant, Rindo had not made a single cheeky comment or flirtacious nod the entire duration of said hold. While a good break for Finlay, it also served as an exellent marker for where he stood. Thankfully it worked all the way till the end via his hurricana knocking Rindo clear to the other side of the ring. Getting up to his feet, with mild difficulty, but nothing major, all things considered wt least. But he would look over and see his opponet having a bit kf a hard time standing herself. That being said, the redhead had earned a degree of respect from Finlay, even if he found her teasing irritating, but even so he would show said respect by letting Rindo rise fully to her feet before acting.

Re: Believe it! Rindo vs Finlay
As Rindo pulled herself up to her feet she noticed that Finlay had managed to rise faster than she had, looks like the holds on her neck had taken more of a toll on her than she realised, she had seriously been trying to beat him to his feet. But despite this he didn't really do anything, was he just letting her get up to her feet? Rindo chuckled "How cute... Are you looking down on me, or are you just a softie?" Whatever he said Rindo would march forward with her hands up, looking for a chance to grapple if possible.

Re: Believe it! Rindo vs Finlay
As Finlay regulated his breathing, controlling himself and recovering even slightly from the match so far. Looking over at his opponet he saw she wasn’t far behind as she too managed to stand up fully with some sense to her. Hearing her words though he shook his head. ”Neither. Consider it a professional courtesy for being a strong opponet so far.” He said to her as he watched her move forward. Resoonding in kind be would move forward as well with his arms up ready and willing to lock up with her for another chance to grapple with her for another lock up.

Re: Believe it! Rindo vs Finlay
Rindo raised an eyebrow at his response to her teasing question, so it was out of respect that he hadn't taken advantage of her weakness? Rindo couldn't help but laugh as she heard that, but it was a good-natured chuckle rather than a laugh done at his expense "I see... Well then, shall we?" she said, offering to lock up. As the two of them met in the middle they would lock up, as soon as they did so Rindo would start pushing down in the hopes of forcing Finlay down to his knees. If she succeeded she would raise a knee up to his chin, trying to knock him down onto his back with a knee strike.

Re: Believe it! Rindo vs Finlay
Finlay narrowed his eyes slightly as he saw Rindo laugh st his response, but it was only momentary till he saw he hesrd the good natured ring to her laughs. So he decided not to be offended snd instead focused on the upcoming lock up. It could be the last major lock up of the match that may determine who the winner would be. ”Yes lets.” He said in response as the two locked up once more and began jockeying for position. Grunting from the strength behind Rindo’s arms Finlay knew he wouldn’t be able to beat her in a contest of strength, thats why he needed to work smarter not stronger. Feeling Rindo bearing down on him he knew a subsequent attack would come soon, thats why as he was forced down he would release her hands and charge forward to drive shoulder into her stomach, at the same moment he’d wince in pain from her knee driving into his chest making him wince in pain. “Grah!” He’d cry out in response

Re: Believe it! Rindo vs Finlay
As Rindo and Finlay locked up for what may be the last time Rindo would lock eyes with Finlay and grin before paying attention to the job at hand once again and working to push him down to his knees. She was starting to see some success as Finlay was forced down to his knees. Rindo went to launch a knee at his face as planned, but as she did so Finlay launched his own attack with a shoulder thrust to her stomach, causing her to cry out in pain and bend forward but at the same time causing Finlay to take Rindo's knee in the chest instead.
Ever the opportunist Rindo would quickly try and wrap her arms around Finlay's body, taking advantage of the fact that she was already bent over his body from the shoulder thrust. She would then look to quickly fall back into a sitting position, hoping to spike his head against the mat in a make-shift piledriver.

Re: Believe it! Rindo vs Finlay
Finlay groaned in pain from the knee to his chest which made him double over in pain as he held bis stomach. But never one to lose hope or give up he was already planning his next move. However Rindo was as well as he felt her arms wrap around his waist. Knowing this wouldn’t be good he had to plan this out carefully. So as she tried to jump up he would push forward with his legs pushing himself against Rindo’s body as she tried to go for the make shift pile driver.
If successful in tilting her momentum backwards Finlay would try to grab her legs and pull them up against his arms so that when they’d hit the mat Finlay would take the brunt of the force to the back of his neck. However he’d use the backwards momentum to roll over Rindo to where his back was draped over Rindo’s chest and her legs were pulled up by his arms to try for a pin attempt.

Re: Believe it! Rindo vs Finlay
Rindo took advantage of the awkward position her and Finlay's clash had caused and tried to lift Finlay up and spike his head into the mat with a piledriver. Unfortunately for her Finlay was also quite the opportunist, and took the chance to counter Rindo's move, sending them both onto the mat by giving Finlay the chance to roll onto her chest and pull up her legs. By the time Rindo had realised that he had locked in a pin the referee had already done the first count "Wah!?!"
After the second count Rindo would push up against Finlay's shoulders while also trying to sit up, breaking Finlay's pin "Sorry, but if you wanna keep me down it's gonna take more than that!" she declared with gusto. Following that Rindo would throw an elbow down aimed for his chest, assuming he was still close enough for her to do so. If not then she would climb up to a crouch, then pounce at Finlay while throwing out an elbow. Either way she would try and crash her elbow against his chest unless he did something that prevented her from doing so.

Re: Believe it! Rindo vs Finlay
A trend had began in the match that Finlay only really became aware of as he beld Rindo in the pin. That trend being that when Rindo would deliver an attsck to Finlay the blonde was likely to take it, but turn said attack into one of his own. This was how they found themselves in the position they were in now, but of course Rindo wasn’t going to let Finlay hbe anything close to a easy win. That’s why when Finlay felt his shoudlers pushed up against he found himself being pushed off Rindo and rolled over a few feet away.
Getting up he saw Rindo flying at him with a follow up elbow. Knowing he wouldn’t be able to dodge in time, he braced himself and took the elbow full force with a wince of pain. Despite it though once her elbow his chest he would snap his hands up to grip tightly onto Rindo’s arm while it was still against his chest. Falling back from the force of the hit Finlay would throw his legs up, wrapping one leg around Rindo’s shoulders while the other hooked over his ankle as he pulled on her arm for a triangle arm bar submission.
