Danielle Degardin and Alexa Taylor - Beautiful but Deadly

Someone once said that beautiful women are the hardest to live with. Regrettably, I can’t vouch for the accuracy of that statement - but if we look at the feud between Danielle Degardin and Alexa Taylor, two of LAW’s simultaneously most stunning and most vicious competitors, we might get an idea. Although they’ve only had one match in the League so far, the tension between these two goes back further and runs far deeper. With the rematch coming up in a matter of weeks, perhaps it’s high time we looked back on what got us to this point - and why things are sure to explode.

Despite their rivalry - or, perhaps, explaining it - the two girls have a good deal in common. Before making her in-ring debut, Danielle was a model, posing for magazines and photoshoots in her native France and beyond, while Alexa was a regular feature at beauty pageants around her home of California. Both of them came from well-to-do families, although Alexa hasn’t been as outspoken about her ties to the sort of money and status the glamorous redhead has boasted of. Neither of them have much of a background in wrestling or other sports, but their paths led them to LAW one way or another.

Both of them were just as eager to bring their particular talents to their new business - which is where our story begins. The two first crossed paths when they signed onto one of LAW’s gravure photoshoots. The plan was simple enough - a few shots of each of them posed in lingerie on the bed, and some posed photos of the two in a staged scuffle. At least, that was the plan, anyway.

I have no doubt there’s plenty of speculation regarding just what happened on the day of the shoot. The intensity with which Danielle and Alexa went at each other, rolling back and forth as they battled from one corner of the room to another, grasping and clawing as their legs entangled each other like dueling pythons...it all seemed too raw, too emotional, and too real for anyone to have staged. Could it be possible, many have wondered, that they were looking at images captured in the full fury of their unleashed, unrestrained aggression?

I was able to get in touch with the director of the shoot, and he had this to say.

“Yes, it was real,” he explained, as the two of us looked over the album; I, of course, took care to direct my focus solely to his account, tempting as it may be to get lost in the scene. “It wasn’t what we planned for. Honestly, you should see all the shots we had to leave out because we couldn’t get a clear picture; that was how fast they were moving. The plan was that Alexa would be the winner, but Dani hadn’t been told that, and she insisted that we change plans when she found out. But when we tried explaining things to Alexa, that’s when she lashed out. They threw some insults around, Danielle shoved her, and that’s where things really lost control. I didn’t know what we were going to do at first. We tried calming them down, but they didn’t listen. Eventually, the crew realized we could just shoot things as they happened and publish them as-is.”

When asked about how that went, he clarified “it’s been one of our best-selling albums, at least out of the ones I’ve worked on. I think the mystique of it, how real it seemed, was what appealed to so many people. Well...that’s because it was real.”

The brawl ended in a twist of fate too close for comfort. Alexa had used Danielle’s own bra to strangle her, wrapping it around her throat and choking her until she was on the verge of passing out, only for the redhead to stun her with a headbutt, dragging her to the bed and pinning her down with a volley of punches and slaps! Finally, Danielle hauled Alexa by the hair, shoving her face between her breasts and smothering her into unconsciousness!

Danielle would go on to describe the battle as “proof that [Alexa] didn’t know what she was talking about,” and that she “hoped she would learn her place.” She was, however, frustrated that things hadn’t been more decisive, and insisted that she should have dominated Alexa from the beginning.

But things were only beginning - and the brunette was less than enthused that Danielle would steal her thunder. “The bitch just got lucky,” she said. “A few more seconds, and I’d have had her! If I knew she was going to headbutt me, I would’ve gotten out of the way, and we wouldn’t be having this conversation right now.”

Now that the two ladies had grown quite acquainted with one another, it was only a matter of time before they met in the ring. Danielle was still riding off the satisfaction of her previous victory, but Alexa would make sure she had the last laugh - she had set things up with the stagehands so that as she entered the ring, the fans would be showered by photos of the redhead being choked out with her bra, a reminder of how close she had come to a humiliating defeat!

Before the bell even sounded, Danielle was incensed. She hurled the photos back in Alexa’s direction, but, as the brunette explained to us, it was well worth it. “You should have seen the look on her dumb face,” she said. “I made sure to get a screencap of it just for safe-keeping.” It was no surprise that when the match began, the two girls were fueled by fury, ready to tear each other limb from limb. Danielle attempted to choke Alexa out to give her a taste of her own medicine, only for the Californian to pay her back, wedging her trunks up against her rear and stunning Dani long enough for her to take control. From there, she enjoyed a dominant streak, choking Danielle while applying a bodyscissor at the same time, until the redhead paid her back by digging her nails into her thigh and shaking her off by bludgeoning her in the ribs! But Dani wasn’t done there - after stunning Alexa with a knee to the face, she decided to get creative. If Alexa wanted to humiliate her, Danielle would go a step beyond.

