Partially, it was because the area she was in wasn't known for its safety. Not that it was terribly unsafe, but more that it wasn't in a good part of town. And her apartment was, for lack of a better term, a bit run down. But Momo persevered by having tons of cute posters of ponies, hearts, and pop idols plastered around her apartment, as well as pink and red colored objects adorning the room, with teddies and other stuffed animals making up a lot of her decorations. And on the outside of her door, a giant heart that said "WELCOME!" with a rainbow over it. It was the least she could do to make her place seem more chipper than it was, to help people avoid looking at the chipped paint on the walls and the stains on the carpet.
Momo, herself, was applying her make-up, spraying herself with perfume, and making sure that the entire night was prepared and ready for Heather's arrival. She had thrown on a cute sweater, a spyhole in the front for easy viewing of her cleavage, and short black skirt to show off her toned legs. And while she stared in the mirror, she tried to hype herself up, making sure she looked as cute and beautiful as ever, and convincing herself tonight would be perfect. I mean, the pizza promised was already here! What could possibly go wrong!?
