Career Chronicles Of An Amazon: "Amazon" Alaina Sanders-Haines vs. Katherine Hart for the USWW Championship 2012

Unread post by Highfly »

Hello again! I just finished up a hell of a workout and I just finished looking over match tape of a gem from 2012. I was 37 years old in my final year at USWW before calling it quits, ready to reach for gold one last time. Standing in my way was a gorgeous blonde babe and hot commodity, rising star Katherine Hart. What better way to gear up for a triple threat match against Katherine and Astrid than to watch a banger against Kat from 10 years ago with a championship on the line?

Now Back then I was the underdog for sure. I was 37 and two months prior lost a non-title match against Kat. She was super young, super accomplished and a rising star worldwide as a beautiful blonde 5'8'' 163 pound grappler. I was 37 years old, seen as on my way out and at 5'9'' 178lbs I was a bit softer than I am today as I was feeling the drive to wind down and start a family with my newish husband Charlie Haines. The "old lady in a leopard print one piece" as I was called by some at the time (I would hate to hear what they call me now at 47 although I am buffer and will slam their big mouths through a damn table) with the odds makers giving this defense to Kat by a fair margin.

I try to be miss nice lady. I try to be as great of a role model to young folks, especially girls looking to be wrestlers. However my stubborn pride gets in the way all the time, frequently manifesting through my mouth and poor choices of words. Leading up to this match I said things like Kats win over me being lucky (It wasn't she out-wrestled me plain and simple) and I called her a "blonde beach bimbo" which was super regrettable. Since this match I count her as one of my best friends in or out of wrestling and I feel like she looks at me the same way. She is like family to me, and along with Irelia one of two women in LAW who I fully trust to babysit my kids. Speaking of that Kat is the wrestler Anna wants to grow up and wrestle against the most. She is also Carl's favorite wrestler by a mile. Now for a tangent, and time to embarrass my son. Carl is glued to the TV whenever Kat is on. He said she has the prettiest face in wrestling, and takes pride in having seen her without her mask. I caught him kissing the poster of Kat in his room. He wants to date her when he is old enough. There, Carl now you see what you get when you act up at the movies when we go as a family? Back to the match, enough of a mother embarrassing her poor child.

When I came out I was flexing and screaming to the crowd how I was going to put down the blonde beach babe parading around as a wrestler. When Kat came out she had a steely look and stepped up handing the title to the referee and she pulled an early Sienna, dubbing me thunder thighs. Ah how crazy and upset we were in the heat of the moment back then. As soon as the bell rang it kicked off with us just rushing at each other laying in with punches. I managed to get the upper hand with an uppercut that staggered the champion back against the turnbuckle. I hammered her with knee strikes and reached out to grab the ropes thrusting my shoulder into her abdomen over and over before bashing her head off the turnbuckle. I scooped her up, slapped her beautiful booty and slammed her down before doing a leg drop and headscissor hold. She managed to buck and bounce for a rope break and as much of a royal bitch as I was being that night I let go immediately. Even if I am acting like a total Karen I honor the rules.

Next up we grappled and I won a contest of strength, flexed on her, and then delivered some snapmares before posing and strutting about again. Then we grappled and began chain wrestling. Here is what I have to say about chain wrestling with Katherine Hart: Don't do it. I can grapple, transition holds and move better than 90% of the women out there, only the most technical of the technical can beat me there. Katherine is the 100% best of the best here. I tried to keep up and she made me look like a silly, senile old lady. I had her a couple times and I take pride in that she strained and struggled a bit but she had me way worse off. Right when I thought I had her with a body punch and her head wrapped up, grabbing her waist instead of lifting her for a vertical suplex my arms were hooked and my head planted to the mat with a double arm DDT ending that whole sequence with me cradling my head and kicking the mat with my inner jello jiggle thighs quaking. Kat stood tall, flexing and I think that pose is the poster Carl kisses all the time, not too sure though since she has won oh, over a hundred matches by now. Kat followed up with a whole variety of suplexes with me being snap suplexed all over. She hit a vertical suplex and pin where I kicked out at 2, a fisherman suplex and pin where I kicked out at 2, then back to back German suplexes and pins but an enraged amazon kept getting more mad kicking out at 1.5 and 1.25!

