A wordless training (Caroline / Kimya)

Caro

The mature woman would feel how her legs were shaking under herself, while she was finishing her training. She would finish her leg day training today with some deadlifts. She wasn´t as strong as she once had been and so she had a little bit less weight on the bar. Only 350lbs. She would slowly move upwards pulling the iron bar up along her legs. She was doing it as slow as possible trying to increase the time for which her muscles were working. When she was finally standing she would look into the mirror, right in front of her. She would keep the weight up for a few seconds before lowering it again. She would bend forwards keeping her back straight while putting the weights back to the ground. When they hit the floor Caro would let go of the bar and stand slowly back up. She was already feeling a burning in her back. Damn back in the day she moved weights like that without problems… she really did get out of shape.

The mature woman would look at her own reflection once again. She was wearing a pair of long sweat pants and a sport bra right now. The American woman would bend forwards and grab some of the weights putting them back into the rack. How much she was envying the younger wresters right now. Being at the peak of their physical and mental abilities, being healthy and able to perform in the ring, while she was bound to the sidelines and the gym. The trainer would finish putting all the weights away before she would put her trainingsjaket back on, in a fitting black to her sport pants. The mature woman would turn around and look around in the gym. She was about to meet someone very special, someone she didn´t see in a long while. She was really looking forward to this.
caro would slowly walk away from the trainings equipment and towards the water fountain to refill her water bottle.

Kimya would walk into the gym, a bit nervous. So many people were around and she hardly knew any of them. In fact, she only knew ONE of them. The Japanese girl would shake her head, pushing her hair out of her face. She was wearing a grey hoodie over a sports bra and some gym shorts. Along with this she had a grey gym bag with some writing on the side. So overall she wasn't exactly the most fancy of wrestlers.

She would glance around a bit before she finally would notice the mature women at the water fountain. She would glance around, hoping she was the right one. She was a bit older right? What if she was wrong though? What if they started fighting? Would she get kicked out? All the questions were making the Japanese girl nervous. She would walk over to her hoping she got the right girl. She stopped beside the big girl, tapping her shoulder, and quickly writing down something on a note pad. She would glance at the floor as she showed her the paper which would say

"Are you Carolina? I am Kimya." She bites her lip glancing at the tall girl as she pushed her bangs away from her eyes

Caro was about finish her water bottle when she felt a lift tap on her shoulder. The mature woman stopped filling her bottle and would turn her head and look to the woman behind her. She would raise an eyebrow. Who was wearing a hoodie inside a gym? This woman was looking quite interesting, was she even seeing anything though that hair over her eyes? Suddenly caro would notice a note pad that was pulled out and a paper. Oh maybe a fan! It was rather communed that some fans came to the gym and asked for signatures. Okay it was rather rare that someone asked her for a signature or a selfi… really rare.
The mature woman would turn around and was about to say something when the other woman showed her what she had written down. She would read it quietly while moving her lips along. After a second she would smirk. “Kimya?! I admit I didn´t recognize you without your ring clothes!” She would look up and down the woman for a few seconds. “how are you doing sweet? Are you looking forward to crush law?” would the mature woman ask giggeling. “Looking forward to oyur first training with me?” Would caro ask. “I also wanted to say thank you for taking this chance and giving me a chance as your manager and trainer, it means a lot to me being able to have an impact on the younger generation.”

Limya nods at her remark, it was true that she didn't look very noticeable in her outfits when she was outside the ring. She would give her a thumbs up to her first questions and nod to the second one. She smiles a bit more feeling comfortable so far with the big girl. She would write out a small note saying "No problem, glad you accepted the offer." leaving a heart at the end of the sentence

She then flipped the notebook showing her the page "What are we gonna be doing? Training wise?" She also listed a few possibilities including "MMA,wrestling, sparring, etc" before waiting for the big girl to give an answer, her eyes looking up and down the tall women, blushing a bit at her "mature" features

Caro would be surpsied about the behavior of her new trainee, when she wasn´t answering her in any way. Maybe she wasn´t speaking English or wasn´t speaking at all. Caro knew about the fact that a lot of Japanese people had real problem with spoken English but were quite well rounded with written English. But at least she was giving her all trying to make up for this disadvantage. Caro would read the paper for a moment before she would smirk.

