Helena's music began to play first, and she came out with a big smile on her face all while cackling like the witch she was. The crowd booed her as the Canadian strut her way confidently down to the ring. Her demeanor oozed arrogance as she dismissively waved her hands at the jeering crowd as she climbed between the ropes. She was eager to help put the plucky young Japanese standout down, happy to show everyone that this ring belonged to Helena as well as her associates. This little face of a wrestler was not going to know what hit her, and Helena had many tricks up her sleeve to aid her in this matchup should she need them.

Hell, even if she didn't need them she would probably resort to unfair tactics tonight. She wanted to win and with certainty. Poor Megumi didn't stand a chance against the cunning, devious Helena. At least that is what Helena was thinking. She leaned back into her corner, looking bored as she waited for Megumi to enter the arena.

Megumi had heard of Helena before from Chigusa. From what she had learned, Helena beat Chigusa in a match, and from what she had heard, this Helena was kind of infamous due to her cheating way. And for this PPV, it seemed that both Megumi and Helena were pitted against each other. They had no prior interaction before, and the management seemed to think that their match would be a good addition in the already-stacked cards for We Are LAW 2020.

Well, whoever she would face in the ring, Megumi would never back out, and she was determined to win. Clad in her signature red leotard, Megumi would wait for her cue to make her entrance before her music, Golden Nocturne, was played. Taking confident strides, the Combat Genius made her way to the ramp, cheered by the crowd. Being the babyface in this encounter, the crowd was rooting for the former Wrestle Angel, and she gave her appreciation to them by giving high-fives to some fortunate fans before she rushed down the ramp, heading over to the ring.

Once she reached the ring, she would climb up the apron before grabbing onto the top rope. Displaying her athleticism, she would flip herself into the ring before sticking her landing, earning herself a pop from the crowd. Flicking her hair as she looked at Helena, she folded her arms under her breasts before she addressed her. "So, I've heard that you've beaten Chigusa before. Well... don't think you're gonna have an easy time against me." Then, she rolled her right shoulder as she gave Helena a confident smirk. "I'm gonna win this match, and there'll nothing you can do about it..."

"Please my precious little dear.... you don't stand a chance against a true cerebral wrestler. I mean who have you beaten of note? For all your pomp what have you accomplished?" Helena said, trying to get under Megumi's skin. She was clearly a prideful wrestler and Helena was trying to get her to doubt herself or to act trash without thinking. Either result would play into Helena's favor.

To add to Megumi's problems Helena was determined to start the match on the right foot. As soon as the bell rang Helena would step in and take Megumi's eyes with her finger nails mercilessly to stun her at the very start!

It was true that Megumi was a prideful wrestler, but she also believed in her own hype and knew that she was among the best the industry had to offer. "Well, I've beaten bitches bigger and badder than you, for one..." Megumi answered without hesitation. Of course, by answering Helena's question, Megumi was distracted for a bit, which allowed her opponent to take advantage of this the moment the bell was rung.

Still, due to her reflexes, she almost saw the eye-rake coming, seeing Helena's hand lashing out to her eyes. Instinctively, she moved her head, but it wasn't enough to escape damage as Helena's nail scraped the side of her face, quite close to her right eye. In retaliation, the Combat Genius would try to hit her opponent with a straight punch into her sternum!

"Arrgh!" Helena howled as Megumi managed to dodge the worst of her attack while pulling off a counter!

"Insolent, pompous bitch!" Helena hissed lashing out as she tried to swing her leg up kicking Megumi in the abdomen as hard as she could! Helena was a vile, angry woman who was not going to tolerate anything from Megumi even though many predicted the red swimsuit clad Japanese woman to emerge victorious tonight.

It sure felt cathartic for Megumi when she managed to counter with a punch into her opponent's sternum, but the catharsis didn't last long when Helena went to deliver a kick into her abdomen, causing the former Wrestle Angel to gasp out in pain. With her abs aching thanks to the strike, Megumi was in pain, but she would not let this opportunity slip away as she would bring her hands onto Helena's foot that she used to kick her, looking to trap it and force her opponent to stand only one one foot.

"Damn it you brat!" Helena shouted as she hopped on one leg while Megumi held the other! However the long legged Helena had an idea. Helena swung her free leg up while twisting her torso swinging for an enziguri kick right to the side of Megumi's skull! Helena was pulling out all the stops in the PPV matchup, hoping to put Megumi in her place!

With her grabbing Helena by her foot, Megumi planned to take her down with a dragon screw, but before she could do anything, Helena made her first move by lifting her other foot up and hit Megumi right at the side of her skull with an enzuigiri.

"URGH!!"

The attack left her shaken, and she released Helena's foot as she was taken down. Landing onto her side, she grunted in pain as she held onto the side of her head, which was throbbing after she took the enzuigiri from her opponent. She tried to scoot back, hoping to get enough room to recover before her opponent could take advantage of her downed form.

Down went Megumi, and a smile spread across Helena's face. She backed up a few steps and wanted to keep up on taking the fight to the downed Megumi. As her opponent scooted backwards Helena ran forward launching herself at Megumi. The tall Canadian woman jumped and kicked her legs out aiming a low running dropkick right at Megumi's face! Helena was feeling good, wanting to crush the fight out of Megumi on this grand stage. The confident young woman with a history of success had gotten overconfident. She needed to be brought to heel and laid low by Helena! Should the running dropkick connect as planned the arena would hear the cackling laugh of Helena echoing throughout the arena.
