Continued from here

Tornado tag match
Standard prostyle rules
Victory by pinfall, K.O. or submission

The LAW audience was bustling with excitement: ever since the Crimson Legacy's post-match interview had been crashed by the Trinidad and Tobago Fight Club, the fans had been eager to see the two tag teams throw down. Oria and Jade were hungry up and comers, and they demonstrated that when they had come and challenged the Crimson Legacy to their faces to a tornado tag. Given how much both rising teams wanted this victory, tonight promised to be a brutal match indeed

Before long, a theme song blared, and the first of the teams arrived.

The crowd cheered excitedly as the Crimson Legacy strode down the ramp. Kyo was his usual stoic self, smiling self-assuredly but barely acknowledging the crowd; Makie, by contrast, was making a show of meeting the cheering crowd with a wide smile, running down the ramp and hi-fiving audience members where she could. Despite their contrasting behaviour, though, they both seemed focused and confident for the match ahead.

Rolling under the ropes, Kyo hopped to their corner and began to do some light stretches. Makie, by contrast, hopped up onto the middle rope and flashed a V-sign to the fans, drinking in their applause. Finally, though, she hopped off the rope and moved to her corner as well, leaning against the ropes as she waited for their foes to show up.

"You ready to take them on?" she asked Kyo. "They both look pretty tough. They're both tall, strong, fast..."

"Size means nothing," Kyo replied calmly, closing his eyes and briefly shutting off the outside world as he went into a light, meditative state. "You of all people know that, sis."

"Oh, I'm not intimidated either," Makie quipped, leaning a little further against the corner. "I ran into girls like them all the time when I played soccer in high school. Bigger, taller, full of themselves, quick to bully others..."

Kyo turned and glanced at his sister. "Didn't you have a crush on that once defencewoman who kept accidentally knocking you over?"

The comment caused Makie to blush, despite herself. "Shut up," was her simple reply, before she turned back to watching the ramp, waiting for Oria and Jade to make their entrance...

Oria and Jade Phillips went through their stretching ritual in gorilla position. The same one before every match, either soccer or wrestling. They fought Oscar Orelash before in a handicap match. They dealt him a relentless onslaught, but the Barbarian Prince was too big and too strong. He knocked both twins out with one bearhug. This time was different. They were in an actual tag team match now against a team they had a lot in common with. Both teams were siblings. Oria and Jade always knew their sisterhood gave them an edge in any competition. They shared a womb as identical twins, after all. But their opponents Makie and Kyo were also siblings. The rivalry and the challenge the twins laid down during an interview felt natural. Whose bond was stronger was on everyone’s minds.

The twins were given their cue and their music hit.
Spoiler
The crowd unsurprisingly boo’d at a foreign national anthem’s tune playing, but the twins didn’t care. Oria and Jade strode out ready for battle. Their tall frames stood out such that even children in the crowd didn’t need much assistance to see them. Oria and Jade got up on the ring apron, bent backwards against the ropes, and simultaneously spun backwards to gracefully land in the ring. They came face to face with their opponents for a staredown.

Kyo and Makie watched in silence as Oria and Jade came striding confidently down the ramp, the Trinidadian national anthem blaring in the background. The sounding of a foreign national anthem caused the mostly Japanese crowd to start booing-- an action that caused Kyo to frown, and shook his head at the crowd. Maybe some in the crowd were blinded by nationalism, but he wasn't: it was just disrespectful to boo another national anthem, period.

As the Trinidadian twins entered the ring, there were a few seconds of silence and Kyo and Makie stared them down, allowing the ref to check them for weapons. After the ref did the same for Oria and Jade, Kyo and Makie watch and wait for the bell to ring...

The twins were eager to fight. They were sorely tempted to charge and kick their more experience opponents, but they were smart enough to know that would be expected. Instead electing to show their strength, the twins walked forward and each raised an arm in the air. Jade pressed up against Kyo chest-to-chest. Oria smushed against Makie, hoping to intimidate the smaller woman. Their fingers beckoned their opponents to raise their arms, lock fingers, and engage in a test of strength.

DING!

The Crimson Legacy were bracing themselves for aggression from their Trinidadian opponents: instead, though, the sisters stepped forward confidently, arms raised as they motioned for a lockup. Around them, the crowd hollered in approval at this challenge.

Makie glanced uneasily at Kyo: her brother was already stepping up to meet Jade, tying up with her collar and elbow and trying to push her back, and to see just how strong she was. Sighing, Makie similarly squared off against Oria...and found the other girl pressing against her, her chest brushing tauntingly against her face, forcing her to back up.

Red-faced, Makie rushed in against Oria, tying up with her aggressively. She didn't need to grapple Oria to know she was stronger, though, and that a collar and elbow lockup was a losing proposition: at the last minute she would duck low, aiming to come around behind Oria and twist her arm behind her back. "Hah! Got you!"
