Alaina had managed to stun Emilia and as the young wrestler was crawling away the amazon came in from behind, pulling her up by the waist. Alaina was behind Emilia and with both standing she wrapped her arms around Emilia's neck to put her in a standing sleeper hold from behind! "All right Emilia, you are stuck and need to escape! What do you do?" Alaina asked as she applied pressure, trying to cut off Emilia's air in order to simulate the intensity of an official match.

Emelia didn't get far before her veteran opponent caught up to her, grabbing her by the waist and hauling her up to her feet. She struggled briefly, but was unable to escape Alaina's clutches.

"Gnngh!" Emelia blurted as Alaina trapped her in the sleeper hold, leaving the young Norwegian flailing around foolishly, betraying her inexperience. Her struggles lessened at Alaina's words however, forcing the Scandinavian to stop and think. After a few seconds, the idea occurred to her.

"This!" she grated desperately, taking a hold of Alaina's arms and leaning forward as hard as she could, trying to use her strength to flip the Amazon head over heels and force her to release the hold.

Alaina was not expecting this counter so when her feet lift off the mat the amazon flew through the air, landing hard onto her back! "Argh!" Alaina groaned as she was laid flat on her back kicking the mat twice in pain before she sat up, trying to get back to her feet after Emilia successfully countered her offense. Alaina was wary, trying to keep on her guard although Emilia had created a window of opportunity for her to act and take the fight to the amazon.

Thrilled with the fact her counter had actually worked, Emelia found herself struck with indecision for a moment, before she opted into a follow up. As Alaina stood, the young Norwegian bounced away, throwing herself at the far ropes to give herself extra momentum. Pinging off the ropes, she raced back at Alaina and tried to catch the veteran with a simply clothesline to the chest, hoping to press her unexpected advantage.

Alaina had managed to keep her eye on Emilia and saw the clothesline coming. She wasn't able to move but she leaned into it, bracing herself as she let Emilia crash into her! Alaina stood and stumbled back a step but had Emilia in close proximity to her. Now, gritting her teeth the amazon lunged at Emila attempting her own clothesline from this short distance! Alaina was hoping that Emilia would think on her feet and dodge... but if she was shocked her offense failed in training then she would learn to always be ready to adjust the hard way after the clothesline connected!

Emelia rushed back at Alaina and landed her clothesline solidly against her veteran opponent, but to her surprise, despite landing with full impact Alaina comfortably rode the blow, only staggering back a step or two. The young Norwegian hesitated for a moment, and that moment cost her dearly. Alaina's veterancy shone through as in the blink of an eye the Amazon lunged back at her with a clothesline of her own.

"UNNGH!" Emelia gasped as the attack caught her by surprise, and swiftly the Scandinavian beauty was knocked flat! Cursing inwardly, she tried to roll clear before Alaina could follow up and get back to her feet.

Alaina nailed Emilia and saw Emilia trying to create some distance. Alaina gave chase, pulling her up by the arm and whipping her into the ropes. Alaina was going to set up for a powerslam although she was blatant about her intent, again curious to see if Emilia was able to think on her feet to dodge or counter attack the planned offense of the amazon.

Emelia failed to get clear of Alaina before the Amazon got a hold of her sending her flying at the ropes in an Irish whip. She was sent hurtling towards the edge of the ring before bouncing off and firing back towards her opponent. She saw Alaina coming at her, arms out stretched and realised if she didn't do something quick she was heading for slam city!

Knowing that taking a powerslam now could be devastating, Emelia dropped as Alaina reached for her, keeping her momentum and attempting to slide straight between the veteran wrestler's legs and wind up behind her! If she succeeded she would attempt to grab Alaina from behind and lock in a tight waistlock.

Alaina was impressed that Emilia adjusted so quickly and when she staggered she felt Emilia grab her around the waist from behind.

Alaina reached down to try to begin prying emilia's grip off of her but she was going slow curious to see if Emilia could potentially capitalize on this chance!

It worked! Emelia could barely contain her elation but knew she had to focus. This waistlock wouldn't hold someone like Alaina for long. Gritting her teeth, she knew she needed to perform some kind of move to give her the advantage. She opted for the simplest one she could think of.

Tightening her grip around Alaina's waist, she let out a yell of effort as she tried to suplex the Amazon head over heels backwards, straight into a pinning position!