Circling behind Alexa, the Frenchwoman undid the string holding on her bikini top and yanked it against her breasts to flatten them against her ribs! Even after Alexa got away, Danielle kept her top, leaving the brunette bare-breasted and flustered in the middle of the ring. But rather than temper her fury, or make her shrink away in shame, Alexa was left even more determined to punish Danielle. They flew at each other with renewed fury, using every dirty trick in the book - scratching, pulling hair, and trading low blows. They were so carried away they didn’t even slow down when the referee declared them both disqualified! The two kept brawling, Danielle losing her top in the process when Alexa paid her back, until security had to step in to drag the two away from one another before anyone broke a bone.

Of course, in the world of wrestling, things aren’t over until they’re over, and never is that more true than in a rivalry as heated as this one. Dani and Alexa wouldn’t be satisfied until a decisive victory occurred to prove that one reigned supreme. Soon, the moment would come - and when the news hit, no one could anticipate it.

It began with Danielle facing off against Ossi Shamar in a first-to-five humiliation selfie match - a new twist on the humiliation match in which the first competitor to take five selfies of them humiliating their opponent would be declared the winner. “To be quite frank,” Danielle explained, “connecting me to this so-called selfie 'culture' is absolutely degrading. Selfies are just the work of idiots who believe they’re simultaneously models and photographers, when they have no hope of succeeding at either - but it was a worthy enough opportunity to prove myself queen.” And prove it she did. The redhead unilaterally trounced her opponent, winning the match 5-0 and leaving Ossi trapped naked in the Tree of Woe.

Danielle was celebrating her victory when, just as the last photo was being taken, Alexa made her appearance on the scene. She was quick to undercut the redhead’s excitement, pointing to Ossi’s less than stellar track record in the ring and casting doubt on just how impressive her win had been - though she didn’t have kind words for the Syrian either - and made a special announcement: she and Danielle would face off with one another in a no-disqualification beach match, with the winner getting to direct a photoshoot with the loser however they chose. Danielle would accept, even stopping to pose for photos with Alexa in the ring - but she was less than impressed with how her rival had undercut her success. As I found out in speaking to the two girls, things were hardly finished after the ring was cleared.

As soon as the cameras were off them, Danielle jumped Alexa in the backstage area, and another brawl ensued! “She had the most horrendous slander to say to me, while they were taking pictures” Danielle explained. “I don’t know if you understand, but she’s downright barbaric if she thinks she can get away with it. I’ll admit it wasn’t the most dignified of actions, but I simply couldn’t let things end there.”

Alexa’s account was more blunt: “You see this? She’s a psychopath! I can’t imagine how anyone could bear working with her. Unless her fat, saggy tits are enough to keep them engaged, anyway.”

They wheeled around the room, steering one another by the hair into walls and trusses, before Alexa tackled Dani into the green room, rubbing her face against the carpet! Though the redhead tried to fight her off, Alexa slammed her against the floor, getting ready to hit her with a folding chair before security once again intervened!

“I tried throwing the thing at her,” Alexa recounted, “but they pulled me away just then. It was infuriating. I was this close, and they had to intervene again! I’ll tell you, this next match is no-DQ, and they better remember that, or there’ll be hell to pay.”

You heard it here first - when you have these two tempestuous beauties in a room together, it’s only a matter of time before the fists start flying. In the time since their last confrontation, Alexa has challenged Ossi to a strip match in an attempt to discredit Danielle’s victory by showing she could produce the same results, but it’s unlikely these two will reach any sort of settlement until their big blowoff match rolls around at Fight The LAW, the company's first international PPV, taking place in Alexa's home of California. But if there’s one thing they can agree on, it’s that it’ll be a moment they’ve been waiting for for a long time.

“I’m not the least bit afraid for my chances,” Danielle explained. “I get to enjoy the weather, show off for the crowd, and they’ll all get to see how much better I look than that idiotic wanna-be, even before I have her begging me for mercy! As far as I see it, that’s simply perfection!”

While Alexa had this to add: "Oh please, what is there to be worried about? We're talking about a tasteless good-for-nothing that wouldn't even pass the qualifier in a local pageant. Sunburns are more of a concern."