Kat knew she was in trouble because she scoop slammed me and flexed before running to the ropes, but as she bounced off I was back up and stepped in to the clothesline. She stumbled back and I staggered a couple steps but I stayed up and ran back in extending my arm and planting her to the mat. I pulled her up by the arm and whipped her, running the opposite way and smashing her with a running lariat so hard that she spun! I went for a pin but that feisty Kat recovered quick kicking out at 1.75. I picked up her and hit a trio of backbreakers then pinned her for 2, then deadlift scooped her up and hit a running powerslam and pin for a 2.25 count. I grabbed her by the hair, slamming her head to the mat then stood up, stomping down on her before locking in a sharpshooter! I had this hold locked in well but Kat kept on, and I didn't notice she was dragging us to the ropes until it was too late. I let go and let Kat get up. We grappled and I landed a few forearms to the chest, moving in for another grapple.

This time Kat jumped up, planting me in the chest with a hard dropkick! I got up only to get dropkicked to the mat again, and again, and a fourth time! I groaned and kicked the mat in pain as Kat now was taking some of my moves. She scoop slammed he hard, flexing and stomping down on me. I was in pain as she scooped me up again and held me up with one arm while she flexed the other, slamming me thunderously to the mat and going for a pin with me kicking out at 2.25 or so. I was then deadlift up and slammed down to the mat left reeling as she climbed the turnbuckle. The big Kat was leaping up, flying high and crashing down on the laid out amazon with a Spanish Fly! I was hurting, screaming loudly in pain as she pinned me, hooking a leg. I thrust and flopped about ineffectively until at literally 2.9 I thrust a shoulder up to narrowly break the pin. I was left lying in a heap on the ground as Kat looked in shock, one of the few times in her career where she argued over a count with the referee. While that bought me time to recover Kat made sure I didn't get much out of it. I was whipped to the ropes and crushed with a shining wizard before she began to put me through a submission hold parade.

I was put in a Boston crab but I was able to straighten my legs to power out. New tup was a figure four leg lock but I was able to reverse it and roll her over to put her in pain. We kept rolling and countering all the way to the ropes. As we grappled she maneuvered me into an abdominal stretch, but I hip tossed her to the mat to escape. Things kept up like this for a while until she used a sharpshooter on me, leaving me howling in the ring and getting a rope break after what may be the most painful 40 seconds of my life where I wanted to tap but somehow didn't!

That is when Kat pulled me up and held me for a second leaving me an opening. I hammered her with body punches and spun, swinging my leg up and smashing her square in the face with a spinning heel kick. I whipped her to the ropes and smashed into her with a spear as I was running on fumes. Even halting her momentum and going on the attack hurt me, leaving me winded. I hit her with a springboard samoan drop and went for a pin but she broke out at 2.5. I then decided to go big, lifting her up and shoving her head between my legs. I hit the biggest amabomb I could but instead of going for a pin I realized that she used a sharpshooter on me. That may be the one submission hold I know better than Kat, and I was going to demonstrate that. I dragged her limp body to the dead center of the ring, applying all the pressure I could! I leaned back giving it my all. She started to crawl to the ropes but I was ready, easing up on the pressure and walking us back and re0locking it! Kat held out longer than anyone I ever saw and she crawled back to the ropes but after what had to be over a minute in my sharpshooter I heard an ear splitting scream before Kat passed out, completely passed out with the referee calling for the bell.

That in April of 2012 was the last time I won a title match earning a championship. It has been a decade since I had a championship. Of course 2013 through the first half of 2017 I was retired. However I have been in LAW since May of 2017, and I still have not won a championship. I digress, as after that match Kat and I sat backstage having a long two hour chat. I realized she looked up to me, and she realized I considered her the bona fide future of American womens wrestling. Now we are best friends, although come heavyweight championship time against Astrid I am looking to come out on top with both of them lying at my feet as much as I love/respect the both of them.
