History: When Kuro was born, she was sent to an orphanage and normally it wouldn't be too bad except that it was in a not so great neighborhood so she grew up to causing all sorts of trouble, getting into fights a lot and just straight bullying people along with a quite a few of the other kids. The orphanage eventually shut down due to financial trouble so all of the kids were taken by different orphanages for a better life. When Kuro was taken though she didn't change at all due to 'things not being exciting anymore' so she would frequently get in trouble, though everything changes when she happened to go to school with Miyu and Illya. Knowing that Miyu and Illya were rich kids, she thought that they would be easy targets to pick on but little did she know that they weren't. She decides to just fight them though before it could go anywhere, the fighting would always stopped so growing frustrated, she goes to challenge Illya and Miyu only for Illya to beat her to it. They have their match and so after an intense fight and some talking after the fight, Illya decides to get Irisviel to adopt Kuro into the Von Enizbern family only in exchange that Kuro tries to be a better person. After that Kuro gets adopted to the Von Enizbern family, changes her first name to Chloe, and all of them become the bestest of friends. Chloe was the first to hear about LAW and after a bit of convincing, Illya and Miyu decide to join Chloe to go to LAW
Personality: Kuro is generally much calmer and more nonchalant than Illya. She is devious and manipulative, picking up on subtleties about people and using them to her advantage, and she can be very brazen and unrestrained in her actions. Kuro is straight-forward such as stating that one should face a problem instead of avoiding them. Kuro easily gets into conflicts with Illya, fighting over any minuscule insult. Funnily, when Illya is unable to stop Kuro in some of these conflicts.