“Oh today we will do something special. I saw a lot of your taped matches and I need to admit, your damn impressive!” caro would smirk. “the nickname ONI fits you. Your like a demon or a monster inside the ring.” She would walk around Limya. “I saw what you can do but I want to feel you out, trying ot figure out your weak points so we can work on that. We won´t work on anything specific today but we will work on everything a bit. So how about you run a few rounds around the gym, do a few rope skips and then you meet me at the boxing bag for a little coordination training and punching training!” Caro would slap her new trainne on the belly in a friendly mannor. While she did it she would feel the stone hard abs of this girl… She would smile only feeling them. “Go and chance if you want to! And if you do well for the training I will invite you for dinner afterwards!”

She nods at the trainer's compliment, along with her nickname. ONI was the nickname she got fighting a few underground matches but over time it grew on her. She would listen as she explained what they would be doing, her abs hardly moving from the slap. She nods blushing a bit as she felt her abs.

She nods heading to the changing room with her bag. She would take a few minutes before coming out wearing her sports bra and shorts. Her tattoo was now showing as she took off her hoodie, the paint only slightly faded but overall it was still impressive. She would crack her neck carrying her water bottle and her note pad. She walked over with Caroline to start, as she would stretch a bit on the track, waiting for Caroline to give her the go

Caro would wait for her trainee to come back. She would lean backwards against the wall for a few seconds trying to kill the time by looking around the gym. Suddenly she heard some steps coming closer. The mature woman turned her head around and she would blush directly. The face of caro turning dark red right away. She couldn´t take her eyes of the strong and damn sexy body of Kimya. Caro didn´t bring out any word at first. Her abs and arms were rock hard muscles perfectly formed and trained. Her breasts were big and soft and round... Hua would feel heat rising up in her but she needed to contain herself.
If caro would be younger and at her peak she would have dragged Kimya into the ring right away to fighter her all out and go down with her in all the ways....
When she caught herself again she would shake her head. “so yeah... round two rounds and then skip some ropes and meet me at the boxing bag hotti... i mean kimya...”

Kimya would pant quietly as she ran around the gym, laser-focused on running, nothing slowing her down. This was much like with anything where she would get herself into a state that she wouldn't be bothered by anything else. Sure she could be taken out of it just as easy but still, she was laster focused. She would get the laps done rather quickly, hearing Caroline tell her to do some jump rope after, giving a quick nod before counting, not catching the last part. Once she was done with her rounds she gradually would come to a stop and pant as she whips her forehead.

She would walk over to the jump rope and count to three in her head, then starting, going slow only to the speed up, her feet hopping quickly as the rope nearly became a blur as she did a few jumps. She would bite her lip a bit as sweat flew off her muscular body, almost as if it would never stop. However, she would almost suddenly, as she stepped on the rope to stop it, having counted in her head. She sighs then put the rope down. Looking over to Caro, and walking over, doing a few stretches, a little grin on her face showing was enjoying herself

Caro watched her closely. “your fast for your size!” would the mature woman state. “normally when someone is as big or as strong as you they are slower and get tired quite fast but you can move quite well… at least for a short time… one day I will have you run rounds without ends to really figure out how long you can go.” Caro would suddenly lift her hands up and show them to kimya… she was wearing punching pats on them. “you know these things? Lets to do some small exercise together… I hold them up you punch them or kick them… when your too slow or focused on attacking only I slap you with one of them, you can try to block… you only get to punch them not my face..” would caro say… “everything clear?” She would wait for a responds of her traine before she would lift them up next to her head moving around Kimya in circling movements like at the start of a fight. She would wait for a few attacks from her traine before caro would throw her hand to the cheek of her opponent trying to slap her into the face with one of the pats.

Kimya smiles at Caro complimenting her, giving a small bow. She ran a lot before she got as jacked as she was so to her it wasn't that big of a deal. She had always been nimble fore a big girl. She looked at the pads and knew what they were right away and nodding she would then listen to Caro explain. It was quite simple stuff for Kimya as she would put on some gloves and start boxing, hitting the gloves a few times with her fist then a few high kicks. As for the slaps she wouldn't block all of them but try and use her opposing arm to block them. Overall she would rather well, likely over-performing when she didn't need to. After they finished up she would pat whipping some sweat off her head, looking around for her notepad then writing on it "What next?"
