Every Rose has its thorns- Zetta vs Rose!

*Forced to linger against the canvas, Zetta quickly glanced around the ring to maintain some semblance of spacial awareness. However, that immediately changed once Rose introduced herself with a body slam that nearly took the easterner's breath away!* "Guuuh!" *She exhaled from the abrupt weight collapsing onto her chest, which provided Rose just enough time to sneak in an uninterrupted pin attempt. She somehow managed to reach a count of* "Two!" *Before Thrusting her right shoulder off the mat, breaking the count before the unthinkable transpired.*

"Grrh" *Releasing a low, guttural growl under her breath Zetta was clearly becoming more and more perplexed as time went on, slowly starting to detest the woman she had stepped foot in the ring with.*

[Faeron]

Rose figured that the suplex wouldn't be enough to keep Zetta down, she'd heard too many good things about this one to be disappointed early. With a handful of hair, Rose brought Zetta back to her feet. Using a forearm to keep the martial artist stunned, she'd press Zetta's back against the ropes and whip her to the other side, looking to deliver a back body drop should Zetta come back on the rebound.

*Even though she managed to break the count, Zetta's suffering was far from over- Rose latched down against her skull and forced the petite easterner up, proceeding to feed her a staggering forearm to her midsection!* "Nggrrh!" *Absorbing the blow with an impressive degree of resiliency, Zetta stumbled backwards but managed to catch herself against the ropes, promptly rebounding before launching herself forward with a plan starting to formulate- Shooting her leg out sideways, she was intent on connecting with a flying leg strike across Rose's chest!*

Rose was in firm control of the match as she whipped Zetta to the ropes, keyword "was". As Zetta rebounded off the ropes and returned to her, Rose was preparing herself to lift the martial artist over her shoulders into a back body drop. Instead, she was met with a fierce kick to the chest that dropped her onto the mat. Rose coughed while favoring her chest, slowly trying to get to her feet but clearly dazed.

*The tactile confirmation that her foot had firmly connected with her target was all Zetta needed to propel herself forward, kipping up to try and capitalize on this constant wave of momentum. Turning her head sideways, she caught Rose in her crosshairs, dashing towards her while simultaneously raising her knee upwards to connect with a devastating blow against Rose's midsection!*

[Faeron]

Rose got back to her feet and turned around, only to be greeted with a stiff knee to the stomach. Rose flipped over Zetta's leg and landed back onto the mat while favoring her abdomen, writhing in pain while wheezing.

[SubtleRoar]

*The powerful blow left Rose momentarily incapacitated, allowing Zetta the rare opportunity to catch her breath mid-match. Glancing towards her victim with a stoic countenance, The Phoenix Queen whipped herself skyward to try and hit Rose with a standing moonsault!*

Rose was trying to regather her breath when she opened her eyes to see Zetta suddenly in the sky. Within a second, whatever breath Rose managed to regain was swiftly pushed her as Zetta landed on her stomach first with the connected moonsault, the former idol now stuck underneath the martial artist.

*As her infinitesimal body cut through the sky like a sharpened katana, the acrobatic Easterner eventually came crashing down upon her target with a massive* "THUMP!" *That caused the audience to collectively gasp.*

*Reaching underneath Rose's left leg, Zetta tilted it at a slight angle to officially attempt a pin!* "ONE!" *The moderator shouted, confirming Rose's limited time in this match.*

[Faeron]

Rose felt her leg get lifted as the referee began to count.

"One!"

"Two!"

Rose lifted her shoulder from the mat to break the count. She wasn't finished yet.
