If you want to avoid doubles, I'm sure there's pages that let you set up your own roulette wheel and delete the ones that get chosen.

UPDATE: So after testing out the ppv I have gotten an idea how this will end up working which is as follows.

Basically the idea is in kayfabe, their is a massive roulette wheel which randomizes the match ups. Basically what we would do is two people will set up a match, and as such they can either

A)Choose one of the stipulations for the match (Which I will add now is that I will only allow three matches to have the exact same stipulation, I understand a lot of people like the same matches but I don't want the event to only have around 10 kiss my ass matches and another 10 Stinkface-A-Thon's xD)

or B) They can pair up and I can set up a wheel decider, and I'll spin it and tell them what they got.
