Rangiku Matsumoto gives Irena Romanov some TLC

Tiring of the leglock, Irena released Rangiku and stood up, before she would stomp down hard with her still booted heel on Rangiku's stocking toes. If successful, she would grind her heel into Rangiku's toes.

Rangiku could but watch as her patient further turned the moment against her. Trying her best to turn what she could of the situation around, the ginger doctor attempted to raise her own right the moment Irena tried to stomp her; to try and push upon the girls ankle, and just maybe, trip her!

By going for a stomp using her booted foot, Irena left herself in a vulnerable position, balanced as she was on her shoeless stocking foot, momentarily forgetting about her sprained ankle. Whether by luck or by design, Rangiku took advantage, kicking out at Irena's bad ankle, and tripping the normally sure-footed skater.

"Ow!" gasped Irena in pain, as she further twisted her bad ankle when she fell clumsily to the hard floor. "Ooh god, my ankle. Oww!" Irena moaned in agony as she clutched her hurt ankle, massaging it through her stocking.

There was few wrestling moves in Rangiku's actual arsenal, save for smothering and squeezing her patients when such a move was needed, but she figured many simply didn't need prior experience. Turning her frame onto her side, she'd attempt to grab whichever leg of Irena's she could, pulling it against her thick chest, before trying to return a shade more of the pain with a painful twist of her own!

Seeing Irena grab her ankle in pain, Rangiku went on the attack, grabbing Irena's leg, trapping it in between her breasts, and viciously twisting Irena's hurt ankle. Luckily for Irena, Rangiku was not a particularly talented wrestler, but unfortunately for Irena, with her ankle already sprained and hurting, even Rangiku's relatively low skill was more than enough to leave the pretty skater helplessly gasping in pain.

"Ahh! OW! My ankle! Owie, yeow, ouch!" yelped Irena, as she struggled against the larger Rangiku. Irena curled and flexed her sexy stocking toes in pain, which did nothing to stop the torture, but at least probably meant that nothing was broken.

Rangiku applied all the pressure she could amidst her own agony, as she twisted and bent the leg with all the force she could muster. Her giant chest would serve practically as a pillow for the leg it rested upon, but she cared not for enjoyable feelings right now. She was going to make Irena's leg as red as her own!

Eyes askew as she threw a hateful look at the patient who had refused her so, Rangiku would release her left arm; still twisting with her right, purely so she could throw nasty forearms at the thigh of the smaller figure!

Irena continued to scream loudly in pain as Rangiku continued twisting and bending her stocking leg. Every twist sent shooting pain up her leg. To make matters worse, Rangiku began slamming her forearm into the soft flesh of Irena's thigh. The thin material of Irena's sheer stocking offered Irena almost no protection from Rangiku's hard, stinging blows.

Throwing her pride to the wind, Irena began to beg in between yelps of pain. "Please! OUCH! Ow! That really hurts! OWHW! Ow, ow. Mercy! Uncle! Ouch! Come on. Youch. Let go! OW! Mercy! Please?"

As Rangiku reduced the girl to agony, she herself would be given time to recuperate. When enough time had passed, atleast for all of the sense in Rangiku's mildly aching leg to return, the ginger doctor would finally release. Shuffling backwards a little on her rear, the beauty soon rose, using the nearby wall to aid in catching herself, as she shot Irena a glare of pure disgust.

Irena's leg was in agony. Rangiku had seen to that. As Rangiku finally, mercifully, let go of her, Irena knew she should probably leave well enough alone, lick (because no way in hell was she going to nurse) her wounds, and limp her way out of dodge. But Irena's anger got the better of her, as she couldn't resist going for a final parting shot, as she would extend her booted foot out towards the retreating nurse's stocking feet, trying to kick at her feet and trip her.

Keen now to the beauties movements and intentions, Rangiku had seemingly had enough regarding being victim to them. Lowering her hand to the leg that rose to her, the ginger doctor would yank it upwards, uncomfortably bending it mid process, as she grinned at the beauty before her. This time however, she opted not to speak. She didn't feel the need to, given she'd somewhat trapped Irena on one hopping leg!
